We had a wonderful experience with Patrick from PCH Carpet Cleaning. He worked incredibly hard and really took the time to do an excellent job. The results were fantastic--our carpets look better than we expected! Patrick was also great at communicating throughout the entire process. He was professional, hardworking, reliable, and clearly takes pride in his work. It's refreshing to find someone who truly cares about doing a great job. Patrick went above and beyond cleaning our carpets, we were shocked at the attention to detail and willingness to move some furniture that I initially assumed was too much to ask, he even got all the toys out from behind my tv stand I had pretty low expectations as we had never once gotten our carpets cleaned and we have a dog and kids, I didn't even need the stains to come out, I just wanted the smell of dog pee gone. I even told him we're planning on ripping the carpet put next year so my goal is just sanitation at this point. He still provided extremely high quality work and was pleasant to have around! We will definitely do another round on the high traffic areas when we need it! Absolutely worth it. read more

This business does a fantastic job on cleaning carpets; especially old carpets! Excellent communication from Patrick, regarding scheduling the appointment, plus on the day of the cleaning. Patrick did a great job, working very efficiently and neatly. Best of all, the carpets were not soaking wet -- as many other carpet cleaning businesses will leave you with a carpet that could take a few days to dry out. Not PCH Dry Carpet Cleaning! We are very glad to have found PCH Dry Carpet Cleaning, and will use this service again. Don't wait; schedule your appointment! You will be very pleased with the result. read more

I have used PCH Dry Carpet Cleaning for a few years now and they are hands down the best. Patrick is a perfectionist. As a Real Estate agent, I find it a challenge between saving my clients money and presenting their home listing in the best light. Fortunately, I found Patrick at PCH and he has met both needs. I have had 2 listings recently where the carpets were pretty dirty but not worn out. He was able to clean them so they looked great and the seller did not have to replace them to sell the home and then have the buyers rip the new flooring out and put theirs in. and, the carpets dried in an hour so the photographer was able to get in almost immediately. I love their guarantee..."If the stains come back, so will I." read more

I was a kind, stupid person! Yes I told my neighbor I would foster their adorable puppy for six weeks. OMG! That dog peed EVERYwhere I had carpet and most of house is hard wood floors! Thankfully a neighbor referred me to Kevin at PCH Carpet Cleaning and he was amazing. So prompt, professional, scheduled me right away, responsive AND when he got here very efficient, COVID safe and removed the stains. Also I forgot having three sons and the amount of dirt and sand they bring in made the carpet a duller color. He brought all my carpet back to life as if it were new. My Dyson Animal Vacuum stopped working and I got on the phone with their support. They were no help at all and only offered me a 20% discount on a new vacuum. So I scoured the internet for a reliable service and found PCH. I gave the number a call and right away got Kevin who talked me thru all the possibilities of what the problem might be. We set an appointment for him to show and he texted the previous day to confirm his time. He showed up on time. Got to working right away on my vacuum. He found out what the problem was but couldn't remedy it that day, so he offered to take the vacuum and have it done in the next few days and quoted me on the job. I got the vacuum back and it works great!!! I have clean carpets again!! Kevin really is the genuine article. He does what he says he's going to do. Doesn't charge an arm and a leg. I felt he was honest and really did a superb job! I've been using my vacuum now for a month or so, and it's been working great with no issues at all. I HIGHLY recommend PCH.
