My Dyson Animal Vacuum stopped working and I got on the phone with their support. They were no help at all and only offered me a 20% discount on a new vacuum. So I scoured the internet for a reliable service and found PCH. I gave the number a call and right away got Kevin who talked me thru all the possibilities of what the problem might be. We set an appointment for him to show and he texted the previous day to confirm his time. He showed up on time. Got to working right away on my vacuum. He found out what the problem was but couldn't remedy it that day, so he offered to take the vacuum and have it done in the next few days and quoted me on the job.
