I cannot say enough about this company! Not only as a customer of theirs but as a local service provider here in the Encinitas and Carlsbad areas, it doesn't get more top notch. The owner Joe has been proudly running multiple crews for many years and all of their team are just the best of personalities with the eyes for detail and they have all the equipment necessary to handle any kind of carpet, upholstery, tiles etc. I specifically had a Balinese couch that started to collect some molds on portions of it from some moisture. Joe himself came out and took the time to go through the entire couch by hand with the upholstery tool and transformed the colors of it and completely eliminated the mild odor and the molds that were on small parts of it. He also used some special enzymes that help kill some of those germs as well as post-treat the entire couch to ensure both any mild smells and the molds themselves were gone. Bought a used couch at a consignment store (cautionary tale) that ended up smelling like cat pee when in our living room. Sorry, I am a dog person anyway... Called All In and got a response back within an hour. Joe discussed the problem, gave an estimate and was lucky enough to have an opening the next day. Brother Jeff showed up right on time, diagnosed the problem, gave me an education on cat pee (males have ammonia in their urine to make it extra smelly - who knew?) and explained his process. One of my dogs unfortunately threw up on our primary bedroom carpet- and in the most visible area (right when you walk into the room). After asking AI, I unsuccessfully attempted to get the stain out myself (which was yellow from bile). After going on Yelp, All In Carpet Cleaning was the 1st company I called to check on availability and pricing. Joey, the owner answered my call and was immediately so knowledgeable & friendly that I wasn't interested in calling anyone else. He came over the same day! He sprayed a solution on the areas and even brought a cleaning machine in..... he spent probably 20+ minutes at my home and didn't charge me anything. Although he was not able to get 100% of the yellow out of our carpet (I wish I had a time machine and could have called him when it immediately happened), he referred me to someone who is excellent at swapping-out sections of carpet (i.e., the yellow stain could be moved to under the bed or inside the closet where it will not be seen. Luck is a term I don't throw around lightly but I sure got lucky that this company came to the top of my search in yelp. Last night at 3am my 90 pound lab threw up on our new bedroom carpets. This is not the first carpet this sweet boy has destroyed. He unloaded a huge amount of vomit while we slept. I was referred to Joey after a contractor botched the tile job in my powder room. These are hand-made red clay tiles brand Zia, stars and crosses. The contractor had the proper instructions to lay this tile and chose to disregard them. He laid the tile and grout and left it for 2 weeks without wiping it clean while it was still wet. The result of his leaving the grout unwiped for 2 weeks resulted in persistent haze and discolored grout. I called 2 places to look at it and try to fix it. One place wouldn't touch it and said it was ruined. Joe gave it his best shot and managed my expectations that it would never be what it should be. He was amazing.
