Quick to respond, easy to schedule, prompt, professional and a job well done. They even took the time to interact with my 3 year old who was so interested in the process! We wanted our carpeted stairs, 3 rooms, hallway, couch and large ottoman be cleaned before we had our second child. We were offered a reasonable quote based on others sourced through Yelp. I'd like to start by saying that their pricing is fair and they did a good job on cleaning my carpet. I'd definitely go back to them again. However, the scheduling part was a bit of a hassle. During our convo on Yelp, the staff missed all the info I have already provided and also missed the part that we already agreed on a date. At the date of the appointment, we agreed on an arrival time of 1-2. I called and asked if we can do 1 and he said how about 12:30 and I said how about 12:45. In the end, he said 1:30 is best so I said that's fine as well. Jake didn't arrive until 2:27 (which is almost an hour late). He initially did recommend that we reschedule but all of us have already had moved things around so I ended up just canceling an appointment to accommodate the hour difference. Normally, I'm flexible but today was just tougher. I understand that they had another job prior to me but for that day, I really needed them to be on time. I still recommend them for sure which is why they get all 5 stars. It was prolly just one of those days. Next time, I'm just gonna make sure there's time flexibility on my end! Thank you! read more

Absolute best service, called at 5 PM for an emergency cleaning as my pet had a terrible reaction to new food (no need to elaborate) but all over our living room carpet. Greg's wife (so pleasant and courteous) answered the phone right away and assured me they could be there first thing in the morning even though they already had a packed schedule, they fit us in and came at 8 in the morning. I was embarrassed to show Greg Frye (owner), but he said he also owned pets, and got right to it. The carpet looks brand new and I'm so grateful! Going to have them back to clean my kitchen, grout, and bi-yearly cleanings. Love supporting small mom and Pop shops! Definitely would use again. read more

I have a house full of area rugs...Wool, cotton and 2 large sea grass/wool woven rugs which I was concerned about. Everything looks fabulous and the large mixed woven rugs? Fry's said they could do them well and they did a fabulous job! They missed one small 2'x3' foot rug and being out of time to make their next appointment, came back totally out of their way to deliver it cleaned later in the day.
