First, our rep Robert came to our house with tons of options and suggestions. He was able to give us a wide variety and help us select something that uniquely fit our style and budget. He was easy to get a hold of and responded quickly with any questions we had. When we came to the showroom, Robert dopped everything to lead us through the selection process. We could tell he was highly knowledgeable and much more intent on making us happy rather than upselling us on unnecessary products. When instillation day came our installers, Miguel and Israel, were also very professional and highly knowledgeable and skilled. Rarely have I seen harder workers than these two! Their attention to detail--such as lining up the carpet pattern on the stairs and making sure the cut pattern on the risers were balanced--was impressive. The entire job, including moving large furniture, was completed in two days. We couldn't be more pleased! We highly recommend this team for high quality products, professional treatment and advice, and an impressive installation experience.

What immediately stood out to us was that he had ideas and solutions to address our pain points and make enhancements, we wouldn't have ever considered, and didn't just wait for us to tell him how we wanted things. He created a vision for us in that first quote visit. The other contractor we spoke to didn't provide any ideas just asked us how we wanted it. It was a very easy decision to go with Alon and Lumina Builders. Our project was estimated to take 2-3 months and ultimately took two and a half months to complete. We designed a brand new kitchen, addressing all of our concerns and adding a few recommendations from Alon to streamline some areas. They ripped everything out aside from the flooring and walls. We got brand new custom cabinets, custom lighting, and new countertops. Our fridge was moved to a new, more accessible area. Our sink was shifted down to align with the stove for continuity sake (never realized how much I hated it being in a corner previously). We had a new little cabinet built in our little breakfast nook area and we had an appliance garage built to house everything that took up counter space. Everything is so much brighter and more open and, even though we know the demensions are roughly the same, it feels so much wider. We are ecstatic with how everything came out. Alon is a genius. He was responsive to us throughout the project, checking in weekly to see how things were going, giving us peace of mind throughout this process, as first time remodelers. We were indecisive about the primary cabinet color (I was very worried we'd be stuck with something we didn't really like) but he worked with the cabinet makes to give us several samples to choose from. He was very patient with us. We LOVE how everything turned out! We'll definitely be using Lumina Builders for all of our future projects.

Mary is a literal pro when it comes to the insurance side of things. She worked tirelessly on the supplements to ensure we maximized our RCV payout from our insurance. She caught things the adjuster missed and helped us get the settlement we actually needed to do the job right. Bolo, the project manager, was extremely responsive and reasonable throughout the entire build. Whenever a technical issue came up--even complex stuff like electrical circuit stability or specific plumbing heights--he was there to talk it through and get it handled. One thing I will say for people considering them: you need to be the kind of homeowner who has the capacity to stay on top of the work. If you know exactly what you want and you're willing to stay involved in the day-to-day details, C2C is an incredible solution. After researching and interviewing various companies to have a coating applied to my garage floor I chose to go with Garage Excell and the professionalism of Rich and his staff/crew. I couldn't be more pleased and satisfied with the end result of the job. Rich and his people are so nice to work with and you can depend on their service and attention to detail. They said it would take 5 days to install a new epoxy metallic floor, install 7 new cabinets, paint the entire garage and install a few slat walls....and it took 5 days as promised! Garage Excell redid our floors for us and it looks fabulous. Not only did they do the floor but they also did about 6" of the concrete footing around our garage - highlights the entire look. We have cabinets hanging on the footings but they went underneath the cabinets to clean the concrete, paint it, apply the flecks and the sealer. I was very excited to find Interior Technique Flooring through Yelp, as many of the reviews mentioned how helpful they are with repairing flooring after flooding and that they specialize in all kinds of flooring as well. The reviews also mentioned how friendly the owners and installers are, and I couldn't agree more after working with them on this project. Dustin was very helpful and creative and offered several different solutions to help us use existing floorboards to repair the area in front of our pantry so that the color match would be seamless. We decided to make our whole kitchen tile to help prevent future flooding problems and also provide a fun pop of color. We selected the tile from the ones they had in their showroom, and Ryan was very helpful with getting us a sample to take home and giving us info on the tile options. Mike made sure that scheduling went smoothly and our kitchen was back to normal within 5 days which was so helpful given we have a three year old daughter who wanted to check out all exposed sub flooring. We also have to give a shout out to the laminate and tile installers and the plumber as well. Everyone did a great job and was very clean and polite. I initially found Zenith because I had a last-minute cancellation from another flooring contractor, so i was in a quick scramble to get my floors done within my timeline, or I wouldn't have time to do them at all before moving in. Paul was willing to jump on it only 2 days later and at a very fair price. He had my color in stock, showed up on time, and delivered exactly what he said he would. It was a 2-day install; day 1 was floor grinding, color, and paint chips. Day 2 was the top coat. There were a few spots where the base coat didn't take to the concrete perfectly (not their fault, 50yr old slab), and he paused our day 2 and personally came out over the weekend to touch up those few spots before applying the top coat. Top-notch service, HIGHLY recommended. It's clear that Paul cares about his business. I've worked with many contractors over the course of my home renovation, some great, some terrible, and Paul is in the "great" category! I'll gladly refer Paul and his team to anyone who asks.

Throughout the quoting process he showed various pictures of jobs, detailed variances in epoxy products, and gave on the spot timeframes to complete the work. Pricing is great - beating 2/4 bids we received. Zenith would've been our top choice however the other company had a window to do the work that lined up perfectly with our schedule. I'd be happy to use Zenith in the future.
