Having lost our Pro team in Highland before hand, we started driving out to Redlands from our Mountain community. Within the first week, we met Veronica. She made it worth it. Veronica, you are simply the best in the business! If not for you, my crew and I would never come into this Lowes. Not to rag on the other departments, they could use more dedication, but pro desk is just that good. Veronica just hit 1M in sales and deserves every bit of respect that comes with that achievement. She is passionate, knowledgeable, exceptionally dedicated and will get you what you need. If she doesn't know the answer, yes she does. She finds it, down to the last specific detail. We annoy her to no end with the amount of materials we purchase each week, and she astonishes us with speed and precision. The Material side of our work is extremely important in the satisfaction of our clients. So finding someone who you can trust to get what you need, when you need it, is priceless. We all have clients with high expectations, specific desires and sometimes, impatience. Meeting all of those requirements can be tricky, especially when you are not in full, hands-on control of every aspect , like Material-quality, price, & delivery. Having someone who is knowledgeable in all of these areas, who can give you the satisfaction guarantee, and deliver on it, is a huge deal. This is why I make a big deal about this. This 5 star review is for Mynor! We got some glass cut the day before and after taking it home realized the employee the day before didn't cut it to our measurement provided. We came back the next day to see if they could fix it and were met by a lady that was kinda brass about the whole situation and said she sucked at cutting glass and wouldn't do it for us and we would have to buy a whole new piece of glass. She then reluctantly said she could see if she could find someone else to help and Mynor appeared!!! He was soooo patient and did his best for us and ended up making it work!! He definitely has pride in his work and was a high quality employee! I hope management can see this and give him a thumbs up and appreciate him as a Lowe's employee :) read more

Unfortunately the self checkout doesn't have access to the speed codes you are encouraged to use so it's pretty much useless, especially when the kid attending to the self checkout area offers zero assistance. I purchased a LG Dishwasher and they would not take the return because I paid cash and it was not put on a credit card! How stupid is that??? The LG Dishwasher has problems of not drying the dishes completely even though they have it programed for the door to open at the end of the cycle. Also the bottom rack has problems of rolling into the washer because of these outside brackets that keep hitting the wall and has already chipped off one of the wheels. What a shit show Lowe's is. i'm a contractor, it's my business to install everything from flooring to HVAC. I seldom use Lowe's because of numerous issues. I recently had a client after a fairly large remodel, decide that the stainless steel kitchen sink he purchased and had installed about a year ago didn't match his white surfaced new appliances. He asked if we could change it and I said yes, that would be no problem, but I only had a limited selection of the required size and desired faucet ports. Lowe's online showed it had what was needed and it was ordered 6/9 with a delivery date of 6/14. 6/14 came and went and a phone call on 6/15 had an automatic message saying delivery on 6/14. Once I was able to get in contact with a human, I was told they can't do anything or even address the issue about my order for an additional 72 hours because 6/14 was just an estimate, a possibility, a maybe and shouldn't be considered an actual date the product would be expected. A Home Depot date is firm, a Chewy Dog Food date is firm, an Amazon date is firm but Lowe's is a guess. You can't staff up on a guess, you can't have a client wait all day on a guess, you won't stay in business paying staff to install something that doesn't arrive. Lowe's is habitually and I mean habitually a bad choice. I do over $100,000 in business with year with Home Depot and I've only made about a half dozen purchases from Lowe's and all of them have made me think I made a bad choice. A product may be cheaper at Lowe's but if it doesn't come in and you're paying people to sit around waiting on something that doesn't arrive you're not saving money, it's costing you money and that means there's no benefit to a lower price. In addition, it is worse than worthless when Lowe's can't even tell you if an item has shipped the day after it was supposed to be delivered. Telling me they show it as delayed is a fairly obvious statement and not being able to tell me if it's even in route is incompetent. read more

I've enjoyed shopping at this Lowe's location. The staff in the garden center are very friendly and helpful. I love that they have been having sales on different flowers and plants for the last month or so. I do wish that the nursery section had more options of perennials though. Associates were also very helpful to us earlier this year when we needed to build a Corsi-Rosenthol box due to the smoke from fires. We appreciated their insight and help with finding what we needed. Downloading the Lowe's app makes finding stuff in the store super easy, too. read more

