We had an older patio that was previously stained and it was time to updated and repair. Trace came out an provided options and recommendations along with his estimate. He was able to fit us in based on his schedule and ours. His crew was great. The quality of the work and attention to detail were fantastic. Even with grinding and sandblasting they protected everything and cleaned the site assuring that even the neighbors were happy. The value and the performance were great. Do not hesitate to give him a call. read more

Trace was very informative about the status of our pavers and forth coming about what sanding can and cannot do. His quote was comparable and we were really happy with the final look. We would use concrete doctor again and certainly recommend them. read more

Contacted Concrete Doctor for an estimate to clean, re-sand and seal my pavers for my front and back yard of my house. Trace give me a fair price for the scope of the work. It was five days of hard work. Trace and his guy showed up on time every day. Did the work in the timeframe, for the price quoted. Everything turned out great and looks fabulous. Even when there was a little bit of a mixup on the scope of the work. Trace went out of his way to make everything right. I would highly recommend Trace and his team for any project you might have in mind in involving concrete finishing or resurfacing. Extremely experienced and knowledgeable. read more

If you're looking for someone who's honest, detail-oriented, and not just out to take your money, read this. We hired Trace to tackle a tricky concrete restoration job: about 1,500 sq ft of mottled patio from a worn stain, plus a polished concrete countertop and some cracked pool coping. Most contractors would've seen dollar signs. Not Trace. He walked us through the pros and cons of recoating and was upfront about the ongoing maintenance and future costs. I was fully prepared to spend the money, but he was clear: you might not get your value here. That level of honesty is incredibly rare. His crew showed up on time, masked off the area with precision, and treated our home like it was their own. When the initial test blast didn't remove the mottling as hoped, he didn't just push forward. Instead, he explained the risks of going more aggressive and recommended not proceeding with that part of the job--because the improvement wouldn't justify the cost. Let that sink in: he talked himself out of a big chunk of work because it wasn't right for us. When was the last time a contractor did that? Trace is the kind of professional you hope to find but rarely do. I'll update this once the rest of the work is completed, but based on integrity alone, he's already earned 5 stars. read more

We're very happy with the results. Trace goes above and beyond to make sure everything is done perfectly. He is very ethical, explains everything and delivers as promised. His helper Matthew is an extremly nice guy and very knowledgable. We'll be using their company going forward. read more

We couldn't be happier with the results! The team did an outstanding job, from start to finish, removing a stain (that our HOA is forcing us to remove) from our driveway. They were professional, arrived on time, explained the process, and left everything spotless. The driveway looks great and the quality of their work exceeded our expectations. If you're looking for a reliable concrete company that takes pride in their work, I highly recommend them. Thank you for the excellent service! read more

I contacted Trace's company, Concrete Dr. to fix an issue I had with my concrete driveway. He gave me a very reasonable quote, and I had the work done within a week of my request. The work was completed in one day and I am very satisfied with the results! They were on time, worked diligently, and treated my small project like it was their only priority. I would definitely call them in the future! Thank you for a terrific job!! read more

Trace and Christian were amazing. We had pavers that were pinkish orange. We've hated them for 5 years. Concrete Doctors were able to sandblast and stain and it's an amazing transformation. The guys were on time, conscientious and we're very happy with the results. I'd highly recommend them. read more

Tracy and his crew did amazing job sandblasting my patio. I had 2 coats of paint that needed sandblasting

The 12-year-old stained and sealed finish on the originally gray pavers in my backyard was failing. Trace and a helper had the pavers sandblasted, stained, sanded and sealed in three days, and did a thorough cleanup when the job was finished. Trace is quick to reply, arrives on time, does what he says he'll do and answers any questions...all at a fair price. It was a pleasure to have him working at my house; I'm glad I went with a small local company! Before and after photos attached. read more

I can't be more impressed with Trace and his beautiful work! My grandmother recently hired Trace to renovate her floors and couldn't stop talking about the great he was stating he's punctual, reliant and honest. Half way through the project she decided to go in a different direction after seeing what the floors looked like once Trace was grinding everything down and WOW! How gorgeous it turned out! 10 out of 10 will recommend!! read more

We hired Concrete Doctor to help us clean our driveway and backyard patio areas. We bought a flipper house and the flippers made the terrible decision to paint all of the outdoor concrete. It didn't take long for the paint to begin chipping, making the concrete look terrible. We sent photos to numerous power washing companies who told us the job was too much for a power washer. After doing some research, I stumbled upon sand blasting. The first sand blasting company I called quoted me at over double what Concrete Doctor charged and wouldn't commit to how many days the job would take. I fortunately found Concrete Doctor and received a straightforward price and time estimate. The team came out and did a great job getting all of the paint off the concrete over the course of a day. I also had them come out the next day to apply sealer and restore some other areas of the concrete. My wife and I were amazed at the beautiful concrete hiding under the chipped paint. We were so happy with how it came out and are extremely relieved that we don't have to shell out for a new driveway. Concrete Doctor will be my first call if I ever need sand blasting in the future (bonus points for the sweet dog that accompanied the team)! read more

