They arrived 10 minutes early and discussed what would be done. They were able to do all the areas I needed done and extremely quickly and efficiently. Because I had dog stains I needed those areas treated and when they were done the carpet looked so fresh and smelled so much better. The pricing was also extremely reasonable. Joe is a BOSS. A few months ago I accidentally dripped some bleach on my carpet from the laundry room into my bathroom leaving a trail of 10-12 quarter-sized, orange spots that annoyed me EVERY day. I called Ultra-Brite... Joe and his worker showed up right at 8am and I kid you not, they were walking out the door at 8:42 and the carpet was PERFECT. In 40 minutes he had introduced himself, quickly assessed the area, brought in all his gear, hooked his van up, cleaned the area, mixed and dyed all the spots, re-cleaned, vacuumed and were OUT. I had him clean the carpets in the entire house, the stairs and a good chair that our little dog rubs against to scratch her back. The results were extraordinary! They were also able to fit us in on a really tight schedule - they ended up arriving later than anticipated, but they did call us ahead of time to let us know of the delay, which we appreciated.
