I've used Chad multiple times over the past 3 years for both my home and rental property, basically for annual carpet cleanings (both with white / champagne colored carpets). Very solid down to earth guy that does a great job and is very honest and upfront. Prices are competitive and he takes care of the home while he works. The negative reviews here are questionable being left by one time Yelpers and seem odd. I've only ever had super positive experiences and Chad was recommended highly by Contract Carpet, and I am doing the same. read more

Awesome work -highly recommend!on time, cleaned up afterwards and Avery nice man. Left rugs pretty dried and by evening they were dry

Excellent. Gave us good information on product usage for spots and got up all the soap residue from spot cleaning.

Worst carpet cleaning I've ever had. I wanted 2 area rugs deep cleaned. I had a short window and they were accommodating however were late. I tried to cancel. They assured me it would be no problem to get the rugs done efficiently in my time frame I had dirt patches all over the lighter rug... looked worse than before cleaning 2nd rug still smells of ammonia .... Throwing rug out. Do not use. I fell for the 5 stars reviews.... Paid $250 to ruin my rugs. read more

Eddy was great, great service and friendly. When I contacted him he was immediately responsive. Recommend Eddy 10/10.

Wow, hard to believe the great reviews; bet they posted their own reviews, haha! Watch out for these guys ladies. My lady friend just had these guys trying to take advantage of her. She was told $300 over the phone to have the carpets cleaned,.. not only was this clown way late with No sense of urgency but he then harrassed her after he "Re-Calculated" almost $1000.00. then wouldn't negotiate due to their error. He just left acting like he was calling the office to find out if thats what was quoted. He never called or came back!! Good luck if you do use them!! read more

My roommate had moved out but left the carpet filthy! King Carpet did an excellent job cleaning my carpet. I've used King Carpet Cleaning for the past 28 years and have always been very happy with their work! Chad has been doing our home for the past few years, but we started with his father. Chad came recommended from the great company who installed our carpets so I knew he would be good but ... wow. Our carpets are more than 5 years old and it looks BETTER than the day they were installed! How does he do it? On top of the truly exceptional results, the quote was fair and no "added fees" like many others do. Chad showed up promptly on time and was at work within minutes. I called Chad at King Carpet and was pleasantly surprised he gave us a bid that I thought was a bit low over the phone so I raised it myself. I had contacted three other carpet cleaning services who refused to give an estimate over the phone. Chad and his helper came at the designated time on Friday September 10, 2021. He has a truck with hose to reach through the house and did the work in a short period of time. The carpet looks great. read more

King Carpet did an amazing job cleaning our light colored carpets. We had Chad come clean our carpets and couches after we fostered two dogs for a month. They did a great job taking out all the carpet potty spots left by the dogs. They also made our old couches look like new. King Carpet Cleaning is a local business and their attention to detail is higher than other companies. They put wall protectors up so that their hoses won't damage the corners of the walls as they move around the house. If I could give King Carpet Cleaning 10 stars I would. Call them right away to help you get your home clean again. You will not be disappointed. read more

Our office carpets and grout were cleaned by King carpets! The before and after is actually crazy! The grout which was basically black and is now bright and clean. The carpets look good as new again. I've used King for years and never been disappointed. They are meticulous about their cleaning, very willing to get into difficult spots (like my son's loft where his bed is), and stay patiently working until the job is finished, no matter how long it takes them. They don't rush. Same two cleaners for years now - Chad and Dan. Their prices are fair, use the best equipment, remove impossibly difficult spots, and you never have to worry about their being in your home. Completely trustworthy. Two very nice, competent men with great personalities, too. Couldn't ask for better. read more
