The quality is consistently excellent -- clean work, even coverage, no shortcuts, and you can tell they actually know what they're doing. What really sets them apart is how accommodating they are. They've fit me in last minute more than once, and I've been incredibly lucky to have parts turned around in an hour or two when timing lined up and they were already running a batch. I don't expect that for everyone, but the fact that they're willing to work with you when they can says a lot. Pricing is more than fair. Honestly, other shops would've charged two, three, even four times as much for the same small parts -- and the results still wouldn't come close to what I get here. I've done "package deals" elsewhere and the quality wasn't even in the same conversation. Fast, fair, and top-tier workmanship. It says you "here" but you're on San Gabriel Blvd, not Broadway thats in the address. The GPS dot shows the location a little "behind" SG Blvd, so I drove around the corner to Broadway and made the first right in the driveway. Theres a row of 5 or 6 businesses, but now of these are it because they are on 3XX, not 810 E. Broadway. I'm not even sure if this person has an actual location at this point, I couldn't even get a hold of anyone once I got there. Not very professional after I confirmed that I'll be down.

I needed sandblasting for my underground garage wall to remove the paint. Steve met with me on site to make sure it was possible and gave me a honest and fair estimate. He was flexible with time and always responsive to phone calls. On the day of, he showed up on time, efficiently and cleaned up so well. I feel that he really take pride in his work and really took care of the property. He took the time and not rush through any steps. He really is an honorable man.
