Gatis is a great guy, professional and caring for his customers. He did an amazing cleaning of our 26 year old roof, which was NEVER cleaned before. He removed all the moss and dirt, and then sealed it a few days later. It almost looks new and should last quite a few more years. Highly recommend G Power for the best prices and workmanship hands down. read more

We live in a neighborhood with many pine trees. The trees give off a cloud of fine green pollen dust in spring, which covers our roof, solar panels, and skylights. We have been hosing our skylights, but it doesn't clean them. Gatis and his team cleaned this sticky mess off our roof, cleaned bird droppings off the chimney stacks, polished our skylights and solar panels, and generally did a wonderful job. They were on time, incredibly polite, and very easy to schedule with because Gatis always answers his calls. The service wasn't inexpensive - but they were at our home for more than 5 hours, so they did everything we asked of them. I feel that we definitely got our money's worth. I highly recommend G Power Washing OC - our standing seam metal roof is sparkling now! read more

Gatis did a superb job power washing my roof. He was able to accommodate my schedule and find a spot an appointment before solar install. Arrived on time, did the job quickly, provided drone photos for before and after, so I can see the result myself. It's a messy job, but he did a thorough cleaning around the property. I have been using G Cleaning for the interior cleaning of my condo for several years now. They have consistently been professional, punctual, courteous and effective all at one of the most competitive rates I've seen. They have left my home spotless, including very thorough cleaning of my stainless steel appliances and bathrooms, time and time again. My only regret is that I'll be moving outside of their area of service and will have to find new cleaners! Thank you for many great years of service. I will be leaving their contact information with the next residents of my soon to be former address. read more

Gatis did an AMAZING job restoring our cedar fence. Check out the photos enclosed, it looks like a brand new fence. He did the work over 2 days, power washing 1 day and oiling the fence after it was dry, 2 days later. He is prompt, communicative and absolutely delivers on what he says he will do. And the results absolutely speak for themselves. He consulted with us before starting on how best to approach the job and what would get us the best result. He was 100% spot on. I would highly recommend Gatis to anyone looking to do this type of work. read more

If I could give negative stars I would. I had these cleaners come to our house to clean for our wedding rehearsal dinner at our house. His name is Gratis. I told them I needed the house cleaned and done before 5 pm because guests were scheduled to arrive at 6. They said no problem. Well I come in at 4:30 pm house was a complete mess and furniture was rearranged, out of place. If you are moving furniture to clean you should put all furniture back in it's exact place. I started frantically putting the furniture back myself and cleaning myself since house did not look clean, it looked worse than when they came. They also did not put our screen doors back in correctly after cleaning the windows and some of our screen doors would not close or open. They also broke one of our automatic screen doors which we use to open and close with a switch and now doesn't work anymore. I wish I never paid these people I think was about $250 for not cleaning up my house and breaking our screen doors. This was so stressful right before our wedding rehearsal dinner. Do not call these people to come clean your house. read more

We had to have our roofs power washed before installing solar panels to remove moss and algae buildup. Gatis responded to my inquiry quickly and professionally and was able to schedule an appointment within the week. He was punctual, very communicative, and did an incredible job, all while being the most competively priced bid we received. He even finished the job earlier than expected. From start to finish, incredible service. read more

great service! THEY WERE ABLE to come over quickly the same day! awesome communication and super great!

My concrete tile roof was in serious need of cleaning after more than 10 years of neglect. I contacted Gatis and he worked with my schedule to get it done during a substantial home remodel. He showed up early on a Saturday to accommodate my other contractor's scheduling needs which was greatly appreciated. He took his time to go over every square inch of the roof and applied some mildew/algae retardant to help keep future roof surface greening at bay. When he was finished on the roof, he helped clean my eaves and fascia for an upcoming paint trim and then cleaned up the whole area before he left. On top of it all, he is super nice and easy going which is refreshing, especially after dealing with so many other tradesman recently. At my request, he took a before and after shot of the roof so I could confirm all the tough areas were taken care of as well. I think the photos speak for themselves. I wouldn't hesitate recommending him to anyone in need of a roof cleaning. read more
