The process to get a quote and order our windows was quick. What was I would even label as unsatisfactory was the communication after giving the first deposit. I was often the one reaching out to the company to confirm my payment was received and to follow up on an appointment for a tech to do final measurements. Also on the day of installation, our technician never showed up and once again I was the one reaching out to the company to ask where he was to which they didn't know either. Turned out he was not coming due to personal issues but never informed the company. That was very disappointing not to mention unprofessional. I was quickly rescheduled but not until another week. The new technician did a great job installing the windows. He was on time, quick and cleaned up the mess of the old windows. Overall I would recommend DJ Windows and most likely will go with them again for our downstairs windows. However I think they need to improve more on their communication with customers as well as with their technicians they hire to install. But overall we had a good experience.

Just to provide some context, we needed to replace 2 sliding doors after purchasing our home. The sliding doors and screen doors were from the original build decades ago and very hard to open/close. I worked with Addy throughout the entire process, and from the initial meeting to the installation day, everything went smoothly. They require 50% deposit once measurements are taken, and it took about a week or so after payment to install the sliding doors. Our sliding door installation needed to be rescheduled to a further date since it was raining on the original date of installation, but Addy was very proactive about communicating that and making sure I had all my questions answered. The day of installation, the installer came, removed the sliding doors, and even was kind enough to help us remove an existing shutter frame that I could not pry off on my own. He worked fast and efficiently, and both sliding doors were installed in 2 hours. The 2 hours included taking off the old sliding doors, putting in the new ones, and making sure everything worked perfectly and looked great. We're extremely satisfied with the installation, pricing, and ongoing communication with Addy and her team. The new doors let in so much more natural light now, and they slide so smoothly and easily. However, the sizes are all different and not standard. When it comes time to replace old windows that don't open anymore, this company is our go to. They manufacture custom retrofit windows and they also have team of contractors to handle the replacement as well. All streamlined service. They first come out to your house to measure all the windows, they the office sends you a quote with the sizes and prices of each window and then labor if you want them to install for you. After you agree and sign the contract, they schedule a date with you for replacement. The quality of their windows is very good, you can select the standard or for larger windows you can select higher grade and thicker glass. The windows we replaced back in 2005 still works like new. All double pane vinyl and slides very nice. Service is superb, their contractors are very good, fast efficient and very professional. Highly recommend.

Worked with Preferred Pacific Construction to get 19 new Anlin Windows to upgrade my existing…read moresingle pane windows. From start to finish, working with them has been a breeze. Started working with Jenny and Queena to get quotes. Found out their labor charge wasn't a fat rip off compared to others so decided to let them do the installation also. Bryan came, did all the final measurements and answered all my questions/concerns. No nonsense sales 101 pitches, no pushing any sense of urgency to get us to rush and sign right then and there etc. We got the window roughly 4 weeks after ordering (they estimated 4-6 weeks). Job took around 2 days. 3 people came and they really respected the house. I'm talking shoe covering when entering indoors, cleaning up after themselves after each window, and just basic decency when working on a house with a family already residing there. Pictures for the installations can speak for itself but overall, happy with the workmanship. Their quote for material and labor was 15-30% cheaper than similar competitors (I'm talking respectable brands.. Milgard trinsic/tuscany, Anlin catalina etc of course if you go no namer china brand with a handy man installer.... then yeah that's the different topic) and in my opinion, we're not sacrificing anything in terms of quality. They are also licensed and have liability insurance for their workers.. so that helps put our minds at ease. Already sent their contact to a few other friends who were waiting for my project result. Fun back Story: I actually started window shopping around May 2026 and reached out to a few highly rated window companies. They came with their sales deck and gave extremely high quotes. Eventually decided to just DIY since retrofitting is actually not hard at all... I reached out to Anlin directly to purchase windows. However, Anlin said they can't sell to me direct and sent me to one of their authorized dealers "Preferred Pacific Construction". From there, Preferred Pacific Construction gave me a quote for just the windows - which was very reasonable. By chance, I asked them how much labor would be and the price they gave me was actually very reasonable. So i decided to just have them install it instead! They didn't even ask me to leave a yelp review. They were probably confident that their good work would naturally lead to future recommendations :) .

So I told him that I had called a window shop on facebook marketplace located close by and they said my window was a special order and it wasn't Milgard he then said it would be ready in 2 days for $280 I then walked in to the Milgard shop I gave him the measurements and he pointed out a Milgard window in the show room that it would look like. I gave him the total amount he quoted me which was $60 dollars more than the other none Milgard brand. He said he could have done within one week because he does a lot of business with special orders and bulk amounts of windows. Two weeks later nothing no call nothing. I called him and he seriously for got to order my window. He called me back the next day and said the window will be ready in 2 days. I picked up the window without looking for the Milgard logo as it was wrapped up and I had my handy man waiting at my house ready to install it.. After my guy installed it, I then proceeded to notice it wasn't a Milgard window. I called him back and he said I never ordered a Milgard window..and to show him the receipt when he never gave me one. Why would I go through all that trouble to go to a Milgard window shop and pay more. DO NOT TRUST THIS MAN.. I see why him and his brother had a falling out and went their separate ways.. He lies, greed and and a good faith hand shake on a deal is worthless... As you can see this window doesn't have the Milgard logos or the made on date warranty numbers on it... Again check all your windows as he might sneak in a cheaper window.
