He was really quick to respond via text when inquiring about cost and did a great job communicating in general. He arrived when he said he would and did a great job! And when I threw a last minute request in there to clean this OLD somewhat delicate hand woven rug from Morocco he did that too and managed to get a really old Indian food stain out of the white part of the rug. The price was comparable to others as well so all in all it was a great experience! Thank you! read more

Skylar at Local Floor Cleaner was the best! Our carpet has never looked better. The service was quick, and because he has the best machine around, we were able to put things back just a couple of hours later. Thank you! You will be our go to in the future as well! -- Megan L read more

Let me start by saying Skylar at Local Floor is absolutely the real deal. I called around to get a quote for cleaning our kitchen and dining room floors and every company I called went directly to a voice message. I then called Local and Skyler answered. He took the time to ask appropriate questions and explained everything that the job would entail. Based on our conversation he gave me an estimate and even had same day availability. Within 30 minutes, Skylar arrived and immediately began working. He explained the various steps that he was going to do and needless to say the floors came out looking brand new. I wish I had a before/after pics but he exceeded my expectations. After cleaning he sealed the floor and cleaned everything up. He was professional and very easy to talk to. I highly recommend Skylar at Local Floor. You won't be disappointed. read more

Skylar with Local Floor Cleaner shows up on time and does an excellent job of making my carpets look great which isn't easy with 13-year-old wool carpets. He doesn't leave them really wet, so they dry in a few hours. I've used him many times and will continue to use him. read more

When the floors were done... all I could say was WTF.... Wow... That's... Fantastic! Listen, I'm not one to frivolously write a positive review unless someone's service, business, or my experience blows me away. Well this guy hit the trifecta. Price is market competitive, but two things really secured the deal. One, extremely personable and unlike other companies I called, I felt like I was talking to an actual person who had pride in what he does and didn't just sound like a scripted memorized monotone pitch like the others. Second, instant gratification. Where all the other companies I checked with couldn't service my needs for four or five days, they were able to come the very next day! So what's going to keep me coming back to them and not mess with calling other companies for quotes next time? Simple... and I'll keep it a little shorter. 1. Quality of service - It simply looks amazing. Changed the look and feel of my home. 2. Again, you're dealing with a professional, but not a stick in the mud. A real guy who cares about his customer and wants to exceed their expectations, while having a ton of pride in what he does. If you're not convinced by now to just choose these guys and don't waste your time price shopping... I have one last little cherry on top that will seal it for ya. My 19 year old College student, who's sooooo busy with her sorority, homework, studying, and in her mind, she's so busy that she doesn't even have time to rinse her dirty dishes off. She's so busy that she doesn't have time to buy any groceries for herself and is forced to just take all the food from my house. So that gives you an idea of how busy she is. Well SHE was so impressed she left an outstanding review on Yelp as well!! (Boom.... Drops Mic... walks out.... with his booties on that the carpet dude gave him. Peace!) I really felt Skylar went above & beyond as far as customer service. We needed someone to clean the carpet & a couch stained by our dog after he ate something he shouldn't have. Skylar was prompt, very personable & did an excellent job on both. He deodorized & even left us a bottle of residue-free spot remover with tips to treat future stains. Really appreciate that he could come out on short notice & the room looks great! read more
