Window Cowboys recently cleaned my windows and I could not be happier. Since last year I have been spending more time at home and indoors. It makes a HUGE difference. Bryan and his team did an amazing job and our house needed A LOT of extra TLC. Their attention to detail was top notch! When they were done it looked as if there was no glass in the windows, they were so clean! And the solar panels are going to be able to produce at the highest level now as they cleaned them from a dusty murky brown/tan color to a clean shiny black! 17 windows in ranch home. did not arrive at stated time. When called stated they had double booked. Could arrive 2 1/2 hours later. Called to cancel when still hadn't arrived. Arrived shortly after with only one person to do the job! would have been there to long, so declined the service. At this point it was already 4pm. VERY unreliable! read more

On 6/27/14 Had Window Cowboy's clean my windows, screens and blinds as well as the homes exterior. I was disappointed in how the project was handled as Brian had only 1 guy come out. He arrived at 7am (30 min late) and was still working after 5pm. This was not a small job and should have been handled by at least 2 people or even 3. Matt was doing his best but again way too big a job for one person. He was exhausted by the end of the day so I understand his missing cleaning several of the tracks. He had to come back the next to finish what he missed the day before. In looking over the entire project I found many items I would classify as below par 1) one of the blinds was broken and tape placed over it & I was not informed 2) almost every single blind while clean on the front side shows water spotting and slight dirt streaks on the back. Unfortunately for me I like my blinds to face up so the spotting shows 3) 1 of the turning wands was broken & taped and now I can't open or close the blind 4) 1 screen frame was broken so now there is an open space about an inch wide which can allows flies in In conclusion I can say that my windows & screens were clean. The exterior looked OK. The issues with the blinds was very disapointing and knowing the project wasn't handle well from the beginning is the reason I gave two stars on this review. I spoke to Brian after I discovered the damage to my blinds and while he was apologetic his response to my concern that job was too big for one person was " my guy wanted the hours" botom line if you want to use Window Cowboy's I would recommend the following A) make sure to confirm how many people will be doing your job (especially if it is a lrg project) B) if you are having your blinds cleaned inspect them closely before they leave C) if you get your screens cleaned inspect them promptly to make sure there is no damage I do believe Brian will work with you to correct issues but it is important to double check the job before the crew leaves! read more

We've been using Window Cowboys for the last few years and have been very happy with their service. Bryan is a great guy and is continually improving his service. For example, he's found a process using deionized water that allows him to wash narrow windows faster because he doesn't have to use a squeegee. It also allows him to bring much less water into the house in general, which leads to less mess. Bryan's an honest fellow and I'd strongly recommend his service. read more

I had to find a company to clean my 95 y/o great-aunts windows. I needed someone professional, timely and respectful. That is exactly what I got with Window Cowboys. Bryan and his employee showed up right on the dot and proceeded to clean, clean clean. My great-aunt has a 50+ y/o home with a french window that is 20 feet tall. I could not believe how fast and thoroughly they cleaned every single pane inside and out. Absolutely sparkling. My great-aunt is VERY sensitive to any and all noises. She even has a muzzle on her 17 y/o terrier who likes to bark when anyone rings the doorbell. He means well, but again, at that age, I guess you become more sensitive than before. The crew was very quiet and respectful. Unfortunately during the cleaning, the terrier thought that Bryan was an intruder and attacked him while he was attempting to ascend the ladder to clean the front window (20ft). Despite having a torn pant leg, Bryan gently and kindly was able to remove Sparky and calm him down. By the end of the day they were fast friends. I will definitely be booking them bi-monthly for window cleaning. Would definitely recommend! read more

Window Cowboys cleaned my windows and screens at my house right before we hosted a wedding in our backyard. The window on my sliding glass door was so clean, my guest kept walking into the closed door and hitting the glass. I literally had to put a sign on the door so people could see the door was closed. Had Window Cowboys out to clean our windows a couple weeks ago. They did a great job. We liked that they came to our house to see the job before giving a quote (rather than switching it up and having hidden charges). They were great with our overly friendly pups, and were on time and thorough. The windows were in rough shape, only being thoroughly cleaned one other time. When the tech was gone, all windows, screens, and tracks were in great shape. We had one upstairs one that had some spots on it, and the owner of the company himself came out to fix it same day. We appreciated the prompt "correction," though I hesitate to even call it that. We will for sure use their service again!! read more

Ok folks... I am new to Riverside and took a chance on a Cowboy that said he would do my windows the next day! He was right on time and stayed all day doing room after room of vintage multi-pane windows inside and out plus screens and sills! Amazing work, great attitude ! These guys were anything but thorough. They were sloppy. They trampled in my flower bed, broke my solar light, and their work left much to be desired.
