It's been 5 years since we moved into our house and decided it was time to have our carpets cleaned. Our neighbor recommended SunCal Carpet Clean. Jake and Elly arrived on time. They were friendly and did an awesome job with our stairs, hallway, bedroom and 2 area rugs. Our carpets look brand new! I will definitely use them again next year to freshen up the carpets. read more

So very pleased with the SunCal Carpet Clean dream team! Jake and Elly were awesome. Jake was super helpful over the phone when providing a quote and on the day of service Jake and Elly were right on time and ready to go! They did a walkthrough of my home and gave the same quote as on the phone. I have never had our carpets professionally cleaned and I do not know what I was expecting but it went BEYOND my expectations. Our stairs are carpeted and looked pitiful I wish I would have taken a before and after photo because they look better than brand new after the SunCal treatment! All the rooms look so much cleaner and I'm so happy we found SunCal. Thank you again Jake and Elly for bringing the sunshine back to our carpets and tiles! read more

Jake and Elly are locals in a our neighborhood so we immediately gravitated towards them after having some bad experiences with the "big name" carpet cleaners. I'm glad we did. They really spend time going through our home and understanding our concern areas. They take their time working on the hard spots and even use fans to dry out the carpets as quick as possible. Parts of the carpet were dry by the time the left. They even moved furniture out of the way to get areas we wanted to clean that were exposed before. They spent over four hours in our home compared to the usual three we got with others and they took care that they are not causing any damage to our walls/floor. Just take a look at the pics below. You pay a tiny bit more for this great service, but it is well worth it, and I would highly recommend! read more

Jacob and Elly are the sweetest! They were so accommodating to my schedule, and very professional. Jacob and Elly, what a dream team. They came in and cleaned my tile and carpets. They look new now! They are prompt, attentive to detail/requests, professional and really nice. Thank you for doing such a nice job. I can see why all your reviews are 5 stars. I will see you again I am sure. read more

FIVE STARS WITH AN EXLAMATION POINT! This is the best carpet cleaning company I have ever used. I have never seen anyone clean as thoroughly. They use a multi-step process which included vacuuming, spraying cleaner, using a rolling agitator and then cleaning the carpets. They moved furniture and put plastic protectors under the legs, raised curtains and bed skirts to get to heavy dust areas and even cleaned the carpet in the closet. They are so incredibly professional in their communication, Covid-19 safety precautions and demeanor while at your home. My carpet is over 30 years old and they made it look brand new. Trust me - they are worth every penny and I love supporting a family owned business. read more

My carpet was beat when I moved into this place over 4 years ago. I had a dog that had significant problems keeping food down during his last few months and it was more important for us to keep him happy during his last few weeks. We cared less about the carpet and more about his comfort. Then there was an incident where we kinda missed the garbage can with a container of bacon grease. (don't judge) Needless to say, we had some stains that my Bissell couldn't tackle. Jake Martinez and his partner came in ...and I'm not going to say "made it new again" because you can't fix the normal wear and tear on an old carpet. But from a clean perspective, he made our carpet blue again. It definitely looks better than when we moved in 4 years ago. He's a little more expensive than what you'll see advertised in the Money Mailer, but he is worth every penny. He's friendly and courteous. He helped move furniture and protected our stuff. He even played with my giant dog. He's worth the extra couple of bucks to make your pad look pimp! read more

I rarely write reviews on Yelp but this one I couldn't let it pass. Excellent Service provided by Jake and his wife. We have lived in our house for about 12 years and had never got our floors professionally cleaned so they were getting nasty. I convinced my husband to spend the $$ to get our floors cleaned and he is not going to regret it. I'm sharing a before and after photo of our floors which will explain everything. I would highly recommend this company for any cleaning. They were very thorough in the service they provided. read more

Originally saw the ad on Nextdoor, and the special was attractive enough to grab my attention. Shot them a call, it was immediately answered. Had availability for the next day, and was very pleasant. Jake showed up, was incredibly professional, showed me around the house with the blacklight, and I was shocked with how much gunk you can see with that thing. He explained the different types of stains, and how to remedy them. He gave me an incredibly reasonable price with no hard-core sales push to get goofy upgrades that I don't really need, and did the work right then. My carpets all look spectacular, and I'm 100% pleased. Will be my go-to for carpet cleaning forever. Excellent experience from start to finish. read more

I needed my 7-year old fabric sofas cleaned thoroughly after moving 4 times and having a baby last year. Jacob replied my request for quote almost immediately with the best quote out of many that I've received. Not only that, his work was extremely high quality. He also made sure to protect my walls by covering corners before he set up his equipments which I appreciated. He stayed a little late to answer all of my questions. He also does wood hardwood deep clean as well as tile cleaning so it is conveniently a one-stop shop. Highly recommended. read more

I was recommended SunCal by my leasing company for my move out carpet clean, and I was very pleased with the results! Jake, the owner, was so kind and accommodating when I had to change appointment times and even called to confirm the day of. He did an excellent job and cleaned out even the smallest spots in the carpet, and even cleaned the carpets in all the closets. The cleaner he uses smells amazing - not chemical-y at all. The price was very reasonable and he was done within 1.5 hrs for my whole house. Thank you Jake and SunCal, will definitely use your services again and recommend to my friends! read more

Jake was GREAT and very professional! He was efficient and respectful. Funny thing is my dog doesn't like strangers, but didn't even bother or bark at Jake when he was cleaning. SunCal was also the first one to respond to my quote request and was the most reasonable for the job I wanted done. It wasn't a big area, but Jake was still on top of it! I will definitely be using him for any future carpet cleaning needs. read more

The owners are so friendly and they did an amazing job! They were punctual, efficient, and very professional. It was very simple to book the cleaning, and my carpets look great. Jake is a great guy, honest as can be and very professional. He cleaned our carpet when we first bought our house, and it was pretty stained from little kids, even though it had fairly new carpet. The stains he cleaned are still gone after 6 months, amazing!!! I use Jake to maintain my carpets and always will, he's the man!!! read more

Jake was recommended to me by neighbors who have used his services. He was willing to book an appointment with me two months in advance with a move-out cleaning. His cleaning was so well done and accurately priced, that I hired him to do the cleaning for the condo I was moving into as well. Everything looked immaculate! I loved supporting a local small business and will highly recommend him to friends and neighbors. Easy communication with Jake was a huge plus as well -- very quick to answer and set up an appointment. read more

Jake is the man! He came through on a last minute carpet and couch cleaning. I requested a quote at about 9pm and he responded that night with the lowest price without knowing the other prices I was quoted. He had a full day the next day and came to my house at 6pm. He got the job done fast and was an all around great guy. Even through in a few things at no charge. He's the kind of guy you want to do business with. I mentioned I had a house cleaner cancel on me and he even tried to contract someone he knew to help out. Also had several referral services ready on other things I need. Carpet and couch look better than ever and I'll definitely use his services again in the future! Thanks again Jake. read more

What a great experience! Jake Martinez was so professional and nice. We had a 2:00 appt. And he was extremely prompt....a quality I admire!! I've never seen someone work as hard as he did! Jake did an amazing job. I would highly recommend. His prices are very competitive (way less than I thought)! On time- a genuine nice person as well. Hard working. Very good company, I would definitely use them again for carpet cleaning. I messaged a bunch of companies to get quotes and Jake was very competitive and responsive. Decided to set an appointment and let him know the earlier the better. He was available earlier than scheduled and let me know, and we started earlier. Even though there were extra space that needed cleaning, he stuck with the quote he gave me, which was awesome. Carpet came out great! He finished about a 1000sqft in a couple of hours.
