They are the best!!! The master technician takes his time to ensure that each stain is carefully handled and removed while ensuring efficiency. They are honest and reliable! I scheduled a deep cleaning of my car interior and Rob addressed all my areas of concern but also cleaned the ceiling that had some stains from my kids I had never noticed! After it was all complete, my car looked brand new inside! They even added a protection on my seat to help with long term wear!!! I can't say this enough, THEY ARE THE BEST! read more

The guys came to my house on time and we're ready to clean! I was given instructions on care after the cleaning and was extremely satisfied. They did such a wonderful job and would highly recommend them! Thank you so much for making my couch and carpet sparkly clean. read more

We have used them over the years. Good pricing and friendly staff. Punctual. They clean more than carpets.

Circle N has clean my carpets several times. They're always on time and go above and beyond to make sure to get the stains out. They treat returning customers extra special by offering a little extra bonus here and there. Last time they spot cleaned a room for no extra charge. They get the job done quickly and well and never leave the carpets too wet. They pay attention to detail; last time they found a tiny earring that they carefully did not vacuum up. They always groom the carpets before they leave so they look perfect. I highly recommend this company. read more

These guys are the best - place always looks great and they are affordable. Robert is such a personable business owner and family man!

Let me start by saying that both Deborah and Robert are a pleasure to deal with. Robert is extremely knowledgable regarding carpet and carpet care. He also works to ensure that the service he provides is better than expected while being very reasonable with the cost of cleaning. I highly recommend using them for any future cleaning needs! read more

We have been using Circle N for 10 years--they never disappoint! Robert is very knowledgeable about carpet stain removal

I highly recommend Circle N. They are very professional and do an amazing job. They truly are the best in the area. They were able to remove stains in my carpets that 2 previous carpets cleaners couldn't. They also made sure to be careful so their hose didn't scratch my walls going up the stairs (other cleaners in the past scratch the walls removing the paint). My carpets looked brand new when they were finished. I can't stress enough how GREAT they are. read more

DO NOT USE. I had them come and clean my carpets and add Scotts guard for my furniture. after it dried I noticed that the carpet stains were still there. I called days after to have them come and actually clean it and they refused. They wanted me to pay again. They told me that it was going to be warranty for a year and they couldn't come days after. DO NOT waist your money. read more

Let me preface this by saying that I REALLY tried not to give them a 1 star rating, but found myself not finding any redeemable virtue in this company. First of all, they came out to clean my vacant house because we were moving out. They did show up early, which I will give them credit for. They had a special to clean 3 rooms for $90. I thought to clean those rooms should take about 30-45 minutes each. They were sizable rooms, so I thought that was reasonable. I left for 1 hour and came back to see them packing up already. I was shocked. I went inside and found that the carpet edges were barely touched. It was almost still black. The house reaked of chemicals, so I'm assuming they just hit the middle areas of the carpet and ran out like a banshee. There were areas where the carpet indentations from the furniture were still there! I tried calling the company the next day and told them they needed to send someone out ASAP to fix it because my landlord was coming by to inspect, but they were too busy to fit me in until next week! Great service there! In the end, I had to call ANOTHER guy out to fix the problem and pay him. He said that if I had written Circle N a check, I should stop payment! Lol! But seriously, don't let their "specials" lure you in. Just pay a few more bucks and get it done right from someone else! UPDATE: I was contacted by the owner after my review and she was very accommodating. I know not everyone can do every job right, but was very impressed with her willingness to reach out to me and help fix the situation. While I was not happy about the initial job, I am a fan of good customer service. I would recommend them again purely based on this part of the experience. read more

NO ONE BETTER!!!!!!!!!!!!! They are the MOST professional company that I have used in a very long time and they clean the carpet better than Zero Rez! (who Zero Rez leaves a powder residue that sticks to the carpet and vacuums up for at least a year!) I have used many from Chem Dry and more, CIRCLE N CARPET CLEANING is very professional and Very affordable and they are fast and thorough. The carpet has never looked better and it is 10 years old, and the area rugs look and feel fabulous!!!!Will NEVER GO ANYWHERE ELSE. Thank you!!!! read more

