This is our first time ever hiring anyone to professionally clean our windows after living in the house for 7 years. He was very thorough with cleaning windows, screen doors, and tracks inside and out. We also asked Dave to replace the backyard sliding screen door and it was so new that we forgot there was a screen door there. David did such a great job yesterday, cleaning our solar panels. He took pictures to show us before and after, he even cleaned the skylight. Dirty water from the panels came down onto a awning, he even cleaned that off and that got the window dirty, he cleaned that also. David even informed me about my windows and how some of them were double glass panel, something I never knew. His appointment was at 9am and it was already 92 degrees in the San Gabriel Valley. The second story windows were complicated to reach but he was a pro and made the process look easy. He cleaned the window screens and sills with incredible detail. He was professional and kept me updated through out the entire process.
