Stopped in on Sunday 5/23/21 looking for a replacement mattress. We were greeted by Eddie Bartkowski, he made us feel very comfortable and showed us multiple mattresses. We felt like we where listened to and treated fairly. We knew after spending some time listening to Eddie, we were going to end up with a mattress purchase. Eddie Made our experience smooth and comfortable. We received our mattress today only 2 days after the purchase and it's already set up in our master bedroom. Dave Burnham was extremely patient, knowledgeable, fun, and the process was an experience, like he said when we first came in. Started off at a test mattress which was pretty cool with a 3D image. We bought a Technogel cooling mattress, with Bamboo sheets, and a Bamboo Duvet with pillows. We have had it for 2 weeks now and OMG it has been the best sleep we have had ever! Thank you Dave so much for everything! read more

The 5 stars that I'm giving from the Redlands store is due to the fact that the store was clean, organized and well maintained. Unfortunately, the store lost a $4500 purchase due to unqualified sales person. I bought a couple hours later from mattress firm. At the end of the day, it's about the margin. read more

Worked with Dave on our most recent purchase. Very happy with the product and service we received in getting our new Cal King setup. It should be arriving Tuesday and I can't wait to get it dialed in. read more

Replacing my daughter's twin mattress from an unfold-from-the-box to an actual mattress that could give her better support. The store is immaculate and has many options to choose from. The sales clerk who helped me listened to what I was looking for, took into account my price range, and suggested I look at three different mattresses that might work. He spent some time with me going over the different features. Terrific service and selection. Because the prices on mattresses have risen sky high, I would suggest shopping when they host a sale. It saved me hundreds of dollars by purchasing it during the sale read more

They were nice. They are trying to make a sell. I bought the Tempur-pedic breeze mattress, but I had exchange another mattress that did not work out for me and in the end they made it look like on paperwork like I was paying around $2000. Got my bill, my statement, and I am being finance for over $4,000. Before I got that bill, I put a great review on their website but now I need to go change that, thanks Teddy for misleading us !! read more

Don't ever buy a mattress from sit and sleep and return it. We returned our Nectar mattress June 2nd 2022 and we still have not had our full refund given back to us. It is ridiculous that I have to be the mediator between synchrony Bank and Sit N Sleep for a simple return. After several calls to Sit N Sleep customer service they said they would take care of the issue but it's been days since the last time I spoke to an agent who said she would take care of the full amount and guess what? Still says I owe money for a mattress I don't even own! Just buy directly from Nectar or any of these online mattresses retailers. read more

Today 12/31/2030, I decided to go to Sit and Sleep. Had a wonderful experience, I was 15 minutes early because Sunday they open at 11 am. One Older Employee gentleman who works there passed the only car in the and just entered the Building, and I thought it would have been nice to let me in early. He didn't so I waited. But what turned out was a Young Man by the name of MIKE. came out and asked me to come in. I thought that was so Nice! Got better than that, he asked me what are you looking for? So I told him I was looking for a Queen at a reasonable price that fit my needs and budget. Mike, showed me one that immediately hit my not-too-firm. He showed me another, that was also Okay, but he offered up a Clearance Mattress that was also good, but on the floor. He showed it to me it was what I needed and was great and firm. I was so happy and blessed with Mike. Especially the Price $400. It was a Blessing. I asked if he could recommend a good Bed Frame. He recommended but I was a little high $300, but then He said as a great Salesman, I just might have this one on Clearance, and He did and it was $100 dollars less. He was a Blessing. All that to say if your hesitant is to go regardless and request Mike, he is real good with Customer Service and woking to fit you Needs. Thanks Mike, it was a blessing meeting You! read more

Bought a new mattress here on Sunday. From the moment we walked in we were greeted by a salesman Michael. He was very informative and even let us get a diagnostic of our sleeping on a computer bed that told us what mattress would be best for us both. Luckily we were both in the blue zone and ended up purchasing a blue zone mattress. Michael was a pleasure and informed us of all the different options we had. We were going to leave without purchasing but Michael made us a deal we couldn't refuse. Mattress will be delivered tomorrow. I can't wait. Been laying on this once great mattress for 12 years and it has been horrible for the last several years. We bought new sheets and pillows and tomorrow night we will be sleeping on a cloud thanks to Michael. read more

I had a wonderful time shopping for a mattress here! The salesman was so helpful, nice, and extremely patient. I had 3 kids jumping from mattress to mattress the entire time. His head must have been spinning as he tried to answer my questions through the noise. I thought it was fun, Haha! So sorry sir! They have a large mattress selection, good sales, and the staff was very attentive. Zero complaints! I was so happy to get a comfy memory foam with cool gel mattress + box spring + mattress protection sheet delivered that week for just a lil over $1K. I didn't need financing so the transaction was really quick. The fastest mattress transaction I've ever been through in fact. Perhaps he was eager to get the noisy crowd out of the store? Hahaha! Oh and PS if you you don't like the standard sized box spring, you can ask for a thinner one. They have em. It made my heart happy! read more
