Might want to be careful with this cleaning crew. The price they quote you is not what you will pay. I ended up paying 3x more original quote because they took their sweet time cleaning and they still did a bad job. They also took some of our paper towels, toilet paper and trash bags from our storage closet where we keep stock of supplies without asking us or letting us know. read more

We used La Shine for a move out cleaning. They did a fantastic job, the place was sparkling. Maybe not the cheapest, definitely the best.

I needed a local cleaning service to help me clean my unit for a move out. I contacted Flori and she was immediately responsive within less than 10 minutes she even gave me her rates which happened to be the lowest amongst everybody else that I reached out to. She had an availability within two days and I decided to go forth with the services I do not regret choosing LA shine. She clean the unit alongside with her apprentice and the unit was in tiptop shape. My landlords even said that the unit look just like it did when they rented it out to me years ago. She has a wonderful customer service, very responsive and the quality of her work is spectacular. I am considering even hiring her to do a monthly clean up for my current unit and I will definitely recommend her whenever someone else is looking for her services . Highly recommend and would definitely come back read more

Recommend! Recommend! Recommend! Flori offered a very fast, efficient, and high-quality cleaning service. The previous cleaning company did a bad job and Flori's performance exceeded my expectation after I switched to them. Will use them again in the future! read more

I was told that the cleaner coming was the best they had. When the cleaner showed up, it was a completely different cleaner. I asked for my bathroom to be deep cleaned and my kitchen floor to be cleaned real good. The cleaner ended up breaking my shower doors, left gunk all over the floor in the bathroom and didn't even mop the kitchen floors. The cleaner was there for like 4 hours nothing looked like it was cleaned and on top of that broke stuff. I will not be using this service again Update: I was contacted by the manager to try and remedy this matter and again was told they are sending the best. My place didn't even look like it was cleaned. It still looked the same pretty much with a few places whipped down. I took photos and sent them to the manager who said ah he would come out herself. The day of the manager contacted me and said she is sick and went home and couldn't come. I said ok I'll reach out next week. Well being the customer you'd think the place wanting the business would contact you and not wait. Nope didn't happen. I had to message and was told I was waiting for you. Not good customer service. I will not being using this vendor ever again. read more

Prior to moving into our new place, I really wanted a deep clean since the previous tenant was a smoker. Considering they worked on a 1200 sq ft for a full 8 hour day with 3 people, they did a thorough job, accepting the challenge of wall washing. This team works hard and provided live updates on what they worked on the job. They also did a move out clean for us in our old place. Overall, good communication and customer service. read more

I can not express enough how professional the owner of this tcompany is. Flori went over and beyond my expectations. After messaging about 7 companies we got it down to two and I am glad we went with La Shine. Flori really cares about her customers needs and goes over and beyond. I highly recommend her company and I will be using her company again. The home I was moving into had not been deep cleaned in some time and I wish I had taken before pics. read more

Amazing work! I contacted Fiori to do a deep clean of my home, she responded the same day with a date that she had available. She arrived with her team, they did such amazing job, they stayed for over 8 hours, cleaning EVERYWHERE, even under and behind furniture and large appliances (stove, refrigerator, washer and dryer)! The house went from scary I don't want to touch things because I might get restart the Black Death Plague (don't judge me ) but thanks to Fiori the house is so beautiful and shiny clean (and no judgment!), which is especially a miracle when you have 2 dogs and 4 rabbits. I would definitely recommend that you contact her, there will be no regrets (or regerts ). read more

Flori and Veronica are AMAZING! I had great cleaners back in 2014 in Irvine from one of the big companies. Once I moved, I have tried at least 15+ other cleaners and it was until Flori and La Shine that I've consistently rehired her team over and over. If something isn't perfect, Flori will make sure to do whatever makes you happy. Thank you for taking so much pride in your work. Look forward to our next appointment! Stay safe! read more

I called LA Shine to have them clean an empty house after an estate sale and before new tenants moved in. Flori was the one that did all the cleaning. She arrived on time and called when she was on her way. She came alone and did the whole house by herself. She is through and meticulous. She spent all day there and the price was very fair. She cleans like it's her own home and wants it to look spotless and wants you happy. Thank you Flori! Highly recommend! read more

Where to start with Flori!! She is an incredible woman very hard-working, passionate, detailed, focused, honest, reliable communicated, and professional. She inspected the home, quoted price for the job, and provided accurately of the services. The tiled kitchen floor was shining, the living room floor was waxed and polished, the windows you could see reflection, the walls wiped, odors removed, bathrooms tubs/showers sparking, ceilings cleared of webs, pipes drained, and bugs removed. I'm honestly VERY impressed Flori is like a plumber, electrician, technician, exterminator and handywoman with her advising she will save you thousands of dollars!! Thank you, and looking forward to using services again!! read more

