I've been customer since 2014. First did concrete flooring the whole interior of the house. Now just did my garage epoxy flooring with custom color. Very happy with the work and results. Easy to communicate and very responsive. Infinity (Ryan) is my go to for any concrete flooring needs.

Garage

I got quotes from a few concrete resurfacing companies to redo my garage and make it more like a mancave. I ended up going w Infinity and am really glad I did. The garage looks incredible and the crew was efficient and punctual. The whole thing was completed in 2 days. I wish I had more concrete in the house now! Highly recommend!

I had an older Slate tile covered back yard that needed to be replaced as it was always flaking and constantly needing to be resealed. I called around and looked into having it removed and replaced but the prices that were coming back out of my budget. Then I came across Infinity Concrete Coatings and they came out to give me an estimate. I explained my frustration and they provided an alternate solution to keep the slate in place and resurface the area, add a couple coats of overlay and then apply epoxy primer with sand then finish it up with a couple coats of color seal. It turned out great, better than I had expected and the pricing was very reasonable. They were easy to work with, communicated well, and I couldn't be happier with the results! I would definitely recommend Infinity Concrete Coatings.

Work in progress.

Thanks to Infinity Concrete for completing our driveway project in a timely manner and with zero issues. Communication went well and the quality of the work is excellent. Would highly recommend. My Mrs was even impressed and that's saying something!!!!

10 years after they coated my garage floor, I had them come back and recondition the floor. Cleaned, sanded, and then re-sealed. It looks great!

We worked with infinity for our home and are very happy with the results. Ryan was quick to respond to our inquiry and explained to us in detail the whole process. From levels of polish, to pricing and what to expect with our concrete floors. They got started on the floors on a holiday weekend and finished by the end of the week. Pricing was very reasonable. Would definitely recommend!

We hired Infinity Concrete to do the floors for our remodeling project. They came highly recommended by our interior designer. We are extremely happy with their work, the results speak for themselves. We found Infinity easy to work with. Ryan and Andrew clearly explained their technology and they clearly explained what to expect if applied to our foundation. They clearly explained their price structure. Scheduling their crew was also straight forward, and they completed the project very quickly. We wouldn't hesitate to use them again in a future project. In fact we did, we had them do a concrete polish for our garage floor. We are really grateful for their contribution to our home.

I have a pool in my backyard and the deck was salt pitted concrete and was pretty old. We also had dirt in some areas that we had filled up with concrete so everything just looked ugly and not uniform. I called Ryan and told him that I wanted something that looked uniform and most importantly was non slip because of the pool and my young kids. He suggested doing the sanded color seal and we went with that and I'm pretty happy with how it turned out. The workers were on time, communication was good, all work was itemized, told me work would take 5-7 days and he stuck to that. Would recommend to others.

WOW what can I say this company is the absolute best. We had 4 other bids. Infinity was almost the highest but now we know why. From start to finish the process was effortless They saved us time at first by giving us a ballpark which is great because everyone is busy. The price was in our range because let's be honest "cheaper isn't always better". They came out to see the project. We chose a color and signed the contract Start up day was great!!! easy and efficient and had nothing but positive flow through complete. They even had to pause a day to help us change color last minute which was VERY helpful since this is our forever home we wanted it right. Anyway long story short HIRE INFINITY any day any time for any project. We had a few friends come over randomly who hired infinity as well for epoxy and some outside work and said pretty much the same thing. 10 stars for sure. Thank you infinity job well done!

We have a contract in place, yet he says "I'm done with you"?

