So very pleased with this service. Jimmy cleaned our grout a few years ago and we just had it redone by members of his team. A shout-out to Rudy and Todd who were exceptionally courteous, professional, and went the extra mile to ensure that we were completely satisfied. We've used many carpet cleaners over the years, but Silver Olas blew us away from day one. Jimmy and his team delivered a level of service and professionalism we hadn't ever experienced before. After years of using them, they came again today, and once again exceeded expectations like they do every time. Jimmy's commitment to quality and customer care stands out in a way that's rare in any industry. He truly goes above and beyond EVERY single time. I've never written a second positive review for any company but Silver Olas Carpet Cleaning is worth my time to do so. This review is completely unsolicited. The world needs more people like Jimmy and his team. He sets a great example. If you're considering them, please don't hesitate. They're an exceptional value and an exceptional business. read more

I used Silver Olas Carpet Tile Flood Cleaning for the first time to clean my living room carpet and clean the grout in my bathrooms. The results were amazing! Especially my carpet, it was very stained and it looks new! I also had the grout in both bathrooms cleaned & sealed. I'm so pleased with the result. The two employees were pleasant and efficient. I will definitely use Silver Olas Carpet & Tile again. read more

STOP AND PLEASE READ THIS!!!!! I got a great referral from my friend and decided to call Jimmy. He answered right away and was polite and so helpful. I made an appointment for the next week to clean our carpets upstairs and stairs. Rudy and Samuel were right on time. Smily, friendly, very hard workers AND the best customer service!!! I was so impressed as: 1. they laid down material on the tile to the stairs so the hoses wouldn't get tile wet! 2. they put up "bumper guards" on the corners so hose/machine would not scratch! 3. they VACUUMED all the carpet before they started cleaning! 4. they worked hard and efficiently and got out stains that I thought were permanent! 5. they put fans in the rooms! I have NEVER had this great customer service and cleaning done! Don't hesitate.... you can thank me later :) **********5 Stars is not enough********** read more

Communication with Jimmy was efficient. I described the job and he gave me a budget figure w/o needing to stop by. We agreed on a date and time window. Day of job, I got 2 calls from a New Mexico number which I did not pick up. Turns out the techs got done early. Later got a text from this same number asking if I could be there 1.5 hours earlier. So OK. Made that happen. The results - the outdoor patio carpet looked very good. Big improvement. The interior carpet, 3 rooms was just fair. It was old carpet and I didn't expect miracles but some of the dark wear areas did not come clean which was surprising with a truck mounted carpet shampoo. I'm mostly writing this review to comment on the fact that their truck mounted equipment generated carbon monoxide which set off my hard wired CO2/smoke alarm repeatedly. One of the techs was nice enough to help me troubleshoot the thing. This should have been a *KNOWN ISSUE* in the industry and I should have been advised to cover it up for the carpet cleaning. It took about a half an hour to get the thing to reset. The techs were easy going young guys but I would not let them leave with that thing blaring. I did find the manual but I was really upset with all that loud alarm blaring and not knowing how to silence it. So this kind of ruined my day could have been avoided. read more

Excellent Company! Can't say enough about the carpet and furniture cleaning service I received yesterday from Silver Olas. The 2 gentlemen that provided the cleaning were professional, super thorough, and knowledgable. No need to search any further if you're in need of carpet and upholstery cleaning! Jill read more

I've had my carpets cleaned as well as my floors several times by them. They do a pretty good job. Not that GREAT the last couple of times, but I'm kind of a creature of habit, and it was convenient. I called to see if someone could come out to clean my carpets and each time, they increase the price. This time it was about 20-30 dollars more than i paid the last time, which was a significant leap higher and even more than the time before that. Like i said, there was one person before that was GREAT, and he's gone i think since it's been different people that last few times. The last couple of times, yeah.... not that great. When i asked about the increase in price, he said smaller jobs just aren't worth it for them anymore. I guess they don't appreciate the business from loyal customers anymore. I'll look elsewhere. read more

