Before covid I didn't pay much attention to my windows but once on lock down I noticed how horrendous mine were looking. I went on Yelp and got a couple quotes and read reviews. I went with OCD because the price and reviews were the best choice for me. As soon I contacted Andrew he immediately responded and made an appointment the same week. I told him my concerns and he said no worries he would be able to make any adjustments necessary. The day of the appointment I received a text message with a heads up for arrival in 10 minutes and on time. Andrew and Peter came through assessed all the windows and solar panels and made a game plan. We have never had our windows or solar panels cleaned but Andrew assured me that the would do everything necessary to get them back into shape. I truly was very happy with the way they turned out to my standards. They cleaned the screens and window tracks as well. Andrew was super nice and took it upon himself to do the mirrors in the master bathroom and closet doors as a gesture of great service. Of course, I had a problem window where the seal had been broken and unfortunately the water stains were located in between the double pane glass which could only be fixed by replacing the window. I also had some broken screens and Andrew was able to refer someone to fix the screens. The screen guy came the same day to take measurements too!
