We had their windows and a patio door installed in November, 2025 by a local installer in Santa Clarita, CA. . While we really like the quality of the windows and door so far, when I went to claim the federal 30% energy tax deduction for them on my 2025 income tax, Premium could NOT provide the "QMID certification" that their products meet federal energy saving standards required to get that tax credit. Apparently, the firm did not apply for this certification (it's a "QMID number") that one must put on their tax return when claiming the 30% credit. So we are out $850.00 (actual dollars) off our 2025 taxes. You would think that a company selling a product that was eligible for a hefty tax credit would make sure that they could provide proper certification for the customer to claim that credit, would't you? I mean, come on...Nice windows, but... I give them three stars for the nice windows, but they lose two more because of the lack of tax information. read more

I'm on my 4th set of windows from Premium. I used to go to them when they were in Paramount. Quickest turn around times, fair prices, and family owned. My first set of windows were from Home Depot and they were trash plus cost double. Never again! read more

I purchased a custom slider with dog door installed. 5k with a "Lifetime warranty" After 1 year the dog door failed and they state it's not covered with no recourse on how to resolve the problem. I agree with all the other one star customers. Estimated window delivery to installer was 2-3 weeks but took more like 2 months. After window was installed, it seemed harder to slide down than necessary so I contacted my window company, Advanced Window, who buys some of their windows from Premium Windows and they set up an appointment for me with Premium Windows. Advanced Window was fine to work with- courteous, helpful and had given me the price estimate. They made an appointment for me with Premium Windows for between 1pm and 5 pm for a couple of weeks later. The doorbell apparently rings at 10:30am the day of the appointment! No advance notice other than a weird email about 8:18 am earlier that day that said nothing and only had eight large numbers (all in a row) and a supposed document attachment which I was not able to open although it didn't appear like a regular document anyway. An employee of Premium Windows arrives at 10:30 am (no prior confirmation by cellphone), briefly checks the window and says the window is double pane and it is normal to be harder to push down. Our previous window was also dual pane. There was no apology for coming 2 1/2 hours early but he said he was only following the schedule he had been given, so not his fault. When we need more new windows, we will not be having them ordered from Premium Windows no matter how wonderful they claim their windows to be. read more

This place claimed a 2 week production timeline and it's been over two months. My installer finally got my windows and one was cracked - so further delays now. I can't speak to the quality of the windows otherwise, since I can't seem to actually get them in my house. read more

Placed an order for 89 windows and was extremely surprised it was delivered within one week to my job site which saved me a lot of time! Customer service was great shipping called me in advance to coordinate delivery and time frame! Very happy with quality of windows and service I received! Our contractor installed 3 Premium Windows & Doors French doors. The doors are pretty nice, but after a few years, we couldn't lock one from the inside because the knob just spins. This happened again to another door a little later. It ends up that they used thin walled aluminum on a part that is stressed and should be thicker walled, or steal. So, it eventually cracks and won't lock. They refuse to stand by their life time warranty because, apparently that's normal wear and tear. There's nothing normal about bad design! Poor customer service and design flaws, so I do not recommend them. read more

I had purchased some windows from a neighbor. The windows were made by Premium Windows. I needed additional windows so I contacted Premium Windows. I was greeted by Marilyn, sales rep. She was pleasant and she listened to my concerns. We reviewed the pictures of the others I had and she identified the design for the windows I needed. She explained to me the importance of being sure of the measurements and the features of the windows due to there were no options of returns or modifications after the order was place. I was satisfied. My contractor installed the windows with no complaint. I had three bay windows sets and three single windows installed. I bought my windows from Sivan Windows & Doors in Northridge, CA, but they were manufactured by Premium Windows. I went with Premium instead of Milgard to save nearly $2K and made an unannounced visit to their factory in Paramount, CA. I was given a tour by Jacqueline and she answered all my questions. Lifetime warranty on the windows and the company has been around since 1999 or 2000. A very professional operation. The windows are of great quality and I'm very pleased. I cannot explain the negative reviews for this business here at yelp (you'll never please everyone all the time), but I had no problems and would recommend Premium Windows to all. read more

I have purchased my windows and doors from large stores such as Home Depot and Lowes in the past, but the cost is incredibly high so I researched and found Premium. Not only did they provide me with excellent service but they gave me more than I had expected in the finished quality of the products I needed for my project. I went through a distributor & installer called David from Professional Home Builders, Inc. They provided Premium Windows at a savings of $3,200 compared to Milgard and other brands. Couldn't be happier as the windows look great and David assured me that they have a Manufacture's lifetime Warranty. Moreover, David's company offered a free glass breakage warranty if any window were to be accidentally shattered or cracked. Couldn't be happier!! I'm really so tired of waiting for my parts. This company has been horrible after Covid. My order was received wrong. And what a received was missing so many parts. My customer can't even lock 2 of her sliders because I didn't receive lock pins. Missing wheels on slider screens. Screens to large. They even sent me clear glass for the bathrooms where it was suppose to be obscure. After they got paid, they just want to ignore me. They will not give me a delivery date. I filled out service forms. I've emailed every one I talked too. I want my problems resolved now. I've been waiting months. They don't even give me an idea of a day. I don't even know if they starting making my obscure glass. The people I talk to don't know anything and never get back to me. I want some satisfaction- answers I just get empty promises. Maybe I'll just keep giving bad reviews until they decide to fix there mistakes. read more

I purchased about 10 French doors and sliding patio doors and about 15 windows from them for my 2-story house and there have been non-stop problems. First one of the French doors would leak water into the house when it rains and after having my contractor to look into this we found out the French door has holes under the frame and instead of routing the rain water out to the front of the door like other doors do, the frame would leak the water inside the house and therefore my hardwood floor was ruined and had to be redone. Then, the sliding door upstairs would also leak rain water into the ceiling of 1st floor and this time their own service technician came to examine and told me the frame was cracked. Rosa at the service department would make up all kinds of excuses and would not honor the warranty. I am proceeding this with the Attorney General office and Department of Consumers. I am sure they won't stay in this business for much longer. Please do yourself a favor and stay away from this company. There are other companies who manufacture windows and doors and they would honor warranties unlike Premimum Windows. read more

Bad experience and I would not recommend to anyone. The sales representative whom I worked with was Daniel DelaRosa who was knowledgeable however, he failed to communicate properly. He provided us with false timelines of when the windows would be complete and it stalled the project. Additionally it was extremely difficult to get a hold of him. Once the windows were installed, they left a mess. I had to contact them again to have them clean up the mess they left in my front yard.