Responded quickly, came out on time did a great job cleaning tile in bathroom showers (2) and tile floor, added carpet cleaning for $50 per room (2) happy with all, would hire and recommend! Friendly, great service! read more

We used this company a couple weeks ago to clean our carpets, which hadn't been cleaned professionally in a handful of years and were under the abuse of children and pets (they were dirty!). The initial estimate wasn't the lowest but likely the most accurate. Several cleaners responded with an amount ($100) that we knew was too low having used cleaners before. The Silver Olas estimate was fair and reflective of the final cost. Workers were courteous. Carpets came out clean (they even successfully worked extra on a grease spot!). We would use again and recommend! read more

Due to heavy rains, the carpets in my bedrooms got wet. This happened on a Friday. My insurance company sent out Solid Restoration and they put in 3 fans and 2 dehumidifiers and left them for the weekend. On Monday they came and took the equipment away. Later in the day I was advised by my insurance that my claim was denied. I contacted Solid Restoration and asked them to come out and check to make sure my walls were dry because one of them had told me there was an area where the water had wicked up the Sheetrock. They sent out two guys who asked me where the wet wall was I said I didn't know, apparently communication was an issue there, so they went around my rooms with there gadgets proclaiming my walls dry, saying all I needed were to have my carpets cleaned. I put out the "mass" email early the following morning and Silver Olas were the first to get back to me and the only ones that could work around my bed so I didn't have to take it apart. I made an appointment. In the interim I called back to tell them there might be a problem with the drywall because it may be wet behind my exercise equipment which wasn't moved and I could feel the carpet was still wet underneath. Upon arrival at my appointment the Silver Olas employee found several spots which were still wet, including the entirety of the area behind my 5" baseboards, which were never tested by Solid Restoration. Silver Olas removed my baseboards and placed drying equipment throughout both rooms. They were able to get everything dried, the baseboards replaced and the carpets cleaned and everything looks brand new. I'm glad I told them about my suspicions. For the amount of work they did the price was very fair. I'd recommend them for any of your flooring needs. read more

We are new to the area so we went with the first company that popped up on Google. It was this company. Jimmy was very quick to respond with all our questions. He was flexible with our work schedule as well. Jimmy quoted us a price without seeing our rug and couch and didn't try to sell us on any other services or additions. When he showed up, he was very friendly and got right to work. Our rug and couch look brand new! Also, he charged us exactly what he quoted us over the phone. We will be going with this company for everything in the future. read more

We we're in time crunch and Jimmy made sure that he had his crew there on a holiday. They were there to clean the tile and wood floors. The wood floor had wax applied and made the job very difficult to clean. Samuel and Anthony went above and beyond. Jimmy showed up and those three worked for hours. The floors looked beautiful. They also hauled off a load of trash that we had no where to put. I would definitely recommend this team!!! So glad I found them. read more

Jimmy and his crew are very responsive, careful and thorough . Their prices are very good and they are flexible with scheduling . During their most recent visit, they cleaned 2 carpeted rooms, bathroom tile, a couch, an area rug, and several upholstered dining chairs. These guys are the best from Yvonne who stayed in contact with me to make sure the appointment time was met. To Matt and his partner who did a professional job. They pulled out all the stops to make sure the job was done right - a rarity these days. I will also say these are the kind of employees who you want to represents your company. They did their jobs with dignity and professionalism. Next time i need to get my carpet clean these will be my go to guys. read more

I was disappointed in the initial work in one area. The owner, Jimmy, reached out to me and made things right. I do appreciate how they stepped up. read more

I have only one regret and that is: not taking a BEFORE picture of our master bedroom carpet before Matt treated it. Although he did not promise that the white carpet would be restored to its original new condition, he DID say it would be significantly improved. We are preparing our manufactured home to go on the market and wanted to avoid the cost of replacing it at all. I crossed my fingers and hoped for the best results, especially because that white carpet which was brand new only two years ago, had large traffic areas that had turned black. Matt went over and above his estimate and worked on those trouble spots long enough to exceed my expectations. For a fraction of the cost of replacing the carpets in the four bedrooms of our home, Matt used Silver Olas' cleaning techniques to save us beaucoup dollars. Every bedroom came out looking new, and that master bedroom is now perfectly presentable and market-ready. From their quick response time to their rapid follow-up scheduling to their efficient work with remarkable results, Silver Olas made this overall service experience feel like a Magic Carpet Ride! read more

Best carpet cleaning I've ever had done! The crew was so nice and respectful. I'll definitely use them again.

