MIKE !!!!! ( aka Brandon) thank you thank you thank you. So I went to see about a mattress in Jan this year. Mike helped me out and put me in that machine that helps you pick the right mattress for you. He took me to the less expensive ones first, they were nice but they weren't right for me with my back issues. He asked me what mattress do I have now, I told him and he took me to go try those out. As soon as I laid down I was like Goldilocks in that perfect bed. Mike showed me prices and I told him I will be back when the time was right... not once did he try to upsell me...not once did he sound like a car salesman... i really appreciated that. Fast forward to May ( 2 days ago) we went to a few places for quotes and then went to go see Mike and LARRY ( or your mattress is free) Larry wasn't there lol. We didn't tell Mike any of the other quotes we just told him what we wanted and see what he came up with for us. I'VE BEEN VERY HONEST WITH MY YELP REVIEWS GOOD OR BAD...SIT AND SLEEP HAD THE BEST PRICES. Mike came back with a price that none of the other places could have came close to. MIKE SERIOUSLY THANK YOU FOR GOING ABOVE AND BEYOND. THANK YOU FOR YOUR PATIENCE ( all my questions) AND PROFESSIONALISM. And fyi our new bed ended up being about 1 1/2 inches higher than our old one, so now I need a stepper lol but I love love love how high it is. Thank again Mike. Also we had next day delivery and the 2 guys that delivered our mattress was on time and was quick with setting everything up. Shaun Porto and David Burnham were professional, helpful, and listened to our concerns. Unprofessional experience with Walter Caballero sold us mattress that we had so many issues. Finally we went back, and picked the right mattress. On delivery day 12/19/2025 the delivery guys - Jose and Juan came to deliver the mattress, and I noticed holes in the mattress. I declined the delivery plus they didn't bring the right base for the bed. I explained this to them. Jose started yelling at me in my home. I told them to leave my home. I called sit 'n sleep spoke with Shaun Porto explained what happen in my home. He was very understanding, and would take care of this matter. He was very friendly and we showed him the other prices of what we saw at another store. Just like the commercial says, they'll match their prices. What I like is that the delivery fee is lower. I had a great experience at the Redlands Sit 'n Sleep location. The sales rep, Shaun Porto, was very helpful, listened to what I wanted, and showed me mattresses that fit my need. Yes, there was an attempt to upsell me, but that's what sales people have to do. I just said, "No, thanks." The delivery process was one of the most thorough I've ever had from any company, with a link I could use that showed where the truck was all morning, and which regularly updated my appointment time. Stopping in to browse Sit n' Sleep'smattress showroom, I came out an owner of a new mattress a couple weeks later. What lured me into the store was the Nectar mattress selection they have. Looking at these mattresses online, I knew a purchase online would take away from the overall shopping experience in buying a new one than at a brick and mortar store. Afterall, online shopping you can't even sit on one or lay on what you're browsing until it arrives. Quickly, I realized this would not be the way I would purchase a mattress to my liking. So, off to the store I went. Glad I did! I happened to change my mind on a Nectar mattress. My experience was nothing short of superb. Knowledgeable and insightful, the representatives were able to answer every question I had, as well as give me helpful information to choose the right mattress. I must say, I did not go with a Nectar brand mattress, as I felt it wasn't a good fit for me, but chose a Beautyrest mattress instead.
