I was very worried about my sandstone walkway that leads to my door, but they were very careful and gentle with it, while still getting the dirt off. Fito Parra arrived on time, with a truck that held a lot of really specialized equipment; this wasn't a side-job, but a profession, and I could tell that he really cared about what he was doing. He was able to get tough stains out on a patio that had not been cleaned for probably 15+ years. I had bought a power washer from BestBuy and tried to do it myself, but it took me an entire Saturday to literally do a quarter of what he did in almost four hours. Fito/KC Power Clean uses steam, some light chemicals (or you can say no) and industrial power wash equipment. I was also very impressed by how he cleaned the dirt splatter off the walls, and did an excellent job. My driveway and patio looked brand new! Kevin followed up asking how the service went, and sending me before and after pictures, which was another professional touch. I'd recommend looking at their Youtube channel and watching what these guys are about. They seem to take care of their employees, their customers, and are growing the business, which is nice to see. I could have paid someone else less to use Lowes/HomeDepot pressure wash equipment and chemicals or simple green, and my patio would have looked just a bit better. But considering this is licensed, insured, and the equipment on the truck was professional (for example, they have some motor on it that heats the water to make the steam, and a machine that could wind the hose back up), I felt that there was significant value. In estimating the job, Jack accurately determined the amount of stone veneer flat and corner pieces that would be required minimizing excess pieces at the completion of the job The dry stack stone veneer placement looks incredibly natural, with variation in size and color, giving the project depth and authenticity. His attention to detail was impeccable. How he trimmed and fitted short cornerstones and the stone pieces around a vent opening and existing vinyl fence exceeded my expectation. Jack was meticulous in keeping the job site incredibly neat and cleaned up at the end of each day. He did a thorough cleanup after the project was completed, leaving our property pristine. Also a couple of hundred feet of black brick all around our property. His price was so good I hired him on the spot. He came in a week later and just finished the job. After only 5 hours the job is now done and the results were better than I could have hoped for. Everything looks almost new. Saved us $ 50K in not having to tear everything out and re-hardscape! Scott knows his job, works VERY hard, is punctual and very professional. He would have been worth the money - even if priced higher. We definitely received value. These guys are great if you want to hire someone else to finish the job. They removed about 90% of…read morethe paint and, when it comes to removing paint, that last 10% is a big deal. They don't have photos of their unfinished work on their website to give you a true idea. They also refused to come down on the price so that I could pay someone else to finish. And lastly, in the fine print it says they will leave a dozen giant bags of sand and debris which YOU are responsible for somehow transporting to the dump.
