We relied on temporary ramps and awkward workarounds just to get him in and out of the house. He redesigned and rebuilt all of the concrete in both our front and backyard as well as the driveway, raising and adjusting the grades so everything is ADA compliant with smooth ramps and proper transitions. He also added new walkways that didn't exist before, making it possible for our son to easily access every door of our home. The most incredible part is that Ray managed to make everything functional without sacrificing the beauty or charm of our home. The chimney has 4 sides but the guy just painted only 3 sides. We have to ask them to come back and paint the back side that time. Service: There was only 1 person working on my 2 stories house paint job almost entire time. And this project took longer than promised. The guy didn't block the vent when he painted the garage, he sprayed the paint through it which cause paint all over my stuff stored in there. I called back and tell the company, He just yelled at me "I don't know what are you talking about?" This company is very irresponsible.

The garage was never prepped as promised and not even a week after the job was completed the paint s bubbling and peeling off. They did come back and patch those spots but I'm sure there will be more. The awnings did not get painted on the top and the bottom. It was just sprayed once on the top. If you have specific needs for your home, make sure that everything you want done is put in writing, and that the costs are all listed There was also NO longevity guarantee for the work. Payments were easy, and there was always good communication between the Painter and myself.
