I've had my…read morecouch for six years, and between an elementary school-aged child and a dog, it had definitely seen better days. I honestly thought I was going to have to replace it. When I first called, the gentleman who answered the phone was incredibly helpful. He had me text him pictures of the couch and was very confident they could make a significant improvement. That gave me the confidence to book the appointment. The technician came out the next day. He was running a little behind, but I really appreciated that he texted me ahead of time to let me know. When he arrived, he was much more cautious about setting expectations than the person I spoke with on the phone, which admittedly made me a little nervous. Even so, he worked efficiently and did a thorough job. There are only two things I'd mention for anyone considering upholstery cleaning. First, on the seat cushions, some of the dirt seemed to settle toward the front edge as the extraction tool passed over the fabric, so there are still a few light stains in those areas. Second, my couch was extremely wet afterward. I was told it could take up to four days to dry. With several fans running, mine was fully dry in about two days, but it's something to plan for. Overall, my sectional looks about 85% better than it did before, and that's a huge win. It saved me from buying a new couch, which would have cost far more than the cleaning. I'm very happy with the results and would absolutely use Heaven's Best again in the future.

PICTURE THIS... Saturday night and your bother comes over totally wasted to spend the night... Wakes up and decided the corner of my bedroom is the new restroom.. Yeah I know right... DISGUSTING.. Nonetheless I call on Yelp to bail my bro out of this one and although only having 4 reviews, they were 4 detailed POSITIVE reviews. Added to that he was probably 2 or 3 out of several that were available on Sundays. Ramiro made it clear that he had a full schedule but would do whatever possible to fit me in. Sure enough Ramiro kept in contact with me thru text and let me know he was available, but I was at my nieces softball Opening Day. Great now I had to cancel. More than likely have to find someone else now.. NO SIR, Ramiro was not only understanding, when I asked to reschedule. He again after having a full day schedule on Monday 03/09/15, made some time to fit me into his already busy day. Knowing that I needed this job done at whatever cost. Ramiro still did not overcharge the small task at hand.. That is what you call true CUSTOMER SERVICE. Was very happy with his work even threw in a $20 tip for the extra effort to get my carpets cleaned. In this day in age, we need more business owner like Ramiro, honest, customer oriented and a Family man. As he knows what its like to work hard for what we have, and I am positive Ramiro and his family owned business will definitely be around for many years to come. First review ever on Yelp, I was so compelled to leave one! Ramiro was incredibly professional, kind, and thorough. I first called him to clean my great aunt's house, who's elderly and blind. He used a UV light to help me see where her dog was urinating (the dog doesn't always go where she should). He then used a special spray to completely break down the urine throughout the house. Next he used a powerful spray vacuum hooked up to some kind of pressurized machine in his truck to blast the heck out of her carpets and leave them looking and smelling brand new. He explained everything as he went and was so friendly and kind that I invited him to come clean my own house a few days later, where he did the same great work. And now I'm sending him to my mom's sometime soon as well! Highly recommended! He also had very reasonable prices! read more

I want you to know that I am a first time "yelper". I inherited a berber light colored room. I don't think this room had been cleaned in several years. I did my homework and read a lot of reviews. I decided to go with Pro Clean because of the glowing reviews. To begin with, Ramiro was able to work with my schedule. He was very knowledgeable about carpeting and the cleaning of them. Ramiro was punctual. To tell the truth I wasn't expecting miracles. This carpet had been neglected. I have to tell you I was very pleasantly surprised! What a difference Ramiro made! I called the company number wanting to get an estimate to clean 3 rooms and a hall. That was Monday afternoon and Ramiro answered. I could tell he was driving. He pulled over to get my information. He realized he was a couple of blocks away from my house in Whittier. He came right over and gave us a quote we were happy with. He came out first thing Thursday morning and was done before 8:30. It looked and smelt great. When it dried, there was one small but noticeable spot in one of the rooms. I called him Friday morning to ask for advice about it. Ramiro actually came back to the house, got out rotary cleaner and took care of that spot and went over some other high traffic areas at no cost to us. Ramiro from Pro Clean arrived on time with a friendly smile....I took him to my neighbor to give an estimate.....he returned and started the job for me. He pre treated and then started the steam cleaning process. He wasted no time and did an excellent job....left no mess and the carpets were just damp not wet....I have a light beige carpet and the 3 foot prints that a friend left for me were no longer visible. Carpet looks fresh and fluffy. I vacuumed before I put the furniture back in place and it really looks great.....I usually have my carpets cleaned once a year. I live in an apartment and after 4 years the carpet was looking worn down and spotted, especially in the dining room area and the front door entrance. Ramiro came over and made it look brand new again. The whole place even smells fresh. It was very easy. I picked everything off the floor in the areas where I wanted to be cleaned, and I vacuumed.
