Mark's Dry Carpet Cleaning did an excellent job! From start to finish, they were easy to communicate with, punctual, and professional. The results were even better than expected--our carpets look fresh, clean, and truly feel sanitized. I really appreciate the no steam, no shampoo method, and everything dried quickly just as promised. Thanks, Marc, for making our place shine again. Too bad there isn't a 0 check mark- this company does not deserve 1 star. We got a coupon in the mail for "3 rooms at $48.95. I called and arranged to have one room cleaned (with a big area rug) and confirmed the price. I was not there but my daughter let them in, and gave them a $100 bill and was given back $20.00 in change, stating $20.00 was for "spot cleaning" (which the coupon shows as included) and $10.00 for tax (which should have been $7.25. I called and spoke to Mark who told me she told him to keep the change, which she did not. Also, they left debris (popcorn that was stuck to the carpeting). most of it could have been vacuumed up. They took full advantage of my daughter and when I called to talk to him he suddenly was not the nice guy I originally spoke to, he was totally short and rude and hung up before I was done speaking to him. read more

Great service...on time....very professional....always makes my carpet look spectacular

First off, Mark is a really friendly guy, and the pricing was as advertised. We have a larger house and liked the price. However, I wasn't that impressed with the end result. He uses a buffer to scrub the carpet's surface and a cotton string pad (like a mop) to clean up the product. I was a little alarmed that there was no extraction machine to lift away the dirt, especially from deep in the fibers. He said it's not steam, and it's better, and the pad would pick it up. I figured we'd let him get at it and would expect to see the results later. Does the carpet look better than it was? Certainly. Did it get rid of darker spots? Not really. Do I think a deeper clean with an extraction machine to lift away the dirt would have been significantly better? 100%! We did what we could to make his job easier. We moved almost all the furniture so he could get around quickly and get a better clean. We pointed out a couple of spots that needed special attention. We have lighter carpets about a year old, but we don't have pets or walk with outside shoes or barefoot and keep food/drink away as much as possible, so the carpets were in realtively good shape. We'll not be using Mark again and will look for another company to provide a better end result even if we have to pay more. read more

Amazing results! Mark completely removed a huge red wine stain from my light carpet and made it look nearly new, even with multiple large dogs. No stains, no odors -- highly recommend! read more

Mark did a great job at a fair price. Arrived on time. I only needed one large room carpet cleaned. Other cleaners had high minimums while Mark did not. I'll use him again. read more

The rugs were dirty so of course I payed extra for spot cleaning. But he was in and out too fast. And told me it will look good after it dried. I've had service before where I could see a difference right away. And there was not just dirt left but other residue too. When I had 7 boys in the house, the house looked better with other services. But the rugs look better than they did so, I guess if I stay on top of cleaning them more often. It would be better and if he had taken a little more time to deep clean, since I payed extra for it. read more

Got Mark's ad in the mail. I called several carpet cleaning companies and all changed their quote in less than a minute, bait and switch. Not Mark. The carpets were cleaned according to the ad and the work performed was excellent, professionally done, and time-efficient. I highly recommend Mark's company. If you need your carpets cleaned, go to Mar'k's first. You will not regret it. By the way, I never post anything about any company on Yelp. It takes a lot to get me to write something positive. read more

Marks Carpet was responsive to my needs and was able to get me scheduled quickly and on a day and time that worked best for me. He was on time and even called to let me know he was on his way. Was so pleased with the way the carpets came out. He took his time and did a great job! read more

-0 stars, Super unprofessional we should have read the reviews before booking. No wonder they charged so cheap. Had to bring in an actual professional to do the work. Which now seeing the difference is crazy. We were not expecting a new carpet obviously, but what we weren't expecting were puddles in our carpet the guy didn't even want to take his shoes off so we could prove it to him. You can clearly tell where he missed to clean ( he missed a lot of areas may I clarify) which he also did admitted to doing so. Asked for a refund he gave us some back then he tried to bribe us with the rest of the refund so we would not write a bad review. read more