First, I went to Lowe's in Florence, KY to get a storm door with a pet door. I hit the customer service button for assistance. No one came after 20 minutes of waiting. After walking around a bit through the door department, a nice young man asked if I needed help. I told him I was looking for a storm door with a pet door. He was very helpful but doors were not his thing, which is understandable, no worries. He paged someone on the radio, the man told him to find someone else to help. I made my way to the customer service desk. Asked for help, told them I'd been waiting for someone to help me, and I can always go somewhere else to spend my hard earned money. The nice lady walked me to a man who was helpful. We made an appointment for someone to come to my home and produce a quote. Appointment day came. The consultant who was supposed to be at my house at 2:45 canceled the appointment an hour prior to the appointment time. Thank you, Lowe's, for the waste of my time. He was extremely knowledgeable, caring, and beyond helpful. We were able to get all the things we needed in less than an hour with his help and input. We came looking for wood chips or mulch, stepping stones and pebbles/rocks for our yard. We met a very helpful employee by the name of Randy. He answered a lot of our questions. We'll probably get the mulch instead and use weed protective spray per his advice. Plus, he answered our questions about stepping stones and pebbles as well. We were fortunate enough to find 2 bags that were opened. He told us that they would only cost us $1 per bag. What a delight! This is the by far the best Lowes location I've ever been to. It's humongous!!! Plenty of parking and disabled slots. The employees are very friendly, efficient and helpful. Jocelyn greeted us in a very friendly way and Samuel helped my hubby with the self checkout machine. We were able to find what we were looking for very quickly. I wanted to return four extra trims and I could not find the receipt. I was told to provide the credit card I used. I believe I used cash, tried all the cards I had in my wallet. I asked three separate people for help, I was told that a specialist would come to the plumbing section and assist me. I ordered a new entrance door and storm door. I was charged on Lowes credit card and got two statements to make a payment. It has been four weeks since i ordered the doors , I kept asking when doors would be in. I could not get an answer and I refused to make a payment until I get an answer. I finally went to store to complain and they said the order was in the store. It took about an hour and finally said the storm door was in, but the entrance door had not been ordered. I do not want my credit ranking to be ruined by this, but I am not paying for something that I did not get. The worst customer service ever. I had a refrigerator delivered. Besides denting it, they refused to change hinges to other side, said I had to call service and that it was $130. After 2 hours and five phone calls, this service is included and scheduled the service. The same two show up and haven't a clue. They claim they need a hinge for the other side and tell me to order it from whirlpool. Lying again, the hinge works for both sides. Schedule another service call. I get a text they are on the way, another that they are here. No one is here. I finally get a number for the dispatch and boss says they reported they did the job!!! Shamelessly lying!! Now I am spending yet another Saturday waiting. I get call the truck broke after I have been waiting 4 hours they want me to wait 3 more hours. I bet it's the liars. Ridiculous!!!! Not bad for a home improvement store, not my favorite place to shop but sometimes it's necessary. For me, if people are nice and welcoming, makes all the difference. Also, you do expect people to know what they sell and be able to answer questions should one arise. Rarely is there anybody in the tool section to help you. Nor in any department for that matter. It's nice and neat and cute, but nobody there to help. I think I've been to that tool department at least five times thinking it might be less crowded and faster than Home Depot, but you have to wander the whole store to get some help. They make it hard for you to spend your money there. There's one person that works in the tool section weekdays. but the two times last year I tried to get help from him he acted like he was doing the world a favor. This has happened at least twice. Yet he's constantly busy stocking and making his area look like Trump Towers. In fact, getting service anywhere in the store is a battle. They seem to avoid you and prefer to just keep stocking. There was one excellent man in the electrical section couple months ago. I thanked him profusely for his wonderful help. Most of the young employees In this store are not trained in anything technical, nor in any form of customer service. Today I was going to buy an evaporative cooler and the guy sent me to aisle 22 which was on the west side of the store with no ac coolers there. I tracked down somebody else finally and they said, no, ac is on the other side of the store by garden. Then I looked at the units that they had in they were scant. I was looking for a small evaporative window cooler. They had the large ones with no sizes printed on the boxes. So rather than sit around and wait a half an hour to get somebody to help me that doesn't know what they're doing, I went to Home Depot. I predict the store will be bankrupt or closed within a year. I went to Home Depot as usual where I can get somebody to help me that is a bit more knowledgeable. As a contractor I buy tons of stuff. All of it is from Home Depot. I always seem to end up there. I will never step foot in this particular store ever again, after specifically shopping at this one for many years. Last night, December 9, 2025, we called the store due to an issue with our order. The guys in kitchen appliances ordered the wrong oven on Black Friday. Which is no problem, accidents happen. The gal at the customer service counter transfered us to a manager. The manager answered the phone, right away he was rude. My husband was explaining what happened, my husband felt we had a "bait and switch" situation. The manager cut him off, talked over him, and got very defensive. He told us the only way to fix this situation was for us to return the oven we received (them picking it up), then them processing the return, then we could purchase the oven we wanted. When my husband tried to deescalate the situation and tried to talk, the manager kept repeating the return process, there were no other options. When we asked his name, he said he was not legally obligated to give us his name. Then he hung up on my husband!!!! I called the store back, I wanted to get the manager's name. The gal working the customer service desk said the same thing, that she was not legally obligated to give out his name. She said she could help be but was very curt. She said she can only help schedule a pick up of the wrong oven. So I went with that. My husband and I have never been treated so poorly. This store is horrible with customer service. I called corporate this morning and got glowing customer service and also reported this terrible behavior. read more

