I first asked for an estimate which he provide and explain to me exactly how he would clean my carpet and the drying process. I told him my carpet was bad, he quoted me $230 for 4 rooms, a hallway, a landing and a 14 step spiral staircase. He put me on the schedule for 2 days later even during COVID. Upon his arrival he introduced himself at the door and took all precautions to protect my family by showing up in a mask with new shoes covers he put on in front of me with a smiling face and great energy. They showed up on time. Came prepared for everything they needed. The 2 gentlemen that came are extremely professional and knowledgeable. Willing to answer any questions i had. Messaged me the day before to confirm and showed up on time. Did a great job cleaning the carpets and took care to not damage any furniture. He also did a great job of getting as much water up as possible so that it didn't take too long to dry since it was a cooler day. I had the living room, hall and 3 bedrooms cleaned.
