We looked around for a little bit. They do have really nice stuff that I wanted to purchase, but I decided not to give that establishment my money. When we walked out, my son was in front of me. He had a bag with other stuff that he purchased at other stores, and the lady was just looking at him up and down, like if my son took something. I turned around, looked at her, and said 'you have a good day.' Once again, she didn't respond. She made us feel super uncomfortable.

I called them after work and, I was told they don't deliver on Tuesday's, that they deliver on Saturday's and my item would be delivered this coming Saturday. At 1pm Saturday I called and was told, they would look into it and get back to me. Crickets AGAIN! I called at 1pm on Sunday and the owner told me he was sorry and it would be delivered Tuesday. I like supporting small businesses, but this makes me want to go back to big box retailers.

The owner here can be quite rude and seems to have little patience or respect for people who disagree with her or cause even small inconveniences. When we first purchased an item, she was very nice and even offered to let us come back another time to pick it up since her hours didn't quite work for us. That was very kind and we appreciated the flexibility. Unfortunately, when it came time to actually pick up the item, her attitude completely changed. She became extremely rude and essentially berated me, my dad, and my husband. To this day, I'm not entirely sure why she was so upset with us since we had both agreed on a pickup time. However, the messages she sent afterward made it clear that she had little respect or basic courtesy toward us. I've worked in customer service before, so I understand that customers can sometimes be frustrating. If she was upset about something we did, I can understand feeling frustrated. However, speaking to customers the way she did is something I would never do. The store may have some interesting items, but I would much rather spend my money supporting businesses that treat their customers with respect.

The owner and her husband had really great customer service. They explained that the beautiful furniture piece in the front which would be a record player no longer works. I got some assistance lifting these items into my truck bed and I paid through Zelle as the store doesn't have a register just yet. My jewelry items were also a dollar very affordable.
