We use BnK 3 times a year for our carpet cleaning. We usually request Brian, he is thorough and knows his business. He is also really pleasant, always friendly! Our carpets look great when he is finished. We foster a lot of dogs and they get the stains out. Oh, and the prices are really reasonable! We will keep using BnK. read more

Excellent customer service! Excellent communication and services performed always look amazing!

The technician did a great job and very thorough. Carpet looks and feels so clean. No residue at all. Thank you.

BNK Chem-Dry did an outstanding job cleaning our carpets and rug today! They went above and beyond to make sure everything was spotless and perfect, which was especially important since this is a vacation rental. Communication was excellent throughout--they were easy to work with, professional, and even sent before and after photos so we could see the difference. Highly recommend them if you want top-notch service and great results! read more

We had BnK Chem-Dry service our downstairs area with special treatment to a very small area (approx. 2' strip) with pet stain remover solution. The woman proceeded to saturate the small area with a half gallon of liquid solution. When I witnessed this I was concerned, but when she was done I couldn't really tell if it did more damage than good. My question was answered the next morning when all of the carpet dried. There was a HUGE area stained with solution where the half gallon was poured. The company had the same woman come out to fix it. She did not fix it, and we still have a huge stain where a very small one used to be. It's embarrassing to have people over to our home and see it. I wish we never called this company; we'll probably have to re-carpet our downstairs because of them. read more

Sometimes I write reviews that people think are funny or interesting. I do that when there is something negative to say, but I want to cluster it with positive things, so it won't look like an overall bad review. I have nothing negative to say about BnK Chem-Dry, so I guess this will have to be a boring review. We needed rugs, furniture, and cushions cleaned. We called them. They did everything right. They responded quickly to our inquiry, scheduled us fast, arrived exactly when they said they would, did the work cheerfully and well, left everything cleaner than I had ever seen it before, and finished on time. The name of the company has "Chem" in it, so I was a little worried that there might be bad chemicals or strange smells or something like that. I have pets and grandchildren, and didn't want to worry. Mostly they used various forms of detergent; occasionally some spot remover. The spot remover that I use in my laundry room smells worse and has more warnings on the jar. When the cleaners left after finishing their work, the room smelled like damp sofa cushions and not like chemicals. It's now the next day, and almost everything is dry. You know I'm going to call them again when it needs to be cleaned again. read more

Everything that they said they would do, they did it. I Highly recommend BnK Chem-Dry if you want your carpet to look, smell, and feel really clean! read more

After my terrible experience with Zerorez, I am so glad I called ChemDry! I had four antique Turkish rugs I needed cleaned, and ChemDry was a third the cost of their competitors for the same service. They didn't give me a bogus quote but scheduled an appointment to give me a quote. The staff was nice and upfront and they were able to do the other small job I scheduled to spot clean a carpet upstairs. The only hiccup was they didn't call me when my rugs were done and I had to check in, but they were able to get them deliver to me within two days of my call. Things are weird right now with COVID so there's forgiveness for that. Definitely use ChemDry for carpets, they did great! read more

Scott was great, and before he left, he also 'raked' any 'fuzz' that had been brought up from deeper in the carpet by the machine. Professional and friendly, and available on a Saturday. I got my carpets cleaned a second time by BnK Chem-Dry. The first time was 2 years ago but after this second experience I don't think I'll be using them again. Speaking on this last experience, I feel their prices are very overpriced for what you get. It was $292 for my upstairs (4 bedrooms (of which 2 are pretty small), a hallway and stairs. I chose the basic pricing package and this price also included a $25 coupon I found on their website. It took them a total of an hour to be in and out of here, including setup/prep. There were 2 guys and both were nice, I don't have any complaints about them. We didn't have any stains or areas that they needed to spend extra time on. They even told me at the end that my carpets were pretty clean and the water wasn't even coming up dirty in a lot of areas. I realize I was quoted the price when I made the appointment but my concern would be that if the price is quoted for an expected amount of work and time for dirty carpets and my carpets didn't end up needing as much time and labor as expected, shouldn't the price be adjusted to be fair? Why should I pay as much if the job was a lot easier/took a lot less time and labor, etc. than expected? I feel a lot of people (including myself) use this company because of the name recognition but I will be looking elsewhere from now on. There are so many other carpet cleaning companies in the area and I will be doing more research next time and finding more competitive pricing that seems fair. read more

After getting yet another oil stain on our very light-cream upholstered dining chairs, I finally decided to get them professionally cleaned. Other reviews for BnK Chem-Dry included some great before and after photos of upholstery. I was utterly gobsmacked by the sparkling transformation of our floors and carpets--it was like witnessing a magic show but for hygiene. Enter Chris, our cleaning wizard, who not only aced the three Ps I hold dear in service pros--Polite, Prompt, and Professional--but could probably add a fourth for being a 'Pristine Explainer'. The guy's explanation of the cleaning process was cleaner than my kitchen counters on a good day. He dove into the cleaning and sanitizing with the zeal of a knight in a cleaning crusade. I'm over the moon with the results! If I could sing praises from my now spotless top story floors about BnK ChemDry, I would. Don't just sit there--give them a buzz today! Chris was supposed to be here to carpet clean one bedroom between 11a-1p. I assumed it would be similar to the cable guys, wait around all day for them to come by at the last minute when you could be running errands etc. But - I received a call promptly at 11a letting me know he was twenty minutes away! #blownAway. Chris was super friendly, very professional and quick with his job, I even asked if he could spot clean one room (dog shat ) and he have me an quote and had the stain gone in a flash! They vacuum, steam clean, pet odor remove and rake your carpets and furniture until it's like new So happy, he wore a mask and was respectful. These guys are honest and do a great job. Please don't forget to tip these guys, they actually charge a fair fee compared to others I've had in the past 10/10 will call again! Thanks Chris Shaw! read more

Have used this company twice now and have been very impressed. Chris is very responsive and reliable! Our carpets are light years ahead of where they were before! I had reupholstered dining room chairs (which I have a stain treatment put on) and a dining room area rug delivered at the same time. I noticed a bad chemical smell and assumed it was the new rug and would go away after a few days. It didn't. It got worse and after 1.5 months, I could "taste" the smell it was so bad. And I figured it couldn't be healthy. Assuming it was the rug, I had it removed. Turns out it was the dining room chairs. What to do?? Luckily I googled for a solution and was routed to BnK Chem-Dry. I talked to Chris, the owner, and he was very nice, so knowledgeable and confident he could get the chemicals and order out. His 2 technicians, Isaiah and George, came out the next day, and delivered!! The order is gone and my dining room finally smells nice and fresh. I will definitely be a repeat customer and highly recommend them. What great customer service!! read more

I had several new and old puppy pee stains that could not be taken out from "old school" traditional steam cleaning guy last year (it worked at first until it dried and came back), so I wanted to try a Chem-Dry franchise to see if they could do it, especially since I had out of town family coming in Friday. I called Tuesday for an appointment, and they came out first thing Wednesday morning at 8am sharp. Brian is experienced in the industry and explained how much better their patented less-water approach with company-produced chemical treatment, along with the new type of equipment and method was compared to traditional steam cleaning and ZeroRez. I noticed that he took his time with cleaning our carpets, much longer than the 2 young guys that came in from ZeroRez who quickly cleaned our carpets 2 years ago. The carpets were slightly damp but dried out by the evening with the windows open. I was dreading the dog pee spots "coming back", but it's still clear 2 days later! We are so happy and I highly recommend BnK Chem-Dry here in Oceanside. read more