Where do I begin? Flori and her team were amazing! You can tell Flori takes pride in her business and what she does! We received a deep cleaning service and let me tell you they cleaned the crap outta my home! They were here for 6 hours and left my home sparkling! They don't just go over areas like some cleaning services ! They move out all your furniture and get behind and underneath it to ensure they clean every square inch! I will definitely be using them on a reoccurring basis! Thank you Flori for all you do! I will be in touch to set up our next visit! YOU ARE AMAZING!!!! read more

I worked with La Shine for a professional, office cleaning. The representative, Flor, displayed the utmost professionalism. She came to scope out the office and give her service recommendations. This cleaning company was quite a bit more affordable than the other that we received a quote from. Flor stayed in close contact throughout the entire process of arranging the cleaning and up to the day of actual service. They did an impeccable job with the office cleaning and we're looking to continue doing service with them. I highly recommend La Shine! read more

Florica and her team are absolutely THE BEST! My husband and I were responsible for attaining quotes and meeting with potential cleaning companies to hire for a deep clean of our church in Downey. After reading yelp reviews, I called and Florica and she set up a walk through of our facility the very next day. She was incredibly through on the phone and answered many of our questions. We met with her the following day. Out of all three of our prospects, she spent the most time assessing our facility and going over our list and her suggestions. When she left, there wasn't a doubt In our minds, that she was our person for this job. Setting up time for cleaning was not difficult and she was able to work around our busy church schedule. She quoted us 3-4 full days because of the extent of the job. She communicates about every detail if you are not on site and is incredibly professional! From day one of their job, Flori and her team stayed to complete each designated area, even after the normal 5pm projected end time for the day. On one day, they stayed until 11:30pm! The amount of time they spent cleaning was worth the process and we repeatedly thanked them for their efficiency! Talk about dedication and pride in what they do! Our church hasn't been deep cleaned in YEARS. It is maintained weekly by volunteers, but nothing like what Flori and her team did! They moved liked the busiest of bees and in unison. Their teamwork and dedication to our job was an absolute gift! There attention to detail is absolutely incredible and still one month after they finished the job, we receive compliments from those who attend in awe of what was done and the how detailed and efficient the cleaning ended up being! Her team is the absolute best too! Her employees that took care of our facility were three men. They are strong, detailed, focused, and courteous! We talk about Flori and her team every single time we receive a compliment. We will be using them in the future without a doubt and highly recommend their services. read more

Needed move out cleaning. Started yelping, she sent me message that she would help. Team of 2 came. After living 8years of the same place, my house was full of clutters. And La Shine did make everything shine. I didn't ask for deep cleaning, but it did look like deep cleaning to me. Flori, the owner went extra mile to do that which made me super happy. Very impressed with her service and I would love to schedule her for my monthly cleaning @new place. A+ read more

Overdue review! Highly highly recommend this extremely professional cleaning company. They did a fantastic job completing a move-out cleaning project. I was even provided the name of the cleaning supplier they use to purchase their cleaning supplies. The cost does not compare to the outstanding job completed!!! read more

This has been the best decision I made with my new house. Flori has been very responsive with my queries and quick to respond. She came by for an estimate at a time we discussed and listened carefully to all the details I required. The best part is she went beyond and even performed tasks I hadn't mentioned. She was also able to do minor paint touch ups, changed air filter and also changed out the shower head for us. She also provided with valuable tips on drawer liners and how to take care of it. The house was spotless after the cleaning. Would highly recommend for a deep house cleaning. read more

Flori and TJ were amazing! The attention to detail was impeccable and beyond compare. Best cleaning service around hands down. THANK YOU FLORI AND TJ!! We requested a deep clean for our bathroom. Our tub desperately needed La Shine's TLC. I reached out to Flori. She was extremely helpful and answered all my questions. She was able to accommodate us and scheduled us a couple of days later. Flori and TJ arrived on time ready to conquer our bathroom. Flori looked around our bathroom and pointed out areas for TJ to focus on. TJ went to work and did an AMAZING job!! He did not miss a spot. He not only cleaned our tub but removed the old caulk and added new caulk. GORGEOUS!! Our bathroom looks brand new!! We will be calling La Shine soon!! read more

I requested a deep cleaning for a new house I rented for me and my family. It absolutely needed it, the previous tenants were college kids so they didn't do the best job at upkeep. However I am fully impress by how thorough they were. Had a slight hiccup with a broom being accidentally taken that I had just bought after moving in. Honest mistake, but they brought it back and even asked for regular maid service 2 weeks later. I was seriously even more impressed by Marquis and the lengths he went to do a solid job. Overall would recommend. read more

