First, our rep Robert came to our house with tons of options and suggestions. He was able to give us a wide variety and help us select something that uniquely fit our style and budget. He was easy to get a hold of and responded quickly with any questions we had. When we came to the showroom, Robert dopped everything to lead us through the selection process. We could tell he was highly knowledgeable and much more intent on making us happy rather than upselling us on unnecessary products. When instillation day came our installers, Miguel and Israel, were also very professional and highly knowledgeable and skilled. Rarely have I seen harder workers than these two! Their attention to detail--such as lining up the carpet pattern on the stairs and making sure the cut pattern on the risers were balanced--was impressive. Daynan at Imagine did an awesome job working at one of my vacation homes, he painted the entire interior and did the epoxy flooring which was not a small task ( the garage alone was 1500 sq ft )...a job so perfect and clean that I hired him to do the same thing at another house of mine. His cuts and lines for painting are as good as it gets. ( I am a contractor and have seen a lot ) The epoxy flooring is top notch and he only uses one of the top products on the market ( I checked ). You can surely find cheaper garage floor epoxy guys who will slap on junk that will eventually peel, fade etc.. or even home depot kits to do it yourself (which I did both unfortunately) but mark my words you will do it all over again...you get what you pay for and I learned the hard way. His attention to detail is unmatched as well as his ethics and his treatment of customers. Daynan really did go the extra mile for me and made sure that I was completely satisfied. I have referred several clients to him since and the feedback is phenomenal !! Rare to find a guy like this these days who actually cares and takes pride in his work. Daynan Johnson and his helper Connor did a fantastic job on our garage floor! Very professional installation. Best price and best epoxy product too (I believe it is called "Roll-on-Rock" and it is a top level product which requires a lot of expertise to install properly). Great communication! Highly professional! They went the extra mile to make it perfect. They did an outstanding job of grinding the cement which was covered in carpet glue. They used "crack-weld" to fill and patch all the cracks and chips in the floor and they put a lot of effort into making the patch perfect by letting it dry and sanding all of it. They do a "full-coverage" of flakes which includes the stem walls as well! This is a real plus! A two car garage took two days and about 3 to four hours of work per day. They work fast because they know exactly what they are doing. We are very pleased and we highly recommend Daynan Johnson and his GoEpoxy company! read more

I recently purchased a new home and the first thing I wanted done was epoxy flooring in the garage. I contacted Daynan. He came out promptly to give an estimate. Daynan's prices are competitive and he uses a quality product. Daynan explained the two day process and what he would be doing on each of those days. On the day the work was to begin Daynan showed up on time and went right to work. He completed the job the next day as promised. The job turned out to be a little bigger than initially contemplated. Daynan added in some details as he went along to improve the job. He refused to take any more money for the extra work saying "I stand by my estimate!" He obviously takes great pride in his work and demonstrates tremendous attention to detail. The result could not have been better. If I have other jobs I would hire Daynan again without bothering to get other estimates. He is that good. read more

If you need new flooring and live within the San Diego and Orange County areas, and you still don't choose this company, then you, my friend, are making a bad life choice. Seriously, what can be said that already hasn't been pointed out in the reviews on here? Specifically, Daynan is a real class act, and his attention to detail and perfection is unparalleled by anyone else in this industry. With that being said, given the line of work I'm in, I know a lot of people and will absolutely be spreading the word about him and his crew. Simply put, GoEpoxy is the best in SoCal, and arguably all of California... and, perhaps, the entire United States... period. Again, if you still don't choose this company for your flooring needs, then this will be, yet, another decision you'll have to live with every time you walk on that relatively sub-par floor of yours. We recently purchased a new home and wanted to get the garage floors epoxied. While doing research on possible contractors we came across GoEpoxy on Yelp. We were a bit spectacle with all the 5 star reviews. It was almost a too good to be true scenario. However after speaking with Daynan it was evident that they were all legit. He was extremely professional. He took the time to explain the whole process from start to finish. We decide to have GoEpoxy do the floors and we couldn't be happier. We called several places to have a small warehouse floor done. Most never picked up the phone and only one returned our voicemail over a week later. Daynan on the other hand actually answered his phone which was a good start. After having a conversation and getting a rough estimate we found his pricing to be competitive or better than what we had come to expect. All that said, the job was done on time and actually went faster than I thought it would. After another contractor committed to the do the job they called the day of the work and said they had made a mistake and wanted twice the price. Pricing is very fair and transparent. The best part is that they were able to create a custom color for me. I wanted something a few shades darker than their Nightfall color, and they were able to create the exact color we wanted by adding some extra black flakes and mixing a darker base. Paul was willing to jump on it only 2 days later and at a very fair price. He had my color in stock, showed up on time, and delivered exactly what he said he would. It was a 2-day install; day 1 was floor grinding, color, and paint chips. Day 2 was the top coat. There were a few spots where the base coat didn't take to the concrete perfectly (not their fault, 50yr old slab), and he paused our day 2 and personally came out over the weekend to touch up those few spots before applying the top coat. Top-notch service, HIGHLY recommended. It's clear that Paul cares about his business. I was very excited to find Interior Technique Flooring through Yelp, as many of the reviews mentioned how helpful they are with repairing flooring after flooding and that they specialize in all kinds of flooring as well. The reviews also mentioned how friendly the owners and installers are, and I couldn't agree more after working with them on this project. Dustin was very helpful and creative and offered several different solutions to help us use existing floorboards to repair the area in front of our pantry so that the color match would be seamless. We decided to make our whole kitchen tile to help prevent future flooding problems and also provide a fun pop of color. We selected the tile from the ones they had in their showroom, and Ryan was very helpful with getting us a sample to take home and giving us info on the tile options. Mike made sure that scheduling went smoothly and our kitchen was back to normal within 5 days which was so helpful given we have a three year old daughter who wanted to check out all exposed sub flooring. We also have to give a shout out to the laminate and tile installers and the plumber as well. Everyone did a great job and was very clean and polite.
