We have stopped here 3 times during our travels and after today, we won't be returning. The majority of the statues on site have flaws from the casting, cracked features or flat out broken, missing pieces. It is fun to walk through the large property in hopes of finding something wonderful, but there is just nothing worthwhile for our tastes. They do have some nice fountains, which is why I give it 3 stars for those. read more

I share this so that others can avoid our pain. Tony agreed to install a large metal structure to cover our back veranda. He did not communicate as well as he could have with the people doing the work which led to several things that were not done correctly. I will say that we were generally happy with the shape of the unfinished structure and I think that Tony does have good ideas and a good artistic sense. Once Tony had our money in hand, however, he stopped responding to messages and did not come out much. I personally drove out to his business twice to ask why he wasn't responding to text messages or phone calls. He promised several times "on my honor" that he would be there next Monday. Despite many promises (now over 5 months since he started the project) he is simply not coming to finish the job. We have stacks of metal and polycarbonate lying around and a large unfinished structure despite paying Tony more than 50k. Finally, when I in the end texted Tony to say that we were going to need to find someone else, he again did not respond to share what type of polycarbonate he purchased so that our new installer could purchase more of the same. I feel sad sharing this since Tony has potential but needs to learn how to communicate reliably with customers and to carry through with things he agrees to do. read more

I have been dealing withTony at Exclusive Garden Decor for two weeks to get my fountain delivered and installed. I ordered it in March 2022 and was advised 30 days to get color coated etc. No problem not in a hurry lots of rain. I called to get it delivered date set. Problems started didn't mind the first few times. I sent him pictures of the location showing where it would go and also it needed to be hard wired. He delivered it without electrician wanted to plug it in???? Long story short several appts made several days and several times within one day very unhappy no phone calls etc. Today was the last straw appt 11 am then 2 30 pm then running late no calls, DOES NOT RESPECT HIS CUSTOMERS ESPECIALLY SINCE HE IS PAID. I bought a fountain on the 19th of November. Francisco said it woulld be put in on the weekend. He is the one that wrote the invoice. I called on Saturday for a time. No answer. I waited the rest of weekend and then called on Monday. The said it would be in on Monday. Five o'clock rolled around then Six o'clock so I called Tony and said they were in Banning. I live in Bloomington so I resceduled for Tuesday in the morning. Tuesday came and went. No calls so I called on Wednesday. Thursday which is Thanksgiving they came out and did a rush job. The fountain when filled up with water is dry after a few hours. Now I have a muddy mess. I have been tring to get a hold of Tony or any one. Can not leave a message all the mailboxes are full. When you do leave a message they never call back. I gave them 500.00 cash for nothing. I am reporting to the Better Business Bureau and to the city licensing department. read more

I decided to build a custom patio with hand made hand troweled Stepping stones. The kind of patio you might see in Architectural Digest. I went to this place because I had gone there before. I discovered that Tony had recently purchased the business. My experience with him was a Complete disappoint. A complete let down. I ordered these custom stepping stones and "Tony" the owner assured me they would be done on time 3 weeks later and that's only the beginning. 1/3rd of my order was not complete. When I asked his wife "Bella" who I originally met with what the problem was she told me she only works there and doesn't get involved with his orders. That's a total lie! She was the one who quoted me originally. She tried to recuse herself because "Tony" said he didn't have time. Then he said he would finish the remaining order but I would pay double the original cost. The other problem was that the quality of the other 2/3rds was so inconsistent in workmanship I can't use some of the stones. I'm besides myself with frustration. I had to locate another stone manufacturer and the wait for the remaining stones is 3 more weeks. PLEASE AVOID THIS BUSINESS. read more
