The one time they did pick up, I could hear some fumbling around and then they immediately hung up. This is our second time using Eco Clean for our household needs. One of my dogs had diarrhea on our carpet which left a stain difficult to remove. When Scott was finished, the carpet looked brand new. He also serviced our kitchen tiles as the grout build up would take hours to scrub and clean by hand. I called around to several different carpet cleaning companies to get some pricing and information on services. I was especially concerned about finding a company that used products that were pet friendly. I have a cat and in the past the chemicals used by other companies have caused my cat to lick his fur off on his legs. So it was important for me to have this as a #1 priority. When I called Eco Clean and spoke with Scott, I explained my concerns and he assured me that he did not use harsh chemicals. He also quoted me a price for completing the carpet cleaning. It had been some time since my carpet had been deep cleaned and I truly didn't think that the carpet would turn out very well. Scott took a look at the house and confirmed his phone quote price and went to work. He did an absolutely awesome job, the carpet looks 100% better and smells clean again! It's so nice to walk on freshly cleaned carpet. I should also mention that I have to full flights of stairs and Scott did an outstanding job on them as well. Other companies have not done that good of a job on the stairwells, because lets face it cleaning the stairwells is a difficult. I very seldom write a review here on Yelp, last one was in 2015. Amazing work coupled with the best customer service we have experienced in years. Our dog got sick and destroyed two bedrooms of carpet. We were worried the stains and smell ruined the carpet so we call Eco Clean around 9 am. He showed up by 1 pm and completely renewed our carpets in about 2 hours. I am very pleased with the work that Scott from Eco Clean did for me. I found him on Yelp, contacted him, and he gave me a rough estimate on the phone, which was very competitive. We scheduled an appointment, and as promised, he contacted me 30 minutes before hand to make sure I was ready. He arrived on time, reviewed the house, confirmed the quote and started to work. He put out "bumpers" to protect my corners, pre treated the entire house, including a deodorizer (which other companies charge for), and finished my 3 bedroom 2.5 bath home in just over 2 hours. He cleaned up, left me with a spot treatment, and said if I had any issues or problems, he would come back and make it right. This is his own business, and he's running it the right way. I highly recommend Scott and Eco Clean. He does great work, is very polite and considerate, and is concerned about us, the customer. Also, many other carpet cleaning companies tell you should have your carpets cleaned at least every 6 months. Scott confirmed my suspicions...unless you track in a ton of dirt,or have really active and dirty pets, you should only clean them every year to year and a half, because the carpets will deteriorate faster when you clean them too often.
