Travis is top-notch. Showed up early, worked super hard, went above and beyond, and very fair pricing! He offers exterior soft and pressure washing, window cleaning, gutters, solar panels, sky lights, and much more. As the owner, he takes extra pride in his work. 15+ years on the job, and it shows. Highly recommend Travis at A Better Outlook Window Cleaning. read more

I had gotten so frustrated with the spotty windows I had from the winter rains, bird's sitting on the ledge and doing their business just above them, etc. Having dirty windows is so depressing, but I tried to drag it out for as long as possible as, every time I felt like having them cleaned, it'd rain. Since it's summer time now and the likelihood of rain is almost non-existent, I went ahead and set up a window cleaning appointment. I went to their website and did a cost estimate based on window size, type, number of, etc....and got a rough idea of what cleaning just the outsides of my windows would cost. The final cost would be given once they came out to to their own inspection.....which wasn't too bad....a bit higher than the online cost estimate, but much less than what I paid the last time I had my windows cleaned 3 years ago. Everything went very smoothly as far as setting up the appointment, but due to the busy summer season, they were booked up till the end of the month.....2-3 weeks out.....which was fine with me. I actually took this as a positive sign.....that they're this popular....so they must be good at what they do! Travis and Guy came out today, with all the equipment they needed.....I didn't have to do or provide a thing. I met them out front and showed them which windows were to be cleaned, and they were immediately ready to get to work! Definitely a couple of courteous, hardworking, and professional guys. Since they were working on the exterior windows only, I figured I wouldn't be seeing them much so inquired about the preferred method of payment. Travis suggested I just pass him a check or pay by credit card, and I could go on with my work and they would take care of everything without bothering me......sounded good to me. Incidentally, I chose just to do the outside of the windows since I keep my windows on the inside pretty clean. All I can say is that Travis and Guy did an excellent job cleaning my windows and screens.....I couldn't be happier.....and honestly, when they were done, it literally brightened up my day when I saw how clean and crystal clear my windows finally were! It's amazing how clean windows can actually make such a difference to your mood! Great job guys! I will definitely use you again, as well as refer you to my friends! read more

My friend was selling her home and Travis came to clean the windows. He did a great job cleaning while other vendors were present. My friend was out of the area and he kept regular communication with her and me while I worked in the house. There was unwanted furniture and trash in the garage and Travis offered to get a trailer and take it to charity and dispose of trash. The next day within hours he had it hauled away. He went above and beyond! I would highly reccomend him. He is what customer service should be! Thank you Travis! read more

If you need window cleaning: A Better Outlook Window Cleaning is the best! I did tons of research before choosing someone to clean my windows when my husband and I purchased our home. I first found Bob (owner/operator of A Better Outlook Window Cleaning) on Angie's List where he had great reviews there too. This is the second time I've had Bob clean our windows (I like to get it done annually) and he was just as wonderful this time as he was the first time! You can go to Bob's website and he has a neat online cost estimator where you can type in the number of each type of window that you have and it will give you a quote so you know exactly how much to expect when he cleans your windows. His prices are very reasonable considering he cleans every window and screen by hand (inside & outside). If you have a glass wall as part of the fence in your yard, Bob will clean that too! He even puts his ladder over the fence so that he can clean both sides of the glass wall. Bob keeps very detailed records and I was impressed that he remembered some specifications that I had requested the first time that he cleaned my windows when he was here this time. Bob is very friendly, punctual, professional and it is a relief to have someone so trustworthy in my home where I don't have to feel like I need to watch him while he goes into every room of my house. Overall, I highly recommend Bob of A Better Outlook Window Cleaning! read more

We compared window cleaning services before deciding on A Better Outlook, and after I chose them because of their reputation here, their pricing, and the upfront information they show on their website, I started seeing their pickup truck quite frequently in my neighborhood. They finally came recently to do the window cleaning, and it was done just as advertised: No surprises on the pricing, time needed, or what was to be done. When we told them we thought one window wasn't clean enough, they explained that there was extra silicon on the window from the manufacturing process and, with our permission, scraped the residue away for us. If you're looking for excellent service at a trustworthy price from a company that delivers on its promise - and makes your windows sparkling clean - I don't know why you would contact anyone else but this company. read more

Ok, little confused here, but read the texts for yourself. I used Travis and company 3 years ago on our home and we were very happy w his service. Fast forward to now, we bought a new home and are moving in this week. I scheduled him for cleaning (two houses) the one we are moving in to and the one moving out of. I booked w him 3 weeks ago and he confirmed our appointment. Day of window cleaning, Travis didn't show up. Didn't contact me nor respond to my phone calls or text message. Would not recommend or use again. read more

Travis followed through and did a great job! In the past, Bob had done my windows and I was very happy with his work and the results. When I called this time, Travis answered the phone himself. I liked being able to talk with him directly when I called. I later discovered that bob had retired and Travis is the new owner of A Better Outlook. Travis worked very hard on my old, stained deck and it looks much better. However, there was miscommunication between us as I wanted my stained entry and back patio cleaned. Unfortunately, I did not check out his work until after he left. I texted him and told him about the entry and back patio. He immediately called me back and said, he would come and clean the walkways and patio to my satisfaction. So, we made another appointment. After he cleaned the patio and walkways, he redid some of the windows that had gotten sprinkled in the patio cleaning process. He stayed until everything was party ready. I was impressed that Travis answered the phone when I called, immediately called me back when I texted him and returned to make sure I was completely satisfied with his work. I will definitely call him next time I need my windows and patios cleaned! read more

