We tried to order a replacement door for our home, in-swing and they delivered and installed an out-swing instead! Not what we had, not what we wanted and it took some time and effort to resolve the matter. They led us to believe that we accepted the door (by payment and signature) so that was final. It was a mistake on the contract, but ultimately, the company president promised to replace the door and make it right for us. The resolution will take time to get accomplished but we expect to be made whole and get the door we had hoped to get. read more

I was then told by Jose that a new shower pan needed to be ordered and we would receive a 25% discount. I then meet with your owner and he lies to me about coming out personally and that the worker who broke in would not be back, but he was back and then for them to leave the hole in the floor was completely unacceptable, I am extremely disappointed and unsatisfied with the service and broken promises and lies. For me, it should not take 4 months to change a bathroom nor should it sit demolished for three weeks. Sadly I had varying problems with this company from beginning to the completion of this job. Initial problem was them attempting to do a bait and switch to increase my price. I received price, they suddenly explained that I had to pay $4000 more as I explained that this was simply too much and that I wanted to cancel. They explained that I could not cancel and had to pay this amount. After threats to contact licensing board, they stopped pushing and agreed to pay out contracted amount. After this, they installed a door that was cheaper than I had ordered on original contract, trying to pass it off in hopes I wouldn't even notice. I had to wait another 6 weeks for the door leaving my house in disarray. Barely an apology, and nothing to compensate me for all of this. Truly be careful when dealing with this company. read more
