MIKE !!!!! ( aka Brandon) thank you thank you thank you. So I went to see about a mattress in Jan this year. Mike helped me out and put me in that machine that helps you pick the right mattress for you. He took me to the less expensive ones first, they were nice but they weren't right for me with my back issues. He asked me what mattress do I have now, I told him and he took me to go try those out. As soon as I laid down I was like Goldilocks in that perfect bed. Mike showed me prices and I told him I will be back when the time was right... not once did he try to upsell me...not once did he sound like a car salesman... i really appreciated that. Fast forward to May ( 2 days ago) we went to a few places for quotes and then went to go see Mike and LARRY ( or your mattress is free) Larry wasn't there lol. We didn't tell Mike any of the other quotes we just told him what we wanted and see what he came up with for us. I'VE BEEN VERY HONEST WITH MY YELP REVIEWS GOOD OR BAD...SIT AND SLEEP HAD THE BEST PRICES. Mike came back with a price that none of the other places could have came close to. MIKE SERIOUSLY THANK YOU FOR GOING ABOVE AND BEYOND. THANK YOU FOR YOUR PATIENCE ( all my questions) AND PROFESSIONALISM. And fyi our new bed ended up being about 1 1/2 inches higher than our old one, so now I need a stepper lol but I love love love how high it is. Thank again Mike. Also we had next day delivery and the 2 guys that delivered our mattress was on time and was quick with setting everything up. The other places said I would have to wait 2 weeks for my stuff to be delivered. NOT SIT N SLEEP read more

Update. They traded the bed and we had to make a purchase in their store I'll never go back

Shaun Porto and David Burnham were professional, helpful, and listened to our concerns. Unprofessional experience with Walter Caballero sold us mattress that we had so many issues. Finally we went back, and picked the right mattress. On delivery day 12/19/2025 the delivery guys - Jose and Juan came to deliver the mattress, and I noticed holes in the mattress. I declined the delivery plus they didn't bring the right base for the bed. I explained this to them. Jose started yelling at me in my home. I told them to leave my home. I called sit 'n sleep spoke with Shaun Porto explained what happen in my home. He was very understanding, and would take care of this matter. Next delivery on 12/20/2025 went very well with the right mattress and base. Delivery guys Cesar and Enrique very friendly and knowledgeable service. Tia M. read more

Shaun and Dave were super helpful! Knew lots about our Avocado mattress and helped us decide between the different options. We were a little unsure which Avocado mattress to go with since it's such an expensive investment, but they both put our minds to ease about our decision. Thank you guys so much for helping us get our new bed! read more

Located off California. We dropped by to check out the mattresses. We were specifically looking for temper-pedic ones because we loved the feel. We were greeted by Matt Brown, the sales associate. He was very friendly and we showed him the other prices of what we saw at another store. Just like the commercial says, they'll match their prices. What I like is that the delivery fee is lower. If you qualify, you can differ interest from 12 to 24 months depending on your credit. We loved their selections and will be back once we make our choices. read more

Dave was super helpful and walked us through getting our new mattress. Very informative as well.

We came in for a new bed for our growing son and dealt with the manager Dave. He was friendly in his greetings and listened to what we wanted. After a few different mattresses, our son found something that he liked and we got a fair deal from the store. A delivery date was set up and everything went smooth and easy. It's our second time buying a bed from here and both times went the same- smooth and easy without high pressures and blah blah blah. Thanks manager Dave for taking great care of us read more

I had a great experience at the Redlands Sit 'n Sleep location. The sales rep, Shaun Porto, was very helpful, listened to what I wanted, and showed me mattresses that fit my need. Yes, there was an attempt to upsell me, but that's what sales people have to do. I just said, "No, thanks." The delivery process was one of the most thorough I've ever had from any company, with a link I could use that showed where the truck was all morning, and which regularly updated my appointment time. The two fellows who arrived had my mattress and box springs in, unwrapped, and set up in less than 15 minutes. I recommend this company! read more

My partner and I were nervous coming in as first-time mattress buyers looking for a cal-king, but Matt helped us out and we ended up having a super efficient and easy time finding the right mattress. We laid on a diagnostic mattress that pointed Matt in the right direction for what we needed. After trying out just 2 or 3 mattresses, we found our pick. Matt gave us great advice for mattress care and we left with a reasonable purchase plan. The mattress was delivered just couple days later, and the pick up was smooth. We've had the mattress for about 6 months now and are super happy with our purchase. I highly recommend with shop. It was a very professional, welcoming environment and we had no complaints throughout the entire process. read more

Stopping in to browse Sit n' Sleep'smattress showroom, I came out an owner of a new mattress a couple weeks later. What lured me into the store was the Nectar mattress selection they have. Looking at these mattresses online, I knew a purchase online would take away from the overall shopping experience in buying a new one than at a brick and mortar store. Afterall, online shopping you can't even sit on one or lay on what you're browsing until it arrives. Quickly, I realized this would not be the way I would purchase a mattress to my liking. So, off to the store I went. Glad I did! I happened to change my mind on a Nectar mattress. My experience was nothing short of superb. Knowledgeable and insightful, the representatives were able to answer every question I had, as well as give me helpful information to choose the right mattress. I must say, I did not go with a Nectar brand mattress, as I felt it wasn't a good fit for me, but chose a Beautyrest mattress instead. Happy with my choice and the excellent service, I highly recommend this place. Can't wait to throw out my Sleep Number bed and sleep on a Beautyrest. *shoulder bounce* read more

My husband and l bought two mattresses with box springs. Our sales person was Mike Gonzalez who was very knowledgeable and personable. We were pretty selective on what brand and type of cushion we wanted and he was extremely accommodating and patient with us in letting us know more about the product we were interested in.
