Our son recommended Premier Carpet Care based on an OUTSTANDING job they did on badly soiled carpeting in one of his rental condos. I'm pleased to announce that tradition continues as Premier Carpet Care recently cleaned 1,400 square feet of carpeting at our Escondido residence. The cleaning crew, Mike & Kyle, arrived on time, were courteous and respectful, and left the carpeting sparkling clean--all for a very reasonable $160. Kudos to Premier Carpet Care for A JOB WELL DONE! read more

I made the appointment and they were on time. They were fast and efficient with quality results. Before they started they asked about problem areas, and gave us a fair price. This is the second time I've used Premier Carpet Care and would recommend them! read more

Had an appointment today, 8/14/24 scheduled at 1:00PM. They were running ahead of schedule and showed up early for the appointment. As they were walking up to the house the guys were talking amongst themselves and said that "If we didn't like they just wouldn't do the job". What they didn't know is that my wife works in the casita with the window open and could hear the entire conversation. Highly unprofessional. We ended up not getting our carpets cleaned by the company and won't be using them at any point in the future. Lots of carpet cleaners out there, I would try to hire a group that acts more professionally with its customer. read more

Tim has been cleaning my carpets for 25 yrs and I've never had an issue. This time I am very disappointed. My carpet was soaking wet when I went to be and i couldn't put anything back in place til the next day, usually by late afternoon things are dry. I don't know what the problem was, maybe he needs new equipment. Either him or his helper put a big gob of hair in my toilet, I have trash cans in both bathrooms so I didn't appreciate that either. Next year I'll be calling someone else - my carpet looks terrible..... read more

The nice thing about this company is they got me in quickly and I didn't have to be present for my carpets to get cleaned. The bad thing is that when I returned home, I came home to blue hose marks on almost every corner of my house and even some chipped stucco. I had to use touch up paint just to get all the marks to go away. Carpets looked good though... read more
