Scott was great. I have two nice wool Persian rugs that had pet urine stains on them. He was very concerned and took meticulous care to not damage them. He was in and out in an hour for a large room and the carpet looks amazing. Scott was extremely professional and his first concern was not damaging my carpets. His prices are almost too good to be true read more

We had just brought A beautiful baby boy into the world and the family foot traffic of dirty shoes made our living carpet give us worse black feet than walking outside. We needed it cleaned clearly and couldn't have been happier with our decision to call EcoClean. He helped me clear out everything, he sanitized and brought our living room carpet back to pristine condition, my wife was with the baby upstairs and never knew they had begun. She cried when she came down and smelt our new living room. Thanks read more

Scott takes pride in his work and will work hard to make sure you are more than satisfied with the results. He came to my place to clean my carpets, did a fantastic job. He mentioned he does tile cleaning and powerwashing. There was quite a bit of paint on my driveway that he removed. And the tiles in my entryway and kitchen - wow it's like he turned back the clock 10 years on those areas, they looked new after he cleaned them! Great guy, highly recommend. read more

Scott did such an amazing and thorough job with our carpets! He is super friendly, efficient and truly cares about the cleanliness of the whole house! We were going to clean only our carpets but he also cleaned our patio tiles in addition! I wouldn't even think of it. Thank you! We will definitely be returning customers! read more

Called Scott to set up appointment a few weeks prior to needing his services. He was quick to get back to me and very flexible with his schedule. Scott did a outstanding job cleaning my Tile. I highly recommend Scott and his services. Thanks again Scott I'll be referring all my friends to U read more

This company is solid. I've used a few others recently and Scott provides a much higher quality of service than the others, at competitive prices. I wouldn't use anyone else, unless you want someone showing up at your door who's been overbooked by a company that farms out. Eco Clean is clearly a different sort of company and it's refreshing to see real customer service. read more

I would like to give them a nice review, but they never showed up. I've been trying to call and find out what happened, but they send me straight to voicemail... The one time they did pick up, I could hear some fumbling around and then they immediately hung up. I'm not saying they're a bad company, because clearly lots of other people like them, but kinda disappointing. We scheduled them to come and spot treat my company's office carpet after calling and confirming they did that over a week out. Going with a different company now. read more

I just had my second interaction, and I was delighted to see Scott's response. Same friendly, professional and satisfactory work as before. Flexibility, value and follow-up like this is hard to come by. Thank you and see you next time! read more

This is our second time using Eco Clean for our household needs. One of my dogs had diarrhea on our carpet which left a stain difficult to remove. When Scott was finished, the carpet looked brand new. He also serviced our kitchen tiles as the grout build up would take hours to scrub and clean by hand. In less than 15 mins, the blackened grout was instantly cleaned and turned back to its original color. Customer service is prompt and prices are fair! read more

I'm very happy with Eco Clean. Scott is very nice, professional, and honest. I had a small carpet area that needed to be brightened up and he did it. He also was able to get my polyester couch white again! I prefer supporting small businesses and Scott will continue to have mine! read more

I looked at carpet cleaners in the area and received several quotes. I read the reviews and went with Eco Clean. I was so pleased with Scott's friendly and professional service. He definitely has a new long-term customer with me. He also tackled some very difficult stains and all the carpets came out looking fabulous. There is absolutely no doubt in my mind that you should look any further. Scott and Eco Clean is the ONLY way to go. Thank you Scott - you're the best! read more

Great price, friendly and excellent results. Steve got out stain that were still there after previous professional carpet cleaning. Happy customer- can't wait to get my grout done next! read more

Scott has cleaned our carpet, tile, and upholstered dining room chairs and is truly amazing!! He doesn't use strong smelling toxic chemicals, which I really appreciate having 2 toddlers and a dog, but gets the same level of results. He's honest, reliable, flexible, and very friendly and does a great job. I highly recommend! read more

I've used Scott a couple of times now for both my mom's condo and my own house. He is not only professional and expedient while doing a great job, but he is also a good guy. He is kind, friendly, and truly wants to do a good job for his customers. He stands by the products he uses, and I'm thankful I've found someone who cares about the environment and what we breathe in. This won't be the last time I'll be using his services, and I'm definitely recommending him to my clients and colleagues in the field. read more

Scott had cleaned my neighbors house and introduced himself to me.... He gave me a quick estimate and I had my carpets clean the next day. What a difference.. The traffic lanes are gone. The heavily soiled area by the sofa where my dog always lays is completely gone. And it was dry in about two hours! He was very professional and courteous... Highly recommend. Thanks again!!! read more

Scott was amazing! We are fostering a mama dog and she got sick all over my carpet. Scott came within 2 hours of me calling (and it was Superbowl) and our carpet looked brand new! Two days after she got sick all over again and he came right back out and even gave me some great instructions for fixing any other emergencies puppy stains!. He was very professional and followed covid guidelines We will definitely be using his services again! Highly recommend!! read more

Kudos to EcoClean...your technician Sean went above and beyond to get into the corners and along the edges for me in my kitchen and bath room. Being older it is harder to get down and clean those areas.. Even though he couldn.t really get the machine into the corners and along the edges he manually did what the machine couldn't. I am very pleased and impressed. read more

Rudy and Robert did an amazing job. Carpets couldn't have turned out better. Excellent customer service! Eco Clean is the best, as usual.

Scott cleaned a large rug and an upholstered couch for us when we moved. He's very friendly and did an excellent job. He even cleaned some of the carpet on our stairs for free because he had extra cleaning solution and the time. I will definitely call him again for all of our carpet cleaning needs. read more

Great service, Scott arrived on time did a great job, carpets look brand new , will definitely use this company again!