why do big stores like this hire people who know nothing about the products they sell? I needed long roofing screws, for a yard project. I ask an employee where I can find long wood screws and we go to the hardware aisle and she shows me a TINY plastic bag package of screws that are about an inch and a half long and tells me "These are the longest screws we have". CLEARLY they are NOT! I ask about roofing and deck screws and she looks at me like I have three heads and wanders along the aisle until I SEE them and look at a box to see how long they are. The employee just wanders off, confused, no comment, no help, no nothing. How has this become the county where no one knows anything, how people work at a job and can know NOTHING about the store, the products, the merchandise and act like they are inconvenienced by having to help a customer find something? Employees need to get on the same page when searching inventory. We were looking at generators & asked an employee to see if it was in stock. She scanned the barcode, checked on her device & she claimed one had been delivered that day, is on the dock & will be on the floor the next day. She suggested that we purchase it today and pick it up in the morning. So that's what we did. The next day, we called to see when we should come pick it up. We were on the phone for 40 minutes trying to explain to the employees why we purchased it, who we talked to, and then being put on hold again and again. Finally the employee goes "yes, you're right. But our team made a mistake and someone had purchased it before you and our team should have looked at that" .... The cheery voice & apologies do not help when they have wasted so much of our time. My husband is 6 foot 4, 250 pounds, and with full force was barely able to lock the door because it would not properly align. He assessed using full force would break the mechanism. After contacting Lowe's more than once, 2 installers, came out and said that was properly installed, but forced them locked, and said "oh, that's just how the doors lock". A Millgard rep came out and replaced a few mechanical parts, but it still does not lock properly. It is not acceptable. After contacting Lowe's repeatedly, Lowes said that they would contact us and make the situation acceptable, and it's been months since we've heard from them. I'm extremely unhappy with their service and the doors that they installed. Lowe's is always polite on the phone, and promise to help, but we have defective doors and pay a lot for 6+ months of bad workmanship , I have taken all hombusiness elsewhere. read more

Bad Carpet experience: We only had a switch back open stairway to carpet and was surprised at how much was quoted. After delivery it was apparent that it was over-bid. There was over 129 square feet of carpet left over or enough for a 10'x12'sf room plus a closet. We asked several times of the installer why there was a large roll of backing pad left over and after a while he shrugged, that it was for the next job. It wasn't very convincing. After talking with the Lowes inspector, Mike, we were told that it was because the carpet needed to match up the stairs flow of carpet. This didn't make sense as the stairs double back and not one big climb and are only 3' wide. We were told both on the phone from Lowes and from Mike that someone would contact us to discuss, which didn't happen. Every email and text with Keller Interiors had the stock reply that someone would contact us, but nothing. The installer, Keller Interiors, had no respect for being clean or careful. He dropping tools on the recently installed hardwood floors & tile scratching them. He didn't even bring a shop vac to clean up the considerable dirt from the old carpet, only quickly sweeping up the worst of it, spreading dirt all over. He left the garage in a mess of carpet remnants that Mike had to tell him to clean up as he got ready to leave. read more
