Brock at the shop is very knowledgeable about all different flooring types; helping up choose our material and color and very generous checking out their samples. Bait and switch, told me $1200, but salesperson who came toy house told me $2900. The salesperson was. issued that his boss quoted me such a low ball quote. The measurement was 330 according to 2 other carpet companies. So something is wrong here, the pricing or the measurements. read more

Everything went smoothly until it didn't. My initial order went fine, but when I needed trim pieces to finish my floor, I got nothing but poor communication and zero follow through. "I'll be right back in touch", and then.... crickets, again and again and again. Friendly Flooring completed two projects for us in the last 5 months - the kitchen floor and a full bathroom. All I can say is that they live up to their name! Tony was a wonderful project manager from start to finish. Well I unfortunately feel the need to update my review... I just feel like I need to be really honest about the whole experience because if someone would have shown me how my flooring ages before I bought it I would have done things very differently. If someone would have told me that in the flooring world, "lifetime warranty" means nothing, I wouldn't have bought LVP at all. Jason nice to deal with and his installers are great. Absolutely no issues there. But when we bought this floor we were told that it was basically indestructible. Waterproof. Scratchproof. Industrial grade. Lifetime warranty. We are easy on our floors. We take our shoes off, nothing crazy going on here. My floor is literally crumbling. Absolutely falling apart. Scratches all over, big divots, cracks, it's warped. Absolutely garbage and it's my whole downstairs. It's still new in my opinion and it's trash. I asked for them to look at it and they said that the lifetime warranty is through the company that makes the product, and nobody is successful getting them to reimburse for this crappy product. He said he didn't know it was crap at the time it was sold to me. Here I am, needing to buy a new floor when this was done 5 years ago. Not at all how I expected this to go. They said that they would send photos of the damage to the company to try to get it covered but we never heard back about it. I bought my floor from them based on the yelp reviews so I feel like it's only right that I update my experience because I know how important it is to hear from other people about their personal experiences. read more

I love my new LVP floors, new carpeting, baseboards and bathroom floor tile installation. Friendly Flooring is easy to work with, on top of dates/deliverables and super clean. I compared 4 contractor prices and with the option to finance, Friendly Flooring checked all the boxes. Huge variety of options in the store. You won't be disappointed. They also did my bathroom flooring left unfinished from a previous bathroom remodel, looks perfect. They demoed, leveled the floor, installed LVP. Pulled out the carpet from my stairs and pulled out all the nails since I wanted to go with the natural wood floating stairs underneath the old carpet. Replaced the upstairs carpets including closets. Shaved down the doors as I picked a much more plush new carpeting. The financing didn't work out at the end but Jason took care of it. i'm very disappointed with Friendly Flooring at the moment. I'm having trouble with my laminate flooring that is coming up off the floor. I purchased it and it was installed by Friendly Flooring. I contacted Jason owner of the company and he came out to review my floor and stated that there is an issue with the the product it is faulty. Has offered to make it right, but after meeting with him does not respond to my messages keeps saying he will get back to me and has not responded to me yet. The job was NEVER ok and he no showed for several appointments and so did his workers. He should know that when people spend money with him that what seems small to him might be a large amount to others. I was unable to do anything about my floors that he poorly installed.
