Very impressed by Scott. He was honest about what would be worth cleaning and what would be better replaced even though he could have made more money cleaning it. He is very responsive and his company seems to be one of the few remaining businesses that offers outstanding customer service these days. Highly recommended. read more

We used Scott for our tile shower and he was extremely helpful, communicative, and professional. We used him for grout and tile cleaning and the difference in the before and after was night and day. He showed up on time, explained things we didn't understand and was kind the entire time. His price was also the best we found, without sacrificing quality. read more

Eco Clean - Grout cleaning - Carpet Cleaning Near Me

I am giving this company a low rating because the price they charged was 3-4 x more expensive than anyone else I've ever worked with. When I called to get a quote, the woman on the phone said $225, when they came to the house, the price they gave me was $800. For less than 800 square feet of cleaning and a couch. Not only that, but they only did one side of the pillows on the couch. Didn't even flip it. When I inspected the couch, there were still some marks that I was able to scratch off with my finger. Also, the floors did not get fully clean - I could have done a better job myself - for context, we have a no shoes policy upstairs in our house, we get our carpets cleaned every 6 months and the rugs are less than 2 years old. IOW, this was not a special case requiring extra care. For what I paid for this service, they should have come out sparkling clean and they should have cleaned the pillows front and back. Will not work with this company again. read more

Eco Clean came out to my house today (10am) for a carpet cleaning, and I'm honestly so glad I decided to go with them! The gentleman I spoke to on the phone was very professional, and gave me a good deal even though I only wanted him to come out to clean 1 room. I'm extremely pleased with the results, and I can't get over how clean my carpet looks! I'm surprised he was able to get all the staining & odors out! Thank you so much for your time & excellent service. read more

Recently moved into a new rental and landlord offered to pay for our carpet cleaning. She recommended Scott since her previous landlord used Eco-Clean for their carpet cleaning services and was happy with the results. I called Scott and he was very helpful in addressing any questions I had, from start to finish. My landlord offered to pay up to a certain amount and Scott was very accommodating with our payment request. After explaining the layout of our home/sq. ft, he was able to tell us exactly which rooms and how many floors he would be able able to clean up to the payment amount we had. He arrived promptly at our agreed-upon time and quickly got to work. He worked fast and was in and out in less than a couple hours. He even offered to help spray down our patio floors, as well as clean the outdoor patio furniture. While we were very satisfied with the service, he provided awesome customer service after as well. My landlord wanted an itemized receipt and Scott was extremely helpful in getting one to her. Very prompt, efficient, and easy to work with. Highly recommend! read more

Called for same day service and they responded immediately. Carpet looks amazing. Had 3 rooms cleaned and he took his time and did a great job not to forget a great price! Scott was very professional and nice. HIGHLY recommend. I've used many carpet companies who just do a quick crappy job and this company did just what we needed and exceeded our expectations. Going to have him come back and clean my couches next. Thank you Eco-Clean. Happy customer! read more

Eco Clean gets five stars after cleaning our carpet this morning. The owner, Scott, did an amazing job and he has a 110% commitment to his work. We read a review about Scott's work and he lived up to it and then some. Very reasonable prices, too. Scott has invested in equipment other carpet cleaners don't have and that made a big difference. read more

Scott did an excellent job cleaning my travertine stone counter tops, the grout throughout the custom tile & travertine in the bathrooms, as well as the travertine stone floors! He also did a great job on the carpeting at my home, and managed to get out some very tough stains! The fact that his process is also eco-friendly makes it even better! Very reasonably priced, and most important, a pleasure to work with! ! It all starts with a "Customer Service" first focused attitude, and Scott has it! Best stone, grout, & carpet cleaning experience I've had in 42 years as a real estate broker:) thanks Scott, Polly Rogers read more

I highly recommend Scott & Eco-Clean! Scott is professional, very knowledgable, friendly, fair and did a very thorough job. He totally came through in a tough situation - renters had left without cleaning the carpets and urine stains left by their dogs. He used safe chemicals and oils, along with enzymatic cleaners to make sure that the carpets are clean enough for my small children to play around on. Also, there was concern about mildew under some of the carpet that was (by the tenants) overly saturated; he treated that as well, so we don't get sick. I will definitely be calling Eco-Clean again. read more

Eco Clean was recommended to me by a neighbor. Scott exceeded my expectations all the way around. He's very knowledgeable in his industry and went the extra mile to help me with a mildew issue in my carpet. He even left a commercial grade fan to ensure my carpet dried quickly. If you're looking for a professional, punctual, knowledgeable and meticulous carpet cleaning service, you will not find a better company. read more

I have been a homeowner for over 25 years and have used all of the standard carpet cleaning companies, I will no longer need to try out more companies now that I found Scott and Eco-Clean. The chemicals he uses are completely safe and equally as important is that they WORK. Highly recommend if you want to find "your carpet guy". Yours , John Wesley read more

I just moved and had Scott clean the carpets in both the house I was moving out of, and then the carpets at my new house. He was super responsive, friendly, and on time for both appointments. His attention to the details was very apparent, as he proactively worked on the tougher spots to make the carpets look like new. He even left a commercial grade fan at the new house for a few hours and came back to pick it up later just so that the carpets would be dry faster for us. Super thoughtful and definitely went the extra mile. Not only did he do an awesome job, but he's also a really nice guy. He's a local Encinitas small business owner, so if you're trying to support local businesses definitely give EcoClean a call! read more

This review is late, but back in October we used Eco Clean for a last minute carpet cleaning of a friend's beach house in which we had been staying. Communication was prompt and thorough, and the result of the cleaning was impeccable. And the price! Totally worth the minimum expenditure. I wish we lived closer; we are now going to get our carpets cleaned every three months or so and would have loved to have Eco Clean be our regular providers. If you're considering cleaning your carpet, do it, and use these guys. read more
