I called some other businesses and let them know I was running comps. Ramiro, the business owner of pro Clean was my last call. Even across the phone line, I trusted him. Simple as that. He indicated they all have about the same competitive prices. He quoted me a little bit higher than another business. I asked him to meet the price of his competitor and I would go with him. He did. Even though it's the holiday season he was able to come within a few days. He communicated with me about the time to expect him and even called to let me know he was running a little late from his previous customer. I was working at the time, so I asked a relative to house sit for me. I questioned them about his service and they said, nice, professional, and fast. No upsells. The price quoted was the price paid. My carpet is clean again. I'm happy and will definitely hire Ramiro and Pro Clean again in the future. read more

I contacted Ramiro to clean carpets at a health clinic in Whittier. Since it is a non-profit organization, I also asked if he would be willing to discount his services as a donation to the clinic. He was very happy to do so. We scheduled the cleaning to take place on a Saturday when the clinic was closed. Ramiro was on time, his truck and equipment were clean and neat, and he was very easy to work with. The carpets had several bad stains which Ramiro removed without problems. I don't normally give top marks on surveys, but I have no problem giving Ramiro 5 stars for his great work ethic and great results. Outstanding services. I called on a Monday evening and scheduled my carpet to be cleaned the next day. The work was exceptional. My carpet had some red stains so Ramiro offered to return the next day to do a special treatment. He stated that if they would not come out he wouldn't charge us for that service. The stains got lighter but didn't come out so Ramiro didn't charge us although he spent about 2 hours trying to get them out. Instead he referred us to his friend that came in and was able to cut out the stains and replace it with the same carpet. Our carpet now looks like new. Mr. Ramiro is a very hard worker and is very respectful when entering your home. He places these corner covers to block his carpet cleaning tube from rubbing on the corner walls. He also wore shoe covers for us as he went in and out of the house and asked if we had a mop so he can clean up some of the drips that he may get from the moisture build up.
