They did a walkthrough of my home and gave the same quote as on the phone. Jake and Elly are locals in a our neighborhood so we immediately gravitated towards them after having some bad experiences with the "big name" carpet cleaners. I'm glad we did. They really spend time going through our home and understanding our concern areas. They take their time working on the hard spots and even use fans to dry out the carpets as quick as possible. Parts of the carpet were dry by the time the left. They even moved furniture out of the way to get areas we wanted to clean that were exposed before. They spent over four hours in our home compared to the usual three we got with others and they took care that they are not causing any damage to our walls/floor. Just take a look at the pics below. FIVE STARS WITH AN EXLAMATION POINT! This is the best carpet cleaning company I have ever used. I have never seen anyone clean as thoroughly. They use a multi-step process which included vacuuming, spraying cleaner, using a rolling agitator and then cleaning the carpets. They moved furniture and put plastic protectors under the legs, raised curtains and bed skirts to get to heavy dust areas and even cleaned the carpet in the closet. They are so incredibly professional in their communication, Covid-19 safety precautions and demeanor while at your home. My carpet is over 30 years old and they made it look brand new. My carpet was beat when I moved into this place over 4 years ago. I had a dog that had significant problems keeping food down during his last few months and it was more important for us to keep him happy during his last few weeks. We cared less about the carpet and more about his comfort. Then there was an incident where we kinda missed the garbage can with a container of bacon grease. (don't judge) Needless to say, we had some stains that my Bissell couldn't tackle. Jake Martinez and his partner came in ...and I'm not going to say "made it new again" because you can't fix the normal wear and tear on an old carpet. But from a clean perspective, he made our carpet blue again. It definitely looks better than when we moved in 4 years ago. He's a little more expensive than what you'll see advertised in the Money Mailer, but he is worth every penny. He's friendly and courteous. He helped move furniture and protected our stuff. We have lived in our house for about 12 years and had never got our floors professionally cleaned so they were getting nasty. Decided to set an appointment and let him know the earlier the better. He was available earlier than scheduled and let me know, and we started earlier.