The Silver Olas company was fantastic to work with! They responded to my inquiry quickly, provided excellent service and my carpet looks great! I also had my couch cleaned and it looks brand new. I would highly recommend this company. They were very kind and hardworking. I noticed a spot on my carpet after they had left and they back the next day and fixed the issue without hesitation. The owner sent a thank you card to us as well, which I think is such a sweet gesture. I will definitely book them again! read more

We went with Silver Olas because the had good ratings and could get to us within a few days of calling. Super responsive, great follow through regarding scheduling and updates on day of service about arrival time. We have three small kids and two dogs so our carpets were in pretty rough shape. The last time we got them cleaned (by a different company several years ago), they looked great initially and within a week they were back to significant stains and discoloration. I have waited two weeks before writing this review because I wanted to see how things settled and we are so impressed. During the actual cleaning, they took all precautions to protect the rest of the floors, they spent extra time making sure to really do targeted treatment in some problem areas, and they were nice guys! We also did grout and tile cleaning in the kitchen and the floors just look so much fresher now. They really went the extra mile and while it always hurts the bank account a little to do a big project (about $750 for all the carpet and tile), the work done was well worth it! read more

We hired Silver Olas Carpet Cleaners for the first time last week. They were very responsive, and did great work. Jimmy and crew removed stains in our carpet and brought back the carpet to almost new like condition. Our carpet was in a rental that had been used almost two years. This was the first time we had it cleaned. It turned out great! The carpet was dry in about 3 hours as stated. They even fixed a portion of carpet and tack strip that was coming loose. We appreciate the excellent service and that the overall invoice was less than the quoted price, even with the extra work. I highly recommend Silver Olas Carpet Tile Flood Cleaning service. read more

Amazing service by Jimmy Olas himself. I wasn't expecting the owner to come out and do the carpet cleaning himself. I was given an estimate based on details shared with Yvonne over the phone. She was very informative and explained the breakdown of the charges to me clearly. I was happy with her estimates and booked my service. I was quite worried that my carpets would scare him away. I Have five in the household and they play many sports so we have lots of heavy traffic areas. Lots of dirt, spills, makeup, polish and paint stains. So after spot treating and using his rotor cleaner, my cream color carpets were no longer tan like from the high traffic areas. So after a master room and three bedrooms, the estimate was almost spot on. Jimmy did not raise the price for the extra work I knew he would have to do. He spot treated areas and use his special machine and was very meticulous about each room! I was thoroughly satisfied with his service and would highly recommend Jimmy Olas and his company to tackle any job you have for him! He also services, tile and does flood service! I was happy with the $238 fee and look forward to using him again! read more

Silver Olas provided the highest quality service and cleaning of my carpet, upholstery, and tile flooring. The tile had residue left over from the original grout sealing, which despite the use of several cleaners and consumer cleaning equipment items, did not come off. I thought my tile was forever ruined until Silver Olas came and removed all of the residue and made it look brand new again. My carpets felt soft and plush again and my upholstery was also restored to looking like new. The team that arrived spent 4 hours and were very meticulous. They even moved furniture items in order to get everything equally. I would highly recommend Silver Olas not only for carpet cleaning, but tile and grout restoration and as an "all-in-one" service provider. read more

We had our carpet cleaned throughout the house and we are very impressed with the results. We compared 3 local companies and decided to go with Silver Olas. Their quote was not the least expensive but their description of the process they would perform included vacuuming, steam cleaning, stain treatment and scotch guard protection. This seemed comprehensive and well worth the price. The carpets now look fantastic. Stains left behind by the previous owners three years ago are completely gone. Their 30 day guarantee covers any stains that may reappear. One week later, no sign of stains. read more