Flori helped clean a unit a couple weeks ago. They did a good job on our emergency situation. She took care of the client and thoroughly cleaned. It cost $465 to clean a 430 sq ft studio. 5.5 hours of work! Of every cleaning service I have worked with (and I have gotten 2nd, 3rd opinions), even big houses don't even go for this much. The place was dirty but hard to justify the time cleaned. I feel our cleaning situation was taken advantage of (since it was an emergency) and unfortunately did not leave a good taste. She did not give any invoices for services rendered other than an email with the huge price. I was shocked because I requested for a 2 hour clean at $105. Since it was dirty, they spent an additional 3.5 hours there and a big bill came for my client. She did not mention that it would be that much prior to committing the work. If that was the case, we would have not done the cleaning. All in all, she did a very thorough job and great job cleaning. The reason for the low stars is because the customer service handling the invoicing and receipts was unpleasant. The way she corresponded with me was not a pleasant experience. read more

La Shine did an AMAZING job cleaning our home. Please continue reading for details: COMMUNICATION: FLORI provided excellent communication throughout the process. She told me what services would be provided and what the price would be. I informed her what concerns I wanted addressed. SERVICE: FLORI and TJ arrived on time and ready to work. They brought all of the supplies and equipment they needed to provide the BEST CLEANING SERVICE my house has ever had! The attention to detail was beyond what any other cleaners have provided. Even problem areas I did not point out were cleaned and looked brand new. Some of the highlights: the grout between tiles in the bathroom CLEAN, the inside of my washing machine CLEAN, hard water on my copper faucet CLEAN, the area around my dryer duct CLEAN, the panels for every lightswitch CLEAN, the tracks for every window CLEAN, and that just to name a few. PRICE: I won't post the price because every home is different. The price will seem higher than competitors, HOWEVER - La Shine is worth the premium price because the level of service is superior. BOTTOM LINE: I have already made arrangements to have regular service from La Shine to maintain this level of cleanliness in our home. FLORI and TJ did an amazing job and I look forward to seeing them soon. THANK YOU! read more

Flori and her team are amazing. Yet again.. they provide a phenomenal cleaning service - very communicative, thorough, friendly and respectful. Flori and her team did a great job at my house. Flori taught me how to prevent black mold in the bathrooms and she gave me a chemical sample to help with that. We have hired several cleaning services in the past for spring cleaning but Flori was by far the best. We are so happy we chose La Shine for our move out cleaning. She showed up on time (bright and early at 6 am) and thoroughly cleaned the whole place (light fixtures, baseboards, walls, floors, cabinets, appliances, glass shower doors, etc). The best part about it was how pleasant it was to ask them to touch up a few spots (nothing major, just to wipe down a few spots that were missed). In my previous experience, this was almost always met with excuses and threats of price increase. Instead, Flori and her team were glad to do it and even apologized for missing the space. The honesty and professionalism here is huge in my books. We are planning on using Flori for our regular cleaning ($105 for a 3-hr visit, regardless of frequency) in the near future and would recommend La Shine to anyone looking for a cleaning service. read more

I lost my house cleaner of 15 years with no notice. Where should I turn? Google and Yelp, of course!! I spoke with the owner and worked out a time for a look see and a price quote. A little miscommunication with that but it all worked out. I have had a worker at my house twice and my house is pretty clean and happy when he was done. A few missteps but they can be worked on. I see a long relationship with LA Shine. UPDATE: The owner was unhappy with the above wirker's end result and came out herself to do the job! I am VERY impressed with Flori's business and worth ethic! Highly recommend!!! read more

I found La Shine cleaning services on yelp . I loved all the reviews they had. I've been living in my home for 30 years and it needed a deep cleaning. Flori came out to evaluate and gave me a quote and time frame to do the job. She and her crew came out the week of thanksgiving 2023. They cleaned every single room in my home plus all of my windows, inside and out. They were so thorough . I was so impressed . They cleaned behind the washer and dryer and refrigerator. They cleaned my refrigerator inside and out and also my double oven. My kitchen and dining room floors were old and really needed to be replaced. My family and I were shocked as to how they were able to get all the grime off our floors! Our stained porcelain sinks were white! My bathrooms were also impressively clean. What little they were not able to clean, Flori would explain why. I think the job turned out to be a little more bigger than excepted and they definitely went way over the time frame anticipated but she did not charge me extra and stuck to the original quote. Definite 5 stars on their customer service and communication. We have continued to use their services prior to each holiday and have been 100% satisfied with their work. Flori, you and your staff are a blessing and I can't tell you enough THANK YOU! We will see you before the 4th of July!!! read more

I reached out to Flori to help clean my mom's house while she was out of town due to all of the positive reviews on Yelp. Great and professional team. Very easy to communicate with and get a hold of. They came in ready to work, and spent the time going over the little details in the house. Flori and the team are highly recommended, and I will be hiring them again when we need an efficient and great cleaning. Highly recommend read more

Hired this company to do a deep cleaning on my townhouse I just moved out of. Honestly I have had countless cleaning services as I move a lot but this is by far the best. The owner came herself with her team. She obviously takes great pride in the work she does and went though the house making final touch ups that I would have never noticed.