What a disappointment! He has great reviews so i was very excited to meet him. We spoke on a Friday and he gave me a competitive price. I had already booked another company, but he got me so excited about how great he is and all the little extras he was going to do, plus he could get me in on Monday. I cancelled my other company. He offered me a price and I accepted. To my surprise, he texted me the day before and cancelled. He got crazy and said "I can make more money elsewhere and that I was nickel and diming". I was shocked because we never even negotiated the price. He seems very emotionally unstable and wishy washy. Not a man of his word. He said he's booked 2 weeks out but yet, he was getting me in the next business day. Very un trustworthy, and undependable. I know there are tons of companies out there, but now I'm starting my search all over again. What a waist of time! I'm glad I know what I know now, prior to letting him in my home. read more

This company is fantastic. Today I had Sky out to clean our gutters and two flat roofs. His work ethic could not have been better. The flat roofs look beautiful and our gutters were cleaned out and then he flushed them with water. When cleaning roofs and gutters, there is always debris that gets on the ground. He cleaned up our yard beautifully. His price was very reasonable for the amount of work he did. I will definitely have them do this service They cleaned our windows today and did an excellent job. Travis and Clayton arrived on time and got right to work. They paid attention to detail and went beyond what I expected. My garage door windows were cleaned and light bulbs in high places were tested. I was able to estimate the cost online before they came out. They stuck to that cost and did extras. The true test was when the hot afternoon sun came through our windows and they were perfect...no streaks. I will definitely be using this company again. I had this company out again today. Travis and Casey did another excellent job. Their work and professionalism is exemplary. Today was the third time I've had Travis to our home. His work is consistently impeccable. He went beyond window cleaning when he helped me change some difficult light bulbs and blew the debris off our roof. Travis is professional, personable, and dependable. Our house is so much brighter than it was yesterday. Thank you Travis for a job well done! 2-9-2019 With the recent rains, I realized our gutters were totally clogged and needed attention immediately since more rain is coming soon. I texted Travis and he came the next day after the rain stopped. Consistently excellent in every way. Thank you Travis. Let it rain, our gutters are now clear and clean. read more

Brian - Irvine We've got a much better outlook today because of Travis' great work. He went above and beyond to fit us in during a busy season, and he did a top flight job. Travis killed it today. I dropped the ball on scheduling window cleaning for our building right before a large public event. He made some phone calls and was able to reschedule some other projects to squeeze me in and make it happen. And even though he was busting butt to get it done, the work is excellent and does not look at all rushed! Thanks so much! I promise not to be the last minute loser next time :) read more

Just had our windows cleaned by Travis at A Better Outlook. We can see the world. Travis provides a full service - he switched out washers in the gardent hoses, cleaned the decks, swept the cob webs from the eves, cleaned window inside and out, cleaned the mirrors and even hung a rather large painting high on a 15 foot wall. We are always VERY pleased with his work and his dependability. Recommend him highly!!! read more

Highly recommend! So happy I went with the Yelp and Nextdoor recommendations for A Better Outlook Window Cleaning. I expected 5 stars -- and got it! Travis and helper showed up (early!) to clean our house windows. Very professional, polite and clean crew. Reasonably priced - so much that I gave them more than invoice price. We just had our windows cleaned and Travis did a great job! Super fun to be around and has tons of energy. He noticed we had solar panels and for a few extra bucks, he cleaned them for us. AND noticed our dirty outdoor furniture that still had debris on from the fires. I had intended to upholstery clean them myself but he spread them out and power washed all the cushions and the body of the sofa and the dining table and what a difference!! So grateful. Saved me a ton of backache! We will definitely use A Better Outlook again. Theresa (and Daniel) Orange, CA read more

I would give this company and the owner Travis 10 stars if I could! Not only is the window cleaning top notch but Travis always offers to go above and beyond with every task. He is kind and professional and my mom and I have been using him for years. I have had this company clean my chandeliers, large mirrors and thoroughly wash down the outside of my home. Travis even repaired a screen for me at no extra cost. His prices are fair and reasonable. I highly recommend A Better Outlook! read more

Great, professional service. Friendly and hard working. Our windows were filthy after a construction project and the screens very dusty. Bob came out at 8:00 AM and worked for 5.5 hours cleaning our screens, scraping paint off our windows, and resulting in beautifully clean windows. Bob even took the time to give me the phone number to the manufacturer of our windows. We had one with a broken seal and moisture getting in-between the dual panes. He informed me about the life time guarantee on the window seals. It was nice to know we could solve the problem for free. Thanks, Bob! I'd definitely use this service again. Bob cleaned 10 mostly second story windows in our home and did a great job. The night before our appointment I called and asked if he could come 30-60 minutes early and he accommodated us. He showed up on time and was very pleasant and professional. He removed his shoes when inside our home. The windows, screens, sills and tracks were all very well cleaned. Bob was in and out in about an hour and his final bill was exactly what he quoted me over the phone. I will defiantly use Bob Jordan and A better outlook window cleaning again! read more
