I had a really good experience with Silver Olas Floor Cleaning. Jimmy was right on time, and his team of four did a great job on my bamboo floors and travertine tile. I had never had the floors professionally cleaned before, and I was amazed at how much better they looked. The whole house feels fresher and almost like new. I would definitely recommend Silver Olas and will use them again. read more

Contacted Silver Olas and was able to get a quote quickly and easily. They did a great job cleaning my shower tile and were able to remove some stains from my carpet. The only disappointing part was that the team walked back and forth on the freshly cleaned carpet wearing outdoor shoes(which is a HUGE ick of mine). Since we're a no-shoes household, it felt counterintuitive to pay to have my carpets cleaned only to have them walked on with outdoor shoes afterward. I was downstairs taking care of my young daughter and didn't realize they had their outdoor shoes on for most of the carpet cleaning job and while cleaning up. This left me feeling like, in the end, the carpets weren't as clean as they could have been, which is important to me since I have a toddler at home. Overall, the quality of the cleaning was still good, and I'm still happy with the grout cleaning and stain removal (which is why I'm still giving 3 stars). Wearing shoe covers while walking on the carpet, especially after it had JUST been cleaned, would have made a big difference to the overall customer experience. read more

They did an amazing job! Showed up on time and with everything needed to take care of the carpet cleaning as quoted. They definitely took care of the house to make it ready for my renters to move in and at a price that really made me see the value 100%! read more

Great service. The Silver Olas team is amazing. Attention to detail and great care while moving around in our home. We will use them again in other parts of our home. My floors look brand new! My husband and I are very happy. 10 STARS! read more

Incredible service! As a new homeowner I was keen to give our shower some love but wasn't sure what was needed. Jimmy was responsive and made scheduling super simple. He arrived on time, provided a through yet swift service - all for a very fair price. Our grout is so clean and he added a bit of fresh caulking to help maintain for a bit longer which I was happy to pay for. We'd absolutely utilize them again for any of the great services they offer! read more

We have used Silver Olas for cleaning our heavily trafficked carpets many times and are always pleased with their work. Jimmy responds quickly, fits me in to their schedule asap. Highly recommend their services read more

Worked with Jimmy at Silver Olas to get my living room, stairs, and hallway carpet cleaned and 2 bathrooms grout cleaned. They were very responsive via phone and text, and came literally the next day on time with a team of 2. I was originally quoted over the phone less than what I actually ended up paying, but that was a misunderstanding on what type of tile needed to be cleaned in my bathrooms. My bathroom grout had gotten pretty bad over the years so I am happy that Jimmy did a good job clearing it up! It's definitely better then what I could have ever done myself. Overall I think it took about 1.5-2 hours to clean and the total $565. read more

From start to finish, this was such a great experience. Jimmy was incredibly responsive with a quick price quote (very fair!), arrived early (always appreciated!), and did an amazing job cleaning my area rug, staircase, and hallway--no small feat thanks to the trials and tribulations of training a puppy. Jimmy and his associate James were professional, efficient, and clearly take pride in their work. Everything looks fantastic. I'll absolutely be calling them again--highly recommend! read more

Great friendly service. The carpets smell and look amazing. Great value. The crew were very respectful.

I had a great experience with Silver Olas. They were one of a few businesses who reached out promptly on Yelp with all the details. I wanted 1000sqft of unglazed porcelain tile to be thoroughly cleaned and sealed (grout+surface). My tile is relatively new (2 years old) but we didn't get a proper cleaning job after installation. It's a light sand color, so the stains can really stand out. There was a bit of grime buildup in heavy traffic areas, as well minor streaks of improperly applied grout sealer from the installation. I was given a very fair quote and a description of the cleaning job as well as the type of sealer that would be used. Jimmy showed up promptly on the day of the job. They used a couple of different scrubbing machines and worked systematically through the house. Everything was cleaned and sealed within 4 hrs. The tile now has a uniform tone and feels like brand new, no more splotches of old sealer nor dirt. Thank you Silver Olas! read more

Very courteous and professional. I used them to clean my tile floors, couch, and rugs. The last company who cleaned my tile floors damaged by cabinets and appliances. When I began my journey of finding a new company to trust with the task, these folks were the only ones that understood what I was even talking about when I told them what had happened and what I needed to be sure wouldn't happen again. They were super kind and did a great job. I'll definitely use them again. read more

Very happy with the job by Silver Olas Carpet Tile Cleaners. From initial conversation to completion of the work by Samuel and Rudy, totally satisfied. Had just under 800sq feet of tile to be cleaned and it looks great. The initial quote over the phone, based on my description of the house was spot on, the crew was friendly, helpful and respectful, taking the time to explain and answer my questions thoroughly. I contacted Silver Olas Carpet Tile Flooring Clearing in order to clean my down stairs tile and grout. Within a few days, two individuals came by as scheduled and informed me that the job would be performed using a machine scrubber and for the stubborn tile and grout stains, it would be cleaned by hand. The end result was that my tile and grout looked great. Next time I need to clean my tile and grout, I will definitely call them. read more

Great service! We put out the yelp ask, and they were here the next day. Had to do a local wool carpet, and some of our wall-2-wall carpet as well. They showed up, saw everything that needed to be done, and cleaned everything up perfectly. Cleaned up after themselves, and I would certainly use them again for more work. read more

They did an amazing job on our 30-year old tile floors. Look brand new! Reasonable prices, great communication and exceeded expectations.

