I have a pretty good knowledge of DIY projects. I have installed tile and I have hired contractors to install tile before. The building is fairly old and I know the floors were not level. I am shocked that given the space they were tasked to work with, how they were able to achieve a final product with 1/16" grout lines and perfectly even tiles. I observed they used multiple very long levels and a tile leveling system (not just eye-balling it) and they take the time to make sure it is perfect. Communication was excellent from day one. They were responsive, transparent, and kept us informed throughout the entire process. Scheduling was handled efficiently, and the crew arrived on time every day, ready to work. The project was completed exactly as promised, with no surprises and no delays. I was not able to be there for the installation but you can 100% trust this company to do the job right, even if you can't be there. He sent me pictures of each step of the way so I could feel confident that they were doing what they were supposed to be doing (as I had not worked with them before). I saw each step each evening to see in person the quality of their work and it is exceptional. What impressed us most was their attention to detail and dedication to getting everything right. They treated our home with respect, maintained a clean work area, and took the extra steps necessary to ensure a perfect result.
