The unevenness wasn't visible to the eye but really noticeable by catching one's shoe or toes on the raised edges. They also worked with me to get my other bath white mosaic floor back to white. The installer had left "haze" on it, then stripped the haze and discolored the white grout in areas so it didn't all match. Koszo are the best at these issues and any other for stone and grout installations. WE will be using them from now on! PS I am very picky as I am in the design business.

The only disappointing part was that the team walked back and forth on the freshly cleaned carpet wearing outdoor shoes(which is a HUGE ick of mine). Since we're a no-shoes household, it felt counterintuitive to pay to have my carpets cleaned only to have them walked on with outdoor shoes afterward. I was downstairs taking care of my young daughter and didn't realize they had their outdoor shoes on for most of the carpet cleaning job and while cleaning up. This left me feeling like, in the end, the carpets weren't as clean as they could have been, which is important to me since I have a toddler at home.