VOLATILE OWNER, NO WORKERS COMP, PLEASE BEWARE: The first day after our floors were completed, water was coming up through a pin hole and was bubbling around the area. We called Ryan, the owner, to let him know, to which he berated us verbally. This was not the first time he yelled at us via text and phone call. Before hiring Ryan, we spoke on the phone and shared that we lived in a high water table area and had water coming up through our floor. We let him know that we did a calcium chloride test with results showing 7.2 pounds of water. He reassured us that the primer product he used, Koster, has unlimited protection against water and gave the example "you could have an ongoing pipe leak or slab leak and the koster product could handle it". He let us know that the Koster product came with a long term warranty, and a core test was not required and never came out to even look at our floor prior to agreeing to take our job. When I called him to let him know about the pin hole, he was very aggressive - raising his voice at me, and sending dozens of texts in a row. We were simply asking for him to address the issue by sending someone out to look at it. Eventually, someone was sent out, but based on what they saw, they felt that our concrete was "compromised". He said to keep our warranty in place, we could either do a core test, which costs $1500 or we could just pay to have new concrete poured. He reassured us that if we did a patch they could blend in the new stain so that it is only slightly visible. We took his recommendation to cut and pour new concrete, because that was less expensive than the core test. See photos for the finished patch. Not blended at all. Next, we found a new spot that was red and looked nothing like the pin hole from the other area, and no water coming up. We texted Ryan to let him know, and again, he was extremely aggressive with his language and told us that we need to take accountability for our "compromised concrete". He said "we didn't use anything red" three different times in text to us and that we need to "stop blaming him, because it's getting old" and to "save your drama".  Mind you, this was a completely separate room, with a different pour of concrete. We then had his hired experts from Koster, come by and look at it, as well as the coating company, Westcoat. At this point, four different representatives from Koster have come by and one from Westcoat. They explained that the Koster product is two parts that are mixed and one of the parts is red. They said that this happens sometimes when the product is mixed. Koster told us their warranty wouldn't cover the pinhole or red spot because it wasn't a product issue, they were installation error. Koster asked us about the steps that were taken to see if they matched what they recommend to their installers to avoid issues like this, for example, they asked if shot blasting occurred, which did not. They did a diamond grinding instead, and Koster's recommendation is that Diamond grinding should only be used in areas not accessible by shot blasting. They also asked about dust during the installation. All windows were open in our house during installation, so dust could have easily created both of these issues - the pinhole of water and the red patch. They recommended windows being closed and sealed, which also did not happen. All of his experts looked at the pin hole patch as well and commented "you can not accept this work from Infinity". Ryan's response to this feedback was "Koster sure does have a lot of recommendations and talks a big game but can't stand behind their installers". Still no accountability from Ryan. More emotional texts were exchanged and Ryan suggested we speak with his attorney, Sybil Renick from Prather Law. He asked us to "remove him from any texts because he was done with with us". We finally talked to her 2 weeks later and explained the situation, and condition we were left with. She let us know after speaking to him that "Ryan isn't going to redo your floor or touch your floor ever again". More time and energy wasted. So, here we are with an ugly floor we spent over $10k on plus all the expenses of paint, baseboards, new concrete, Airbnb, cleaning crew, movers, etc. We have a 20 year warranty from Koster and a 5 year warranty from Infinity, but neither of them seem to mean anything. He actually complained that we haven't thanked him enough. For what? This guy has caused my family an enormous amount of stress, and we are the ones stuck looking at this hideous patch, meanwhile he got paid for a shitty job. We pursued an arbitration with the State Contractors Board, but because he was already in arbitration with another customer, we weren't able to move forward, HUGE RED FLAG. Also, he wasn't willing to provide workers comp to the board either, which is very worrisome for anyone hiring his team for the job. To this day, Ryan has still never stepped foot on our property.

Ryan and his crew were awesome to work with in the short time it took them to totally transform our floors. He worked with our wild schedule, and his guys were super thorough and professional every day that they came in to work. Super easy to get everything scheduled - and the finished product is A+. Will be using these guys for all of our future concrete projects.

Sunroom

These guys made it very easy and arguably cost effective. They were patient with us as this was a new concept to us and we couldn't be happier. Strongly recommend contacting them for their services.

Do you service the Inland Empire?

Yes :) We service all OC, LA and Riverside, IE counties

Is this company still in business? They did great work in my garage, but I'm trying to refer them to my cousin. Their primary phone number is disconnected, the secondary number goes to another business, and Ryan's email no longer works.

We knew that we needed an expert to complete the job without the risk of damaging them. We had a difficult decision to make and for this project, we obtained 7 quotes. After looking into each of the companies through the CSLB website, we found out that only four of them had a valid contractors license. We felt very comfortable with George, the owner of Jace. He has vast knowledge of hardwood floors with years of experience, has a friendly demeanor, and is a fellow dog rescuer. One of the other reviews mentions a customer's satisfaction with Jace's refinishing of their 100 years old floors. Though his quote was not the lowest, we chose quality over price. And we are so happy we did. Carlos, the lead tech on our project is also very knowledgeable and approachable. He answered all of our questions, and explained everything they were doing throughout the various stages of the process. Carlos's assistant, Jair is friendly and a hard worker. After the work was completed, Mike came to inspect the work, and grout the transition from our Dining Room to our kitchen. I didn't even have to ask them to do this. George suggested it to replace the ugly molding that was previously there, and on which we would frequently stub our toes. Mike returned a second time to drop off a complementary Bona cleaning kit. From the initial Yelp request to the finish of our project, George and his team were stellar, exceeding our expectations. Our floors look amazing, as if they were newly installed! I would recommend them to everyone in need of hardwood floor installation/refinishing/repairs. It is their specialty and their business name says so. Check out their work on Instagram @jace_floors