I have been calling on Circle N Carpet cleaning for a few years now. The scheduling is easy to do. I especially notice that right around the time I think i need carpets clean they call to suggest it is time. (Biannual). The technicians are friendly and courteous. The service is professional and they do a very good job. I've had to have pet stains removed and recently had grout cleaned. They are my go-to company. Full disclosure: I know the owners. I know their context for running a quality company with integrity. I'd have no problem using someone else if I felt the service was insufficient. But the service is excellent and I'm happy to provide this review. read more

They are awesome. Moved into a house and it smelled like old wet dog. These guys came and clened it very well and on short notice. Even came back and followed up to deodorize again for free. Highly recommended! read more

I was referred to Circle N by a family member after getting ripped off by numerous other carpet cleaning companies in the San Bernardino/Riverside areas by the "get quoted one price and then when they arrive and all of your furniture is all ready moved and you have cancelled all plans for the day, then they tell you its really double what the original price was". I know everyone looking through these Yelp comments has experienced this before! From their customer service to the actual cleaning preformed, I was very very impressed! Their prices are fair and best of all the my carpets & sofa look and smell clean again!! With 2 boys under 4 years old, I know I will need carpet cleaning service regularly and am definitetly going to continue to use Circle N in the future! Thank you, Roger read more

Love Circle N! Been using them for years, they are so quick, thorough, and friendly. They're the only carpet company I trust.

OMG!!! So when I moved into my townhome I was horrified at what was called a shampooed carpet and couldn't take it anymore. What a fantastic job that was done, I was nothing less than speechless! Really appreciate the work you did and I can finally walk barefoot in my bedroom. Can't tell the difference it makes read more

We have used their service 3 times in two different homes during the last year. Jose led one crew, Robert the other. Both great. I did not think it it possible to clean a 15 year old white bedroom carpet. If circle n does the job, it is. Thrilled read more

I had a big party at my mother in laws house and the carpets were completely trashed. I did not know what to do. There was beer and dirt everywhere, it smelled like a saloon and a zoo. I needed the stairs done and because of the white carpet I needed a serious no joke job!!!! Also it was noon I was hung over and the mother in law would be back around 4pm. I called many places that didn't pick up the phone or said they could not do it with such short notice. To my delight I finally called a magnificent gentlemen by the name of Robert. He reassured me that he could handle any job, large or small, dirty or double dirty. By this time it was 1pm and the clock was ticking. I told Robert my predicament I was in and he said he was already on his way. Literally 5 minutes later the young gentlemen arrived at my door looking as clean as my carpets would soon be. It was Robert with one other assistant and he knew the job had to get done so he quickly went to work. i got the deodorize, sanitize and scotch guard the whole sham wow! I could not believe the speed and efficiency at which they worked. When they were done I asked them how did they get to my house so quick. Well they happened to be doing a job in the next town over. Lucky me they saved my life and my marriage mother in law never found out. I tipped the fine gentleman 100 dollars too because I knew he had gone above and beyond my expectations. I highly recommend this company for any carpet cleaning needed. Robert will get the job done with the highest integrity and service possible. read more

Circle N is a privately owned company with outstanding service. Renae (I think the owner) bent over backwards to fit my schedule and to accommodate a change in the cleaning and invoice. The guys did an excellent job of cleaning the carpets and furniture, and Joe and Jose were great about cleaning some of my travertine. Very reputable, knowledgeable and honest. I will definitely have them back. read more

EXCELLENT Customer Service! Quality Work! Very Reliable! I manage a number of properties and really appreciate Stephanie, Frankie and Jose as they helped me prepare new properties for renting. Among the things I like about them are....1. Their prices are great and often run deals to make them even more affordable. 2. They use the truck mounted units to make your carpets super clean with hot water! This is essential....I will not use floor cleaners if they do not have the truck mounted units. The floors looked new when they were done. 3. They did an excellent job at pulling out all the dog fur left from the last tenants. 4. They pretreat stains. I couldn't be happier with their services and plan to call them regularly for all jobs from Orange County to the Inland Empire. read more

Circle N was referred to me with a great review and the referral was correct. Frankie and Jose were polite, efficient, respectful and they did a great job. I have a very light beige carpet, that I didn't choose, and I tried to clean it with a home upright cleaner - it didn't look clean. I needed professional cleaning and I got it! Thank you Circle N, see you again in the spring. read more

Circle N is Carpet Cleaning is the BEST - they did not even bat an eyelash at the unique location of the home. They even came back the next day, when they were unable to access the house.