Scott is the only cleaner I will use! He has tackled a large blood stain on carpet that had been there for days and that another company had unsuccessfully worked on. He has cleaned my carpets and upholstery to perfection. He doesn't over-wet what he cleans so everything is back to normal within hours. He is professional, prompt and careful to protect wood floors from moisture and drywall from damage by hoses. read more

Scott went above and beyond, he made our old carpet look great! He even mentioned he would come back out for free if any of the stubborn stains came back. Punctual and courteous too! Highly recommended!! read more

I called around to several different carpet cleaning companies to get some pricing and information on services. I was especially concerned about finding a company that used products that were pet friendly. I have a cat and in the past the chemicals used by other companies have caused my cat to lick his fur off on his legs. So it was important for me to have this as a #1 priority. When I called Eco Clean and spoke with Scott, I explained my concerns and he assured me that he did not use harsh chemicals. He also quoted me a price for completing the carpet cleaning. It had been some time since my carpet had been deep cleaned and I truly didn't think that the carpet would turn out very well. Scott took a look at the house and confirmed his phone quote price and went to work. He did an absolutely awesome job, the carpet looks 100% better and smells clean again! It's so nice to walk on freshly cleaned carpet. I should also mention that I have to full flights of stairs and Scott did an outstanding job on them as well. Other companies have not done that good of a job on the stairwells, because lets face it cleaning the stairwells is a difficult. I very seldom write a review here on Yelp, last one was in 2015. But I wanted to make sure to let Scott know how much I appreciated his thoroughness, work ethic, excellent customer service, honest and upfront pricing, and the best job I've had yet on my carpets being cleaned. Thanks Scott, will definitely recommend your company and will be calling you the next time I need my carpets cleaned. read more

Scott and his team are the best these guys are exceptional at what they do. They were done in no time very neat and courteous and had lots of respect. They were also very fast and in and out. Scott was amazing! He showed up exactly on time, and the service was great. You could tell he really knew what he was doing- and our bathroom tile looked fantastic afterwards. He even cleaned our carpet as he left, just to make sure he left the place even better than he found it. I would highly recommend Eco Clean! read more

Amazing work coupled with the best customer service we have experienced in years. Our dog got sick and destroyed two bedrooms of carpet. We were worried the stains and smell ruined the carpet so we call Eco Clean around 9 am. He showed up by 1 pm and completely renewed our carpets in about 2 hours. The carpet looks brand new and no smell at all. He even cleaned our stairs and spot treated other areas on his own. He also left a really nice drying fan to speed up the carpet drying process over night. We will for sure be using him for any future service. Highly recommend - 5 stars. read more

I happen to think Eco Clean is by far the best out there! Especially if you have allergies or are sensitive to carpet cleaners like me. The carpeting in my new place was so disgusting I thought about replacing it. I used the same carpet cleaning company for 15 years before my move. I was looking for someone in north county. Justin got back to me immediately, answered all my questions, and allayed my concerns about harsh chemicals. The results were beyond what I expected!!! No chemicals were used (steam only) so there is virtually no residual odor. My carpeting looks brand new and it dried so fast! Justin got the job done the day after I confirmed. He arrived early, finished promptly, was highly professional from the get go. I appreciated the fact that he didn't "push" extra services like some companies do. He delivers what you ask for-- and does it well. Their fees are more than reasonable. One other thing, no one wants a creepy "discount carpet cleaner" scavenging through your home. I had to leave before the job was complete and Justin left everything intact, in mint condition. Truly, you can't put a price on TRUST. read more

Scott was very personable and professional. He was on time, did a walk through and answered all my questions before starting. He got my carpet so clean and even cleaned an area rug for me. I appreciated that he left a big fan for me to get everything very dry since the carpet is so dense. He even came back and picked up the fan 2 days later. I will be using him again in the future. read more

Scott is simply the best at what he does. I needed someone to come to my Oceanside home on very short notice. I called Eco Clean and Scott answered immediately. We discussed my situation and needs and Scott offered a viable solution. Scott was able to come out the same day and clean the carpet in my home. His work was stellar and the cleaning results were superb. It is rare that you get that kind of service from any carpet cleaning company, at least in my opinion. I was more than impressed with the quality of Scott's work, but more importantly, the level of customer service was above and beyond what was required, or expected, and the expectations were pretty high to begin with. I would only recommend Scott/Eco Clean for any and all residential carpet cleaning. To say that I am a very satisfied customer would be a travesty to an understatement. If you want quality carpet cleaning with superior results and world class customer service, only call Scott from Eco Clean. Eco Clean is the only carpet cleaning business you need to call, and it's the only carpet cleaning business you will ever have to call. Donnell read more

I am very pleased with the work that Scott from Eco Clean did for me. I found him on Yelp, contacted him, and he gave me a rough estimate on the phone, which was very competitive. We scheduled an appointment, and as promised, he contacted me 30 minutes before hand to make sure I was ready. He arrived on time, reviewed the house, confirmed the quote and started to work. He put out "bumpers" to protect my corners, pre treated the entire house, including a deodorizer (which other companies charge for), and finished my 3 bedroom 2.5 bath home in just over 2 hours. He cleaned up, left me with a spot treatment, and said if I had any issues or problems, he would come back and make it right. This is his own business, and he's running it the right way. I highly recommend Scott and Eco Clean. He does great work, is very polite and considerate, and is concerned about us, the customer. Also, many other carpet cleaning companies tell you should have your carpets cleaned at least every 6 months. Scott confirmed my suspicions...unless you track in a ton of dirt,or have really active and dirty pets, you should only clean them every year to year and a half, because the carpets will deteriorate faster when you clean them too often. Honest, professional, and concerned about me as a customer. I appreciate that! Thanks, Scott for the great work and the way you went about it. read more
