Juan answered all of my questions, addressed concerns, and helped decide on what route to take. His technician, Eli, was just as helpful. On the day of installation, I had other "bright ideas" that Eli actually entertained and evaluated each task that would be needed to complete my changes. At the end of it, I was quoted for 3 different paths, and without pressure allowed me to choose what suited me best. Our instalation of EV charger ended within schedule and was mounted perfectly.