We hired Mr. Concrete Doctor ( Trace) to come and sandblast our driveway , porch, backyard and side of the house. The work was amazing . I really appreciated him and the guy he was with ( I didn't get his name) as they were as nice as can be. They were... wait for it... ON TIME! Along with side kick Cali. They were done in a timely manner and when I went to pay him he counted the money and I overpaid him, and guess what.. Here's another wait for it.. He gave me back the money that I had overpaid.. Way whoa. Super appreciate them. From what I can tell the work is great. I am not an expert , but I feel like it was a good job done very well. I would recommend in a heart beat. Thank you ! Hugs to Cali read more

We had serious cracks in the concrete steps leading up to the spa deck that had been repaired 7 years ago and had opened up again. Trace was realistic about what he could do which was to fill them with epoxy and cover that in a sand based material to take stain to match the surrounding coping. He did what he said he would do, and other than replacing the steps I don't think it could have had a better outcome. He did a good job for a fair price in a very timely manner. I highly recommend Trace! read more

I'll start with the old cliche statement - " I normally don't write reviews." My Wife and I just redid our backyard about 6 months ago. It was a big project, and we saved for a long time. Not long after it was completed, big spots started to surface. We called the contractor who did the work. He came out, took pictures, and then we never heard back. And so we tried to find help, but weren't very successful - until we found Trace. He came out and gave us his honest opinion, and provided a few options for us to choose from. Within two weeks (due to the rain) him and Christian were out here, and took care of everything within 3 days. They did an amazing job! And on top of their craftsmanship, they are solid guys - super friendly, honest, reliable, and trustworthy. We will definitely being calling them for future projects. Thanks again Trace and Christian!!! read more

Trace and his team had to remove driveway coating which was chipped and peeling all over. The material was apparently the same material used to paint the bottom of pools and stuck onto the concrete due to moisture, etc. Sandblasting did not work as it would destroy the concrete underneath. So the entire 1000 square-foot concrete surface area had to be hand scraped which was a laborious process. Nonetheless, the guys were great. The estimate was accurate and they did the job on time. Very nice team members who are non-nonsense. Trace is a strong communicator who helped answer a lot of questions. Highly recommended. read more

Trace with Concrete Doctor was very easy to deal with and did a fantastic job on our concrete stain. Our job required staining sections of concrete that had Pavers installed and areas around the pool we didn't want stained. Trace was about to provide outstanding painstaking detail work that involved curved lines and Intricate designs. He made sure everything was perfect in all his work. He even made the bare coping around the pool look new. I will use Trace in the future and highly recommended his work. read more

We just wrapped up having the coping around our pool sandblasted and sealed along with our pavers powerwashed and sealed - looks brand new! Really appreciate the recommendation of the appropriate sealer to use to reduce the amount of maintenance moving forward - this was a huge help, what we thought we wanted to use as a sealer would have required it to be redone at least ever 2 years. This recommendation is saving us a ton of money in the future and we really appreciate it. The sandblasting process is a messy one, but Trace and team did a great job masking everything and came back the following day to clean again! read more

I reached out to Concrete Doctor on Yelp and received a reply from the owner (Trace) within minutes. He scheduled to come out to our house the next day for a quote which was even on Memorial Day! Trace looked at my old concrete patio that was in sad shape. Half was newer colored concrete from a repaired drain pipe and the rest was old sad stained concrete. The look was not good. Trace and his team came in and completely transformed it. They sandblasted it, stained with a lighter color first in order to make the two shades of concrete match, then overlayed the final, darker stain, and followed up with an industrial grade sealer. Only an experience pro could take what we had and made it into what it is now. I was truly concerned that we'd have to either fully replace the concrete or continually paint it. Concrete Doctor was timely, communicative, priced fairly, and most importantly, did impeccable work! read more

I was at a loss for words when the sand blaster was super mad because my son didn't pick up the dog poop !!! He was saying the most atrocious words I've ever heard. my kids were listening to this. It was very dusty and sand everywhere!!!! The staining was very fast, and it had lots streaks everywhere I believe from the brooming. We had lots of staining on the house!! Been calling all week, and no responses!!! I do not recommend read more

The guys at Concrete Doctor brought my backyard back to life! Trace came out and gave us a quote. They completed our job in the 3 days it was promised. They started by power washing everything, which was definitely needed because we had a Husky who sheds like crazy. They let us see sample colors ahead of time on our backyard concrete so it would be a true color. They also cleaned up and sealed the rocks on the outside of our planter by painstakingly using a brush on each rock! They were very easy to work with and always communicated with us. We also loved the fact that it was Trace and his brother doing the work. It wasn't subcontracted out to workers. We are so happy and would gladly recommend Concrete Doctors to anyone looking to bring their concrete back to life! read more

I first want to say I was very impressed with the professionalism of the owner. Most of the time he answers his phone but if not a quick return phone call was to happen with a voicemail. I have a huge paver patio, and cobblestone front yard - A landscaper had power washed and sealed it with a lacquer sealer - it was beautiful until a few weeks later - it was all turning white when water hit it. I was told about Trace from Concrete Doctor -He knew right away what happened - knew the only answer was sandblasting and re-sealing with a water based penetrable sealer - This crew worked so hard, and were so diligent - I was so impressed - You cannot go wrong - Hire these guys for any job with concrete - Trace moved heavy flower pots, furniture and left this place so much better than when they arrived. The prep work, all was to perfection - so glad they were referred to me! His brother works with him, and they both have such a good work ethic! Hard to find these days read more
