Now, after working with him, I can confidently say that Lucero's Windows and Doors is the real deal. Because our home required a custom-sized door, James came out twice to take measurements. After about two weeks, the custom entry door arrived, and he completed the installation in a single day. He helped us arrive at a suitable energy-efficient Simonton models to replace 5 of our windows at a reasonable price. He also measured all the windows to be replaced and promptly provided a written quote. Three of our replacements were for original 30+ year-old single-hung windows which were no longer functional because their balances had failed. The replacement Simonton windows have a better design that obviates the need for such balances, which was of added value to me! The total window order, measured and made to order, was received by JWG within 3 weeks and installed within 1 week. JWG Windows arrived just minutes before the scheduled time for installation. We were fortunate to have a second installation crew (Alex and Ricky) join the first crew (EJ and Cody) during the installation process, which allowed the entire job to be done within 2.5 hours. These two teams operated smoothly together in good spirits, were respectful of our property (using drop cloths in each work area) and cleaned up the work areas.
