Upon arrival, he measured all areas I wanted clean (he charges by the square foot of area he is able to clean not by room). He offered pre and post treatments but was in no way pushy about it. UPDATE: Tony issued a refund after seeing this review. I don't think the damage was for a lack of trying, but still want folks with white couches to be aware. I added a star for customer service and a heartfelt apology text. ORIGINAL: I wanted to try a new upholstery cleaner, so I outreached Tony. I only ever clean the frame of my white couch and the back was grey from little dog feet looking out the front window everyday. He was responsive and up front with pricing. Not the cheapest, but also not wildly expensive, so I moved forward. Everything seemed ok. He was courteous and removed his shoes when I asked him to wear booties. The only thing that stood out the first day was that he'd pause working on my couch and took work calls in my living room. It would be more professional to step outside or take them after the job is complete. When the couch dried, there were yellow stains. He came back, treated the yellow stains by soaking the affected areas. Well, not only did the yellowing come back worse, but now the treated area looked bleached. He comes back a third time and the yellowing was even worse. We agreed that he could not do anymore to correct it. He did not offer a refund or discount after ruining my couch. I hired my original company to come fix it and all the yellowing is corrected, but the bleaching stains are permanent. After damaging a couch, the least I'd expect is not to pay for the service that damaged it. read more
