Our sliding screen door has been inoperable for years. Finally got tired of getting bitten by mosquitoes inside our house and gave Bob a call. He was able to come out the same day! We also had him replace four screens while he was out. Bob did an amazing job on our sliding screen door! He cleaned it up and basically replaced everything but the frame. Cool experience. We had ripped an area of the sliding screen door to our patio. Not only that but the lock handle had broken off. Those plastic things suck. On top of all that, our screen doors are an abnormally large size and Lowe's and Home Depot don't carry them. We needed a custom designed one. Bob's is really cool. They come to you, take away the old one and install a new one. They took no more than one and a half hours. Very cool experience and fair price. read more

Terrible customer service. Called to get a quote on a service about two weeks ago and gave me a pricing. Now, Bob says that he doesn't do a particular sun room service. Which is fine, so he just shuts down and says I won't do it with no offer to do the rest of the house. I ask him if he would still move forward with cleaning the house windows and he is just rude can care less to listen. Didn't care to loose a client, and as my first time getting my windows washed since the purchase of my house. Don't really know what is the do's and don't of window cleaning. Total negative experience! It's really sad that he is a man of no adequacy, and bad attitude. read more

This morning I was almost hit by an older man driving one of their trucks . I was on green river road and I had the green light. Their truck was trying to make a right turn. He kept pushing the gas almost hitting the cars in front of me. When I drove right in front of him their diver made eye contact with me and proceeded to almost hit me on the passenger side where my son was sitting. I called to file a complaint and no answer and as I can see there are other yelp reviews with the same problem. I want to add that this happened by a school zone. Just bought a new home and there were no screens on any windows in the house. I called Bob on Monday, he gave me an estimate over the phone, showed up on Wednesday and was done in 2 hours. I'm very disappointed with Bob's. At first I was very pleased with the screens (we replaced them all) and the very clean windows - until I noticed he completely scratched up our French sliding glass door. His employee used a 4 inch scraper before washing. I'm not sure what he thought he had to scrape off, but in doing so, he left my door completely scratched up. Bob came back to look at it and denied doing it at all. He said that the scratches were there already and that's normal wear and tear. This is completely untrue. He offered absolutely nothing to compensate me for a ruined door. He just simply denied doing it all together. For all the money I paid him, I would think he could offer me something in the name of good customer service. I will not use him again. read more

Called up Bob today to see if he had a warranty on his work or at least let he know how much he would charge to reattach an exterior screen shade that fell that he installed on a window on the roof of my home 9 months ago. Said he would have to look up the invoice and call me back. He called back as expected and said that he would do the work at no cost the next time he was in my area. We're having company from out of town this weekend and would have liked to have had it fixed by then, but wasn't going to complain since he said he would do it for free. He called me back less than an hour later and said he would be at my house in 20 minutes! As promised, he was there, reattached the screen on the roof window. Also when we bought our house there were no screens, he installed all of them and not an issue with even one several years later. In addition this last visit they went the extra mile by cleaning the glass in our portico lantern, and swapped out its light bulbs to new LED ones I recently purchased.
