Don't waste your time, Charlie is very unprofessional. I reached out to Charlie and scheduled an appointment with him. 30 minutes past our appointment, I reached out to him to confirm if he was still coming and he admitted he had forgotten and he was already home and unwilling to come. I had to follow up with him several times to reschedule; yes, he put the onus on the customer and didn't hold any professional accountability even though he was the one that missed the appointment. I question why I even tried so hard... but when he finally got here, he provided a quote and left. I followed up with him because I had questions about the grout color and the scope of the project. He had told me he was available for this job on 2/20. I texted him and called him, leaving him a voicemail, prior to 2/20. Never again heard from him. I was never rude to him or anything; this guy has zero accountability and zero professionalism. Don't waste your time. There are plenty of other Grout restoration companies and they are very responsive and professional. Update: In response to Charles's comment below trying to justify his actions and put the blame on me. I told him my wife is usually still sleeping at that time and the project was in the master bathroom. I guess he didn't like that. I didn't suggest any grout; I asked him about epoxy grout because I heard mixed reviews. I didn't try to push for that or anything, was just seeking his opinion. And then I tried to negotiate, but I wasn't pushy for that and I was willing to accept his price if he would have called me back. I was trying to actually add scope to include my bathroom counters too but Charles never responded. It's ironic that he mentions respect because he never respected my time. And objectively, it is unprofessional to schedule an appointment with someone and then forget and then put the onus on them to reschedule. So if you're willing to change your wife's schedule, book multiple appointments, not ask any clarifying questions, and accept whatever quote he gives you, then you might enjoy his work. My experience with GroutPro could not have been better or easier. Charlie is professional, friendly and does excellent work. The white grout in my Master Bath had seen better days. I thought it would cost a fortune to call in a pro, so I tried every DIY recommendation I could find, i.e. vinegar & baking soda, products from Home Depot, etc etc and I just kept making it worse. The grout ranged from white to yellowish to rusty brown in places, SO gross. Now it is a beautiful snowy white, and I am thrilled! It's like having a brand new shower.
