I could not be more pleased with the carpet cleaning I just had done. Joe and his crew were amazing and so helpful. It was easy to book and he answered all my questions. They arrived 10 minutes early and discussed what would be done. They were able to do all the areas I needed done and extremely quickly and efficiently. Because I had dog stains I needed those areas treated and when they were done the carpet looked so fresh and smelled so much better. The pricing was also extremely reasonable. I am so glad that I found them and I highly recommend. I will definitely be using them in the future and they gave me tips to help with my dog issues which I really appreciate. The personable experience can't be beat!! Thank you again for making this such a great experience and for the great work that you did. read more

Joe is a BOSS. A few months ago I accidentally dripped some bleach on my carpet from the laundry room into my bathroom leaving a trail of 10-12 quarter-sized, orange spots that annoyed me EVERY day. I called Ultra-Brite... Joe and his worker showed up right at 8am and I kid you not, they were walking out the door at 8:42 and the carpet was PERFECT. In 40 minutes he had introduced himself, quickly assessed the area, brought in all his gear, hooked his van up, cleaned the area, mixed and dyed all the spots, re-cleaned, vacuumed and were OUT. Like the freaking NASCAR pit crew of carpet cleaning. Great guy too. Very friendly. You don't want to ever think about if the person you are hiring will actually get the job done the way you want it but he does. Proud to be another Ultra Brite 5 star! I'm kinda tempted to get them to do my whole place now... read more

Joe and staff are the best carpet/flooring cleaners we have ever had! Honest, detail oriented, and very knowledgeable-the total package!!

Joe and Arturo were professional, they replaced a part of the padding and laid the carpet intact, which was from water damage. Then the carpet was shampooed, the processes used required a 15 mins for the livening room only (1200 sq) and the carpet is clean, deep stains lifted. I'm impressed! Thank you Ultra Brite carpet read more

One of my neighbors just used this service, and (I'm guessing) Joe asked me for some help regarding the parking situation. They were courteous, respectful, and kept their distance (nice during the covid crisis). It's very clear that they care a lot and are mindful about not impacting anyone while performing their services, so although I'm not a buyer personally I would recommend them just based on their customer service! read more

It is always a pleasure to work with Joe Carafa and crew for all my flooring and carpet needs. He is a consummate professional, very knowledgeable and is easy to work with. He has professionally deep cleaned my carpet in my Oceanside home and my family room carpet at my second home downtown. The equipment he uses is very strong and really gets the carpet cleaner than clean! His quality of work and efficiency sets the standard in being a true craftsman and taking care of his customers. I highly recommend Ultra-Bright Carpet Cleaning! Peter G. / San Diego read more

I called this morning and Joe not only took my call before opening hours, he was able to show up today. Professional, courteous and took his time to explain the process. Great price, great results and they wore their masks. I even received an electronic receipt for the work. Definitely a customer for life!!! read more

Long overdue review. I've been working with Joe for nearly 8 years in my maintenance role at a property management company in Carlsbad. Joe (and his guys) do a great job every time and if they don't, they gladly come back and try again. Scheduling is a breeze and they always find a way to make me (and my company) feel like their top priority. read more

Listen y'all, sometimes it's a miracle that I get everything done. I waited 'til the last minute to get my carpets cleaned and I called three companies. Joe was the only one willing to meet my timeline. He was very gracious and accommodated me even though I called him at the 11th hour (3 days before I needed him). He showed up on time, got the job done, did a fantastic job making my carpets look good, and charged me a very fair price. Joe is my guy from now on. If you like NOT being nickled and dimed to death (like what the bigger companies do) then Joe should also be your guy. :) read more

Working with Joe was a pleasure. He is professional and courteous and did a fantastic job cleaning all carpets throughout our house as well as our extra large sectional and an area rug. The work is top notch quality. Will absolutely use his services again! read more

I had neglected my regular carpet cleaning due to the pandemic, but finally called Joe at Ultra=Brite Carpet Cleaning. I had him clean the carpets in the entire house, the stairs and a good chair that our little dog rubs against to scratch her back. The results were extraordinary! Joe said I had great carpets, (which were wool) and that he could always get them back to an excellent condition. Joe had just one other person, set up things carefully, moved a lot of the furniture (because we are older and can't do it) and had everything done in about 2 hours. It was so convenient that I didn't have to wait around for hours in my house. I have no hesitation in giving Joe and Ultra-Brite 5 stars for excellent work with carpets and upholstery. read more

Joseph from Ultra-Brite was so prompt in getting back to me to schedule a carpet cleaning for my rental! He helped take the rentals carpet from in my opinion needing to be replaced to practically new. It was raining so he brought fans to speed up the drying process. I have referred this family-owned and operated company for over 12 years, both to my real estate and property management clients, as well as my family and friends. The owner, Joe Carafa, offers the sort of "old-world" personalized service which is so lacking these days. You'll never find yourself dealing with the ol' "bait-and-swich" or hidden fees with Joe. Put simply, if you live in North San Diego County and need your carpets or upholstery cleaned, give Joe a call. You'll be glad you did. read more

Joe was the only company I called that answered my call, was very friendly and was able to get me on the schedule without a follow up call. He and his crew showed up timely and did a great job. He was even able to completely remove 2 stains I never thought would come up. The hardest thing about looking for a company is that I also needed them to be able to do repair work. We had hard wood installed in part of the house and it didn't transition from wood to carpet well. Joe fixed the problem and it looks great. I am very thankful! read more

This is the second year we have used Ultra Brite to clean our tile. Our tile gets very dingy due to two dogs, dirty feet, muddy backyard tracked in, etc. etc. Each time they have done an amazing job. This year, Barrett and crew tackled our master bath tile as well. I NEVER thought it would have a good result, because I've tried numerous times on my own, to no avail. I was SHOCKED at the great result. We will continue to use them as they do a great job, they are timely, courteous and just a nice company to work with. Thank you Ultra Brite~ read more

Definitely a 5 out of 5. These guys cleaned my carpet and made it look brand new! Not only did they clean it well but they patched several red stains that would have never came out and I couldn't even tell where the stains had been it was such a great patch job. I have never had a carper cleaner be so friendly and hospitable. I certainly suggest this company not just for their superior carpet cleaning but for their attitude and punctuality as well. We needed high-traffic carpeted areas in our two-story house cleaned ASAP, and Joe and Co. at Ultra-Brite came to our rescue. The price was higher than other quotes I received, but Joe was the most informative when I spoke with him over the phone about the services. They were also able to fit us in on a really tight schedule - they ended up arriving later than anticipated, but they did call us ahead of time to let us know of the delay, which we appreciated. We also like that they didn't try to upsell us on additional rooms or charge extra/hidden fees. The carpets look better than expected, despite not knowing where some of the stains actually came from - we're definitely happy (and eventually returning) customers! read more

Amazing job! Friendly guys! We have a German Shepherd that sheds a bunch and they got every hair up. Great pricing too!
