Once again this company gave us excellent service. Skylar and Asher did a great job cleaning a large sectional and two rugs. We highly recommend their service. read more

We had this company come to our home and clean the outdoor cushions on two different sectionals today. Alec and his worker showed up as scheduled, were very easy to work with, and got the job done in two hours. Both guys were friendly, explained how they would clean the cushions, and no mess left behind! All the cushions look brand new despite being over ten years old! They also gave us a spray bottle of spot remover! This experience was first class from scheduling to execution! I highly recommend them! read more

LFC is a great outfit. we used them today for a variety on needs from several couches where my kids got their grubby hands all over to the teenagers' carpets, which don't need explaining. From the very first call, to their reminders that they were coming, to their visit, an exceptional experience! Great quality of work and great price... and as in their name, they are local to Encinitas, North County and San Diego. Not only do I recommend them, I will have this this small mom and pop company coming back on a regular cadence. read more

Sadly I had an accident and spilled a freshly brewed cappuccino all over my wool rug. Naturally it was on a Sunday morning. I expected that every cleaning business would be closed, but I looked on Yelp anyway. Lo and behold, Local was open. I called and had a great conversation with Jenifer who set up an appointment with Skylar for the next day. She advised me how to prepare the rug for the interim. Skylar let us know when he was on the way and he did a through job of getting the stain and all that steamed milk out of my wool rug. It looks and smells great! read more

service company! Alex went above & beyond to get my white couch clean. It's looks new again! He got out a tough traffic area that the previous company I used couldn't get out. They give you their stain remover too and it's magical! I used it on a stain and it came right out. Great value, great service! read more

I rarely leave a review, but this company went above and beyond my expectations. Even though it was only one rug, the Customer Service from the beginning has been exceptional! You can tell they really value their customers. They were friendly from the first phone call and on the day of the service they texted me keeping me updated on the technicians arrival time. Our technician Alec was extremely knowledgeable, thorough and the rug came out beautifully! (An Off-white rug with pet stains that I thought Was probably ruined). I will highly recommend this company to all my friends and family. read more

Local Floor Cleaners saved my life and my marriage. I spilled an entire cup of coffee on our carpet. I called Local Floor Cleaners and they came out the next day...a holiday no less MLK. From the time I contacted the office I knew I was in good hands. Jennifer was kind, caring and professional. When Skylar came out he was also kind, caring and professional. He left me feeling I was in good hands. I'm so happy with the results of his work. I can't believe he was able to get the huge stain out. In addition I feel the amount I was charged was very fair. He did not try to upsell me which I have found a problem from other carpet cleaning companies in the past. I will definitely se them again in the future and will recommend them to my friends and family. read more

Where do I begin with the praises. I own a 2k sqft home with mix of tile and carpet which had never been professionally cleaned before. I was looking for a local professional to assist with the task and was delighted to find the Local Floor Cleaner! From the initial phone call you can tell experience and confidence that Skylar has and setup an appointment for 2 weeks out. On the day of the cleaning Skylar and John arrived 30 minutes early did a walk through of the home and greeted my dog. John and Skylar were friendly and professional explaining all steps of their process and showed how their equipment worked. Honestly you can tell how passionate they are about the service they are providing and cleaned the floors like they owned them. I am so excited to have found a fantastic floor cleaner in my local area and will be using them in the future. Local Floor Cleaner is a small family run business and we could not have been happier with their service. Before getting started, Skylar offered several service options at different price points, and let us decide on what we wanted to do to meet our needs. I never felt pushed or sold on a higher option and I was very appreciative of that. Overall, Skylar and his son did an exceptional job and we will absolutely be using them again in the future.