I'm so impressed with my entire experience with Silver Olas. After I requested information, I was contacted almost immediately, and an appointment was scheduled for just 72 hours later. He arrived 15 mins early which was extremely impressive. The quote I was given over the phone was exactly what i was told upon arrival. Our carpet is ancient - hasn't been replaced since the early 80's, with years of stains and dog odors. I had self cleaned them several times over the years, assuming most of the stains were permanent. I'm so pleased to say that every stain was removed after just one cleaning with Silver Olas. I love that the company is family owned and even a teenage daughter helped with the cleaning process. Kind, professional, prompt, responsive, and very impressive overall. I highly recommend! read more

Needed to get carpets cleaned in time for Thanksgiving as we were hosting and had 15 people over and 6 staying the weekend. Was able to get an appointment the Tuesday before, they came out and got tough stains out of our carpets. They were running early on their scheduled time and reached out to me and asked if it was ok to come a bit earlier than the appointment time. I was all about it and thought it was nice of them to give me a heads up and ask if it was ok. Took about an hour to clean 2 bedrooms and large living room. We have used them several times over the past few years and they have never disappointed. Totally recommend Silver Olas for your cleaning needs read more

I've been using Silver Olas for years because they are reliable and always to great work. Excellent value for the excellent work they do. I've had carpets and tile grout cleaned by this company as well as furniture and rug cleaning. They always made our carpet so clean and worked quickly. Our kitchen grout slowly darkened and in a few hours they had the whole kitchen cleaned and sealed and grout looks brand new. Planning to have them clean grout in bathrooms too. read more

Between a remodel, multiple dogs and lack of time our place was looking very tired. We heard about Silver Olas and were fortunate to get a quote and service in a very short time. They were prompt, asked questions and explained their cleaning methods. The thoroughness and care of our things was impeccable. Will be my go to for cleaning. Also, there was follow up to make sure we were happy with the service. read more

I had my carpet cleaned by Silver Olas for the second time and they again did a great job! We had multiple guests over the summer and more dirt than we thought on our carpet. There aren't enough words to express the GREAT work and service provided by Silver Olas Carpet Cleaning Company. I was LONG overdue in having carpets, chairs, and kitchen floor steam cleaned. Was always very hesitant trying to find someone who would do a good job and not ruin carpets or furniture. After looking on Google and reading many of the reviews, I decided to call this company, as I was very impressed with the reviews and consistency of good work and what customers had to say. I AM SO THANKFUL I CALLED THEM ! Jimmy, the Owner, was very nice, and when I told him my needs, he gave a very fair estimate over the phone, and scheduled me for service within the next few days. I couldn't be happier of the customer service and the quality of their services. They cleaned about 200 sqft of porcelain and mosaic tiles in the kitchen, hallway and bathrooms. What a job! Our house had been trashed by our tenants and our grout was sharpie black! Silver Olas restored it to the cream color it used to be. I highly recommend them, for smaller or bigger jobs. read more

I have waited WAY too long (years!!!) to get my tile revitalized. Responsiveness was great. I have an ENTIRE 3400 sq ft house of tile and two very hairy dogs and their team returned it to its former glory!! The team was respectful of furniture and did awesome moving things around. The floors are gleaming!!! I didn't think the grout could get clean but it did...so much so that I don't want to walk on it. They also did the showers and they look spectacular as well. Do not hesitate....its worth the $$$. I also like that it's a family business and all the staff was great. read more

Had a great experience with Silver Olas and their crew. They did a great job and answered all my questions and concerns. Did a good job cleaning my grout in two showers.they arrived promptly and did a good job.

This company was super easy to do business with. They were transparent and efficient with communication during the quote process; they were on time and easy to work with on site. They did a good job. I interacted with a few others that didn't give me the same vibes. If a company doesn't read what you send in the quote, it's hard to believe they will deliver quality work or value my time. I would def use Silver Olas again and recommend them to friends. read more

I had a quote from Jimmy and it was a reasonable one. Unfortunately, I made the mistake of going w another contractor for various reasons including cheaper. It's true: You get what you pay for! Don't learn this lesson again! I had to call Jimmy to bail me out and save the marble which the other contractor abraded and made to appear worse after working on it. Jimmy not only showed up but he did the work and basically saved the house listing, explained to me what should have been done, and charged a beyond reasonable rate. I cannot thank you and your staff enough!!! He was also so gracious that he offered to call the other contractor and give some pointers. Need I say more... Jimmy rocks! read more
