I have been doing business with Crystal for nearly 10 years. Jay and Vivian are both great to work with and provide exceptional customer service every time. They stand behind their products and honor the warranty but like every other manufacturer in any business they are not perfect every time. if I ever have an issue, I reach out to them and they will get the process started. Their delivery drivers, Saul and Willie are courteous and hard working as well. I have read a couple of their reviews which in my opinion is unfair to compare them to Andersen because Andersen charges 4 times the price for their products. Overall, good people to do business with, and I do agree that there is definitely room for improvements to be made on all levels. Why pay more for quality vinyl windows and sliding patio doors? I purchased Milgards before and these windows and storefront doors were of excellent quality and competitively priced. I would had to pay a lot more for Milgard or other name brands. Crystal Pacific Windows is the West Coast division of Crystal Windows in Flushings, NY, which has been in business for over 30 years. So they aren't a fly-by-night company. And they have the warranty to stand behind their work. I did my homework. I chose Crystal Pacific for their commercial lines of vinyl storefont windows for my motel lobby and all 11 rooms facing the street. The quality of the windows exceeded my expectations. The guest rooms facing the street used to the last ones to sell because of the street noise. Fire trucks and ambulances would race towards Providence St. John's Hospital. These dual-glazed, energy-efficient windows cut the noise level by 80%. I also swapped out the old-fashion, wall-sleeve PTAC air conditioning units that also transmitted sound. Now, our worst rooms are amazing quiet and comfortable. And they look great from the street too. Here's our facade renovation poster about our facade renovation. We are almost done. I'll post the actual storefront and guest room windows once we are done and all the dust is gone. During the renovation and installation by our general contractor, we noticed that one of the windows had a crack. My GC said it was due to stacking too many windows against the wall. Regardless of who or what caused the crack, Crystal Pacific's Service Team IMMEDIATELY came onsite, inspected the cracked window, measured it, and replaced it within a week or two! Purchased Crystal Pacific Windows in 2016 and have had nothing but issues. Have had them coming out to fix this issue since 2021. The last time they came to try and fix the problem was 2/12/2025. They wrong size pane was ordered and replaced, that didn't work they plugged the vent holes in the front (which they were not supposed to do) and that did not work, and they recently put some kind of seal in which you can see lifted inside the window. The amount of dirt that comes into the house is RIDICULOUS. They said the windows were supposed to be as good as Milgard. I put Milgard in the rest of my house and sand does not come in those windows. I have left a message and sent two emails to discuss replacing these windows but have not heard back from anyone. There is something seriously wrong with these windows and after several failed attempts to fix them I would think their 10 year warranty should replace them with new window. read more

Purchased my windows directly from them and paid to have it delivered. They delivered after many delays and were short of my 3 screen doors saying they would be delivered the next day. After going back and forth with them for months, they flat out told me they were not going to deliver those screens and I would have to pick them up. I told them I had paid in full for the order to be delivered, they told me over the phone they would re-emburse me $75 for the inconvenience. I had to take half day and drive 1.5 hours each direction to get my screens on my truck. Over a year later, I finally have my screens. After all of this, they refused to refund me what they had promised stating that I didn't have it in writing. I won't die over $75, but I wouldn't deal with a dishonest and petty company again read more

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! I bought a condo that had just been remodeled ("flipped") with new windows. In less than five years, 4 out of 14 window panes experienced seal problems where there were dirty streaks between the panes (see photo). I thought that the company would stand behind their product via the warranty but instead they denied my claim based on the fact that I wasn't the "original" purchaser. Come on. If you but a new condo where the window purchaser is the developer, then you aren't the original purchaser either. Four out of fourteen bad window panes (three out of six windows) points to a manufacturing problem. Also, the warranty states that it can be transferred to a new owner if the original owner has the original purchase info. They know who bought the windows, they know I bought the property two months later but they won't honor the warranty. So there are really two issues here: 1. The seals between the panes (four of them) failed in less than five years. I've never had windows with this great of a problem in my 40 years of remodeling homes. 2. They would not honor the "life-time warranty" even though I bought the place as newly remodeled and was the first occupant of the unit after the windows were installed. Just choose wisely - there are plenty of companies out there with great window products that allow subsequent owners to file warranty claims. read more

We moved into our new home in August 2018. 3 weeks after we relocated, Crystal Window came out and "fixed" several defects with cracked seals, broken locks, and clouded glass. Late September we woke up to another issue, a hairline fracture in another window. There were no impact points, rather the crack was another example of cheap, low-quality, under-performing, Crystal Pacific Windows. However, this time they are refusing to fix. In a short period, we have experienced several issues with Crystal Windows. There are many other options from more reputable window companies and manufacturers. Sliding door installed by private contractor. Glass became cloudy and double pane leaked during this past rainy season after 18 mos. post installation. Serious water leak from cracked vinyl frame into floor below causing significant ceiling damage . Do not recommend these doors at all. Company blames contractor for poor installation or damage in transit or upon install. Contractor denies any blame. Cheap quality, flimsy vinyl product. Compare to an Andersen product...different universe altogether. No, I don't, nor any close friend or family member, work for Andersen! read more

just got these installed salesman at showcase vinyl window said they were as good as milgard, NOT!!!! The windows do not open properly at all!? I am wondering if I need to stop the job and go with a known name brand! Anyone else have any comments???
