We cannot say enough good things about Ray and his team. What started as a big project turned into something truly life-changing for our family. Our son uses a wheelchair, and before this renovation our home was honestly very difficult for him to navigate. We relied on temporary ramps and awkward workarounds just to get him in and out of the house. We wanted to make our home fully accessible, but we were worried it would end up looking institutional or awkward. Ray completely exceeded our expectations. He redesigned and rebuilt all of the concrete in both our front and backyard as well as the driveway, raising and adjusting the grades so everything is ADA compliant with smooth ramps and proper transitions. He also added new walkways that didn't exist before, making it possible for our son to easily access every door of our home. The most incredible part is that Ray managed to make everything functional without sacrificing the beauty or charm of our home. The ramps blend so naturally into the design that they honestly just look like part of a beautifully planned landscape. Instead of looking medical or industrial, the house actually looks even better than it did before. The project also included removing several very large trees, re-landscaping, and completely repainting the exterior of our home, which tied everything together perfectly. Ray was professional, communicative, and incredibly thoughtful throughout the entire process. His crew was friendly, respectful, hardworking, and efficient, and they kept everything very clean while working on such a large project. Most importantly, our son can now move around our home independently and comfortably. That alone means everything to our family. We had an amazing experience working with Ray and his team! Our backyard was in serious need of help -- our pool was very old with cracks, worn plaster, and outdated tile, and the surrounding concrete had seen much better days. Ray helped us completely transform everything into the backyard of our dreams. The project included replastering the entire pool, replacing the coping and tile, repairing and redoing the cracked concrete, and installing new turf. The final result is absolutely stunning. Do not recommend this company at all: I want to share my extremely disappointing experience with Shamron Construction and their representative, Ray Leiner. I scheduled an appointment for Ray to come to my home to provide an estimate for landscaping work in my front and backyard. Before the visit, I sent detailed plans and information about the scope of the project, expecting a productive consultation. Unfortunately, when Ray arrived, he seemed disinterested and acted as though he didn't even want to be there. He was extremely rude, dismissive, and told me he "didn't have time" to do the estimate--despite the fact that I had specifically scheduled this appointment and even took time off work to be available. It felt like a complete waste of my time and energy. Later, when I called the company to discuss what had happened, I was told that Ray had recently had a baby and that his family had been affected by the war in Israel. While I empathize deeply with anyone going through personal hardships, I believe it's unprofessional to take appointments and then show up unwilling or unable to engage respectfully with customers. If someone is not in a state to handle work commitments, the company should reschedule or assign another representative. Moreover, as an Iranian, I felt that once Ray realized my background, he became even less willing to work with me. This raises serious concerns for me about potential bias or discrimination, which is absolutely unacceptable in a professional setting. I also shared with the company that my own family has been impacted by conflict in Iran, so I understand how personal tragedies affect people--but this does not excuse unprofessional conduct or rudeness. I cannot recommend Shamron Construction based on this experience. I hope the company takes customer service and cultural sensitivity more seriously in the future. read more

Our crack problem has returned and only a few months after the repair. Ray has pointed the problem towards patch and paint guys we used after his repair and drywall installation but cracks that reappear in the exact same area that we paid to have evaluated for repair is not a patch and paint issue.