HORRIBLE. HORRIBLE. HORRIBLE. Got his ad in the mail, decent prices. Seemed like a great deal, but let me tell you this was a horrible experience. RUDE, unprofessional, & did such a bad job. Left the entire stairs case dripping wet. Even left areas COMPLETELY DRY. HOW? Everything else wet and drenched and some areas dry? Because he him self said " oh maybe I could have missed those areas" Like how? Still had the audacity to call us " STUPID" The photo below is a brand new microfiber towel passed through the stairs to show how wet and dirty the stairs was after his supposedly " hard work". He came and left in under 1 hour. To do 2 bedrooms, 1 loft, 2 pathways & 16 stairs. All in under one hour. Came back did issue a partial refund but fought his way through it, we now have to pay double for someone to actually professionally do the job. DO NOT USE HIM. EVER.EVER.EVER. He may even try to bribe you. read more

I hate to post a negative review. Everyone has the opportunity to make a living. But I really feel the need to post this after months of considering whether to or not First time we used Mark's was shortly after we moved into our home. Brand new carpet. Two long threads of carpet were pulled loose in Master & Guest Bedrooms. We didn't notice until after their departure as we didn't go upstairs until later so carpet could dry. My husband decided to use Mark's again about 6 months ago because of prices in their ad. I cautioned. They came. Mark's cleaned stairs, walkway areas of landing at top of stairs, around beds in 2 bedrooms, small foot traffic area in office and living room. Definitely not 2,100 sq ft which their ad says would be $108.95. More like 5 areas for $68.95, Of course with stairs added, I'd go for $98.95 1700 sq ft (even though a lot less sq ft--we have a lot of tile in our home). However, our bill was $198. AND WE PAID NICE TIP!!!! as cleaner professed spots would be gone. They were not!!!! They did a good job on our stairs and the areas that didn't have a couple of darkened spots. But darkened spots were still there after carpet dried. Sad to say, we feel price gouged and not too happy with results. Will not be calling Mark's again or recommending. read more

Been using Mark's Dry Carpet Cleaning for 20 year's. Mark the owner and operator is awesome. He answers the phone when you call and does the carpet cleaning. Hard to find these days. - Fair prices - Uses non toxic chemicals - no steaming which means carpet dries quicker read more

Saw their mail coupons often and gave them a try. On time, professional service. Carpet looks great after cleaning.

Let me start by saying that we have had the same carpet in our house since 1982. We have used Mark and his services many times and are consistently pleased with how our carpets turn out after his cleaning. We had used other, more expensive carpet cleaning services in the past, and they were not as thorough. Mark is friendly and asks what is going on with your carpets before starting. We love his prepaid program as well, which helps us budget. Mark can usually come out within a few days. We will always utilize his services. read more

Very bad service. He asked for money even before starting the job which I think is very rude. Didn't dry the carpet properly. Charged us more money what was quoted in the flyer. I will not recommend anyone. read more

I just need to put this review out there because I feel like I was completely robbed first off he charged me 80.00 for two rooms which I was okay with if they got cleaned that price was for extra stain removal sadly I offered to vacuums and he said no need I have one but when he left there was dirt and tacks and pieces of glass left on the carpets no stains were removed I had to go and scrubb them out myself plus there was food particle still on the carpet he didn't even cover the whole floor he just whipped around in circles and was finished in 30 minutes altogether the floors were very wet and they dryed hard and crunchy the rooms prior never smelled bad now they real awful I don't want to enter the room I'm so upset and disappointed I'm going to have to have these carpets redone from what he's done to them read more

Mark is very nice whenever I have called him. I have used their service twice now. Today being the 2nd time. The 1st time they did a good job so that is why I called them back. I also had to change my appointment from an afternoon to a morning when I called last week and he was very accommodating. They showed up around 9:35 for a 9 am appointment. On the phone he told me $100 for a whole house my size 1500 square feet, and $30 extra for a treatment to work on spots and high traffic areas. He honored that price when he arrived. They were done in under 25 minutes. This time much faster than last time. I did mention the new paint that was done 2 days prior, and let them do their work and did not watch them. After they left I noticed that their buffer machine had brushed up against several walls and baseboards scuffing up the new paint and leaving hair and wet residue all over them. I wish they had been a little more careful and not as hasty. They had also gone off the carpet onto the wood floor leaving puddles or residue and water which I had to clean up to avoid slipping and falling. I didn't like having to clean up after them. Had I noticed before they left I would have said something, but I also feel that they should have cleaned up after themselves. They also seem to be nonchalant with their cords from their machines, whipping them and pulling them very fast to get from one room to another. I am not sure if that caused any of the scuffing, but it sure was noisy. read more

