Today I had a great experience in getting my two upholstered chairs cleaned by Joel Romero. I got my carpets cleaned today by Joel and they look fantastic! Whatever non-toxic application they put on first left a fresh (citrus maybe?) scent and stains are gone. We have a dog so there are certain areas on the carpet that he frequents that get the dirtiest, so those will never be perfect. But our entryway stairs (which were horrendous) look 100% better. Joel was quick to respond when I texted for an appointment, he came the same week on a Saturday afternoon, and was punctual. I was very pleased with the results.
