OCD Window Cleaning - Living room window. Happy they have a tall ladder to make it spotless. - Window Washing Near Me

Great communication from Andrew. He texted and asked if they could come early. When they arrived I asked if they also did solar, which they did, and he gave me a fair price to add it onto the job. The whole crew was professional and polite. I will be happy to refer them in the future. read more

Had our windows done today & couldn't be happier! (Unless I would have done this sooner in quarantine!!) I requested a quote through Yelp & received a response very quickly and was able to schedule when convenient for me. We live in the wind tunnel of Ontario with more than our fair share of dirt & fly specks galore on the glass. GONE! I will admit I was a bit skeptical about not doing it the old-school way but after seeing the results why go there with all the extra work. The windows look amazing. Kind courteous and professional. We will definitely use again! read more

5 star service all the way!!! We found OCD on yelp when looking for someone to clean our windows. Between all the wind/rain and dust they were looking pretty bad. Andrew was quick to respond and get me a quote. He was very quick and efficient with the cleaning. We had both our outside and inside windows and tracks done throughout the house. You can see from the pictures below the before and after of our windows. Our windows and sliding doors are now in great shape and easy to open and close after their deep cleaning. We will be repeat customers for sure! Thanks again!! read more

I have really high windows and I can never reach them, to the point they were getting really dirty! My friend suggested OCD window cleaning and on a whim I booked them! They were fantastic and I will definitely use them for all of my cleaning needs! read more

We needed our windows cleaned in preparation to have our home photographed to list for sale. I sent out several inquiries and Andrew was the first to respond with a solid quote that included cleaning exterior, interior, screens, and tracks. Everyone else that responded had a wishy washy quote. When I inquired, it was a Saturday, Andrew was able to book my appointment for the following Monday. Andrew kept me informed on the day of my appointment as to what specific time they would be at my house and showed up a little earlier. He is professional and respectful as he took his shoes off to come in the house to clean the interior side of all our windows. We will definitely recommend OCD Window Cleaning. read more

Andrew and Luke were prompt, professional and did an amazing job cleaning all of the windows of my home. There were several screens which had torn and I also had bent frames. They had them repaired and returned them on the day promised. I can't help but admire how clean my windows are. Definitely makes a difference in our freshly painted house! read more

OCD Window Cleaning - Crystal clear!! - Window Washing Near Me

It was easy to schedule a window cleaning with Andrew through Yelp. His team arrived on time, and it took exactly how long we were told it would. We only did external window cleaning. The whole thing went very smoothly. They only have to come in for 10 min to take out the screens from upstairs windows, and then to put them back. All the screens, windows and tracks were washed. We were very pleased with the result considering our windows had not been washed for years. We will use their service again. read more

Great job today! Even in the midst of social distancing, both guys arrived and were very professional. Left my windows sparkling :) There were a few older windows that had scratches in them or slight condensation inside a dual panel window. These were pointed out to me, with an apology that they just could not get those small areas cleaned. Not a big deal to me. They even cleaned some large mirrors. Response time was excellent and price was extremely reasonable. Most highly recommend. read more

Fabulous company! Very friendly and responsive staff! The owner Andrew picked a great name "OCD" for his business as he and his worker Russell were very meticulous with their work. Since I'm a very meticulous person myself, the name "OCD" for this type of job was music to my ears. Andrew conducted a follow up call a few days after the job to assure I was 100% satisfied which to me is a class act. His prices are reasonable as well. read more

Decided that my windows needed cleaning. Why? Because looking out of my windows was like looking through wax paper!! Kinda sneaked up on me over 20 years! I heard about OCD and gave them a call. As fortune would have it, an afternoon time slot had opened, and Andrew gave me a quote right on the phone. I made an appointment, and he and Keith arrived precisely on time. They did a superb job!! It looks like they removed the glass, as the windows were THAT clean! I have already recommended them to our homeowner's association, and will certainly gladly refer them! read more

OCD Window Cleaning - Windows Looking Brand New - Window Washing Near Me

Andrew and his team were awesome! I have used them twice for window cleaning (in and outside) and screen repair. Where to start? The experience with OCD was phenomenal from start to finish. The sparkling windows were just the start. When working inside the employees made sure to remove their shoes to ensure our carpets remained spotless. The attention to detail, quality, speed, and price was spectacular. They scrubbed and washed our screens to perfection. I had no clue the amount of dirt that builds up in the window tracks. They were black with mounds of dirt coming from them, now they look brand new. The real highlight of the experience was the customer service. Andrew was very polite and personable, and at the end even played the Piano for us. If you have one I encourage you to hire him just for the experience, he is so talented and it was such a treat to cap off the amazing work his crew did read more

My windows look absolutely fantastic! Almost like new ! I called Andrew with OCD Window Cleaning and was able to get an appointment within the week before I had tons of family over the next weekend for a funeral memorial hosted at my house. My house was built in 1932 (Historial District of Ontario)and was skeptical if my windows could even be cleaned after years of not getting them cleaned. Andrew was very open in his communication and was easy to schedule with. He was friendly, respectful, and updated me when he was on his way. He was respectful of my home and floors and even did the mirrors without me asking him. I'm extremely satisfied and have already given his number to my neighbors and family members. Thanks again OCD Window Cleaning! read more

Always a great job from Andrew and crew. We've used them a few times and last time they came their machine left a dark oil looking stain in the driveway and he came back to clean it up. Can't even see where the spill was. Hard to find a business that will go the extra mile like they did. Would definitely recommend them! read more