My older parents purchased a three time cleaning contract in 2015 and this past Tuesday they came back and honored the contract for the least cleaning of the entire house, including stairs. Just had our carpets cleaned by Mark's Dry Carpet Cleaning. After seeing lots of coupons over the years in the coupon mailers that come frequently, I decided to give them a try. Our carpet was newly installed a year and a half ago, but with two preschoolers, it was time for a maintenance cleaning, and a few pesky spots needed removing. I didn't see the reviews here until after I had booked, so I was little worried that I'd made a mistake, but I wanted to come back and report that the service was friendly and affordable. The only thing that I could possibly raise a concern about is the wet floors, considering the company name implying dry cleaning, but he did say ahead of time they'd need about 3 hours to dry, so I was given that information before I booked and I am not complaining. I'm just glad we planned to take the family out of the house tonight for several hours. Our carpeted area is 3 bedrooms, a hallway, 9 stairs, and 2 bathroom sink areas. The bathroom sink areas are still old carpet we're planning to remove and replace with tile later, but for now they were dirty and needed cleaning. They look MUCH better now and I'm pleased with the spot cleaning, although I'm not sure yet if our darkest spot came out. The price for our whole carpeted area fell under their current $99 special. I was offered a stainguard for an extra $30 but declined, and got no pressure or anything. I also thought I should mention that although I was home alone with my kids here, I felt no discomfort having him in my home. I've had a few contractors in the past who did make me feel a little uncomfortable when they were in my house, and that was not an issue at all. After he was done and I was writing my check, we chatted about kids and dogs and it was a very friendly, casual chat. I've already talked to my husband about having him back again next year to clean again. read more

Way to rip off a nine month pregnant lady. .. when I called to complain they said too bad and no refunds and they charge to come to your house which WAS NOT IN THERE AD DO NOT USE THEM. I saw their add in the clipper so I decided to give them a try. They showed up on time, were very friendly, and we're done in about 45 mins (2400 sq ft). My carpet looks great, I was skeptical that they would be able to clean the few spots I had and high traffic area with "no soap," but I must say, it looks fantastic. My only somewhat negative comment is that one of the reasons I chose them was because of the advertised "dry cleaning" and "quick drying time." My stairs are still pretty wet 2 days later. I would still probably use them again though. *They honored the clipper coupon and had no hidden fees* read more

I happened to be at my friend's house when Mark was cleaning her carpets and saw what a good job he did. She had a white rug with all kinds of spots and they were all gone when he was finished. I was even more impressed when he agreed to clean my 8x10 rug. I've been trying to get someone to clean my rug for months but they only wanted large jobs. Mark was on time, was personable, quick and did a good job. I would use his services again. read more

I called this business to have my sofas cleaned. The person I spoke to waffled around but did set me up with a date and time a couple weeks out. They never showed up! After 30 minutes I called and got a message machine. I asked them to call. No one called all day. The following day I called again and was told that they couldn't find my house with their navigation. My community has been in existence over 30 years and no one has ever had a problem with navigation! Then he told me they tried to call me but no one answered. I was home all day! They shouldn't advertise if they don't want business. There's nothing more irritating than no shows! read more

We had Mark come to clean our upstairs carpets including a large area with lots of foot traffic and some wear and tear from our pets. We had another company come out a year ago and the pet stains were still there. Mark cleaned our upstairs yesterday and it looks amazing! The pet stains are gone! Will definitely use his services again. He was scheduled to clean a couch but told us a different option that would protect the couch fabric better. Really appreciated his advice and honesty. Reliable, timely, great results, great price. Definitely recommend!!!! read more

Since we had a coupon, we decided to use Mark's Dry Carpet Cleaning to have our carpets cleaned on 12/20/19. Mark did not apologize for being over 30 minutes late and we were disappointed with the outcome. None of the 3 areas that were "cleaned" looked any better when he was finished and we paid extra for a "scotch guard" treatment. We will not be using this company again. read more

They are always nice and cheap. People should really give this guy some more credit. He does everything by himself and gets the job done. I've been using them for 15 years and always have had no complaints. Honestly I think that they should have a better rating then this. You really should just try them out. Be your own judge and see for yourself. I promise if you use them you won't regret it. Thank you for always doing your job and helping me be able to afford your business. Keep up the good work mark. read more

Too pricey and quality of service Not Good..Their Coupons are just to market or attract customers, but in the actual, they will just make alibis so they cant honor the coupon and charge us more..Dont be fooled of their coupon. Just had my carpeted cleaned by Mark and it is anything but dry there is nothing dry about his process.
