It was a really stressful time for our family, and I was suddenly scrambling to find someone who could replace the doors quickly and reasonably. I got multiple bids from handymen as well as door and window companies, and Spencer stood out immediately. He was extremely responsive, came out quickly to provide an estimate, had the best pricing by far, and was very straightforward about the options and game plan. What really impressed me was that he was able to find exact replacement doors, which meant I didn't have to replace the entire system or the surrounding side windows -- saving us a huge amount of money compared to the other quotes we received. Once the doors arrived, Spencer moved fast. He completed the installation, trim work, and paint all in one day, and the finished product looks amazing. You would never know the doors had been damaged. I'm incredibly grateful for Spencer's professionalism, communication, pricing, and quality of work during such a difficult time for our family. I would absolutely use him again and highly recommend him to anyone needing door, window, or home repair work.

Communication and quote started out great with Dane but the workmanship was lazy and as you can see in the photo did not last at all. I am assuming they only put 2 coats of finish on and didn't prep correctly since all of the finish has already released after only 4 short months. When his team was "complete" I could tell they did not do the job I expected. I asked them to come back out and place one more coat on....which they did but didn't make much difference. I have since refinished myself after spending over $2k for their crappy work. It looks great now.....after a real complete strip and 4 coats of the finish I originally asked for. My advice is do it yourself or go elsewhere.

I had another waterproofing contractor give me a quote for full stairs redo instead of only a repair. I can not afford to completely redo the stair waterproofing. Arturo gave me an estimate to repair the stairs and wrought iron. It was a reasonable price also. His team removed the damaged waterproofing and then cut the bottom of three rusted poles and plates off. Then, they welded a new pole with a waterproofed plate onto the bottom of the railing. On top of the wood, they put a metal mesh and fiber glass with resin as the third waterproof layer. See before and after pictures!
